@virginmedia Both wired and not, advised to turn off and back on, diagnostics checked at your end, engineer visit, resulted in all new v6 boxes (x2) and a new internet hub also internal wiring checked and re-connected. Issue seemed to be resolved for a while but after then goes off altogether

@virginmedia We had a 6 day internet outage at the end of July. I’ve just got the bill for next month and there are no credits on it to account for the outage - we’re still being charged the same amount.

@virginmedia hi there, is there any way we could choose another delivery option in the future to get our parcels delivered? Yodel was supposed to deliver my husbands iPhone today, we’re in and never left the house. Apparently card left - which wasn’t left. I’m afraid it won’t+
