You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

@virginmedia We tried the chat option and after going through security questions got redirected to another department which was then closed and the chat ended 😡 I have sent an email complaint on your website. Appalling service and communication from day one.

@virginmedia @chrisjlatimer There might be no national issue but broadband has stopped working 3 days on a row and the same time for at least 3h. The hub light is a green flash light - that means updating. I would say you have a serious issue with the broadband service whether you want to admit it or not.

@virginmedia ASAP? On hold to the 4th person. Apparently it's impossible to cancel with virgin, even if they failed to ever provide broadband or TV. This is beyond frustrating.
