@virginmedia I made a complaint January 12th. I phoned on 15th to chase it. I was told you would be in touch and you haven’t been. Your T’s and C’s say 28 days. We are now on day 38! You responded quickly to @SophieEB how come you can show everyone the same respect! Your rubbish!

@virginmedia my booster did not turn up again today although live chat said it was scheduled, this 2 hours on the phone and 1.5 on live chat, booster should have been with me on the 21st Jan...I need some help please

@virginmedia I’ve had no services since February 5th and have spoken to at least 5 people in various departments who keep saying my services will be restored but still no service 16 days later. I would appreciate help.

@virginmedia shocking service so far. Ordered our broadband a month in advance of our house move as is essential because we’re both working from home. Been in a week and had delivery of my hub but still not able to connect. Advice is always just to wait and it will come online.

@virginmedia The issue is intermittent so not currently. The 3.0 hub has been rebooted multiple times and has had a factory reset but I still have intermittent Internet.

@richardbranson are you anything to do with @virginmedia ? If so please can you get someone to finally do something they promise. 15 hours on phone, promised credits, nothing arrives, overcharge £50 p/month & promised of a call back & nothing 22 years a customer, 6 weeks waiting

@virginmedia Street work. Install guy says issue with exiting cable, so needs replacing. 30 mins work according to him. I’ve spend nearly 3hrs on the phone so far and can’t even get a date when it’ll be done, or speak to someone who knows can decide!

@virginmedia @Ofcom I have registered total loss of service every time I have had total loss off service. I have checked your status on the app and it shows the fix won't happen until 6pm for TV, Phone and Broadband. I am having to rely on my mobile tethering with @EE so I can work.

@virginmedia The problem that I have at the moment is that your service keeps dropping. 1 minute I’m getting 150 Mb per second, and later on nothing when you change to whoever your optimal provider is.I have rebooted the router on many occasions but it doesn’t solve the problem.
