    @virginmedia On hard wired, approx 250mbs out of 350mbs. It’s a hub 4 with new connectors added and bits of cable, but again I’m having to call support to see why our intellipods aren’t working.

    @virginmedia But the team is impossible to contact!!! And when you do get in contact it’s always someone else’s problem, ‘oh I’ll just pass you onto my colleague’ etc. I’ve WhatsApped the help number too and been told it’s a long wait and told I can ‘get on with [my] day’ - absolute joke.

    @virginmedia The channel 4 one seems a bit flakey too. The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.

    @virginmedia So myself or my wife has to spend our working day trying to get through to ypu just to be fobbed off to different departments and get no where 🙄🙄 customer service skills at best

    @virginmedia I phoned THREE weeks ago to cancel our contact, there was a dispute over a cancellation fee. A manager was supposed to call me back, I’ve rang 5 times since to check as heard nothing- each time was told ‘within 48hrs’. Move out next Friday, what am I supposed to do????

    hey @virginmedia I have a contract that says my price is set to Jan 2023 and I negotiated the deal with customer retention as not the account holder bit authorised to talk on behalf of the account holder and now I've got customer services flat out lying toe on WhatsApp (1)

    @virginmedia will you please consider that there are housebound people who rely on your service more that the rest of us who have lost telly for several hours. Also, home workers and those who are vulnerable. Compensate them before you compensate me. Not outraged that I lost TV.

    @virginmedia Absolute shitshow, reboot, turn off, try again, some old asthmatic lady on the phone with a prerecorded statement, £90 a month, 1980s equipment, been like it for weeks, cancelling when I can, still ****** at 22.30, **** off Virgin!!!!

    Here’s a thought: there’s should be a streaming service to access old and new shows of #CartoonNetwork & #Nickelodeon 🤔 really missed the programmes since @virginmedia jacked up the price for a fiver a month. 😒 I need the nostalgia moments when times were good and cheap!
