@virginmedia We had a 6 day internet outage at the end of July. I’ve just got the bill for next month and there are no credits on it to account for the outage - we’re still being charged the same amount.

@virginmedia It’s been going on for months, I have had all new boxes and hub but it still goes down. I have been told to keep my local engineer up to date. There is nothing the help desk can do we have tried everything

@virginmedia Both wired and not, advised to turn off and back on, diagnostics checked at your end, engineer visit, resulted in all new v6 boxes (x2) and a new internet hub also internal wiring checked and re-connected. Issue seemed to be resolved for a while but after then goes off altogether

@virginmedia Virgin ID’s. In the area due to problems with the network, changed over fittings to cables to outside box and internal cables now my internet doesn’t work. Need this sorted immediately.

@malayalilondon @virginmedia Mine was scheduled for 10th jan, emailed me on 9th told me pushed back23rd feb. They’ve cancelled loads by looks of it Same issue lol last week came done the trunking outside (contractors) now … scheduled install Thursday. Nope pushed back to 7/3/22. 6 times cancelled.

@virginmedia Currently on the phone to the Pune call centre - they cannot help me!!!! What is going on with Virgin? Why can't my Virgin media package be fixed? The manager of the call centre will not speak to me. The operative is trying to help. Disgraceful.
