@virginmedia I hope so. The extremely patronising and rude person I spoke to yesterday in an abroad call centre told me there was no complaints department and he couldn’t do anything at all until I paid the bill.

@virginmedia quit harassing me to return your kit. It took 2 days on the phone post price hikes to cancel services now your customer contact options loop to nowhere. You haven't even sent a return kit or courier so ffs stop bombarding with texts & emails to send your router back!

@virginmedia We tried the chat option and after going through security questions got redirected to another department which was then closed and the chat ended 😡 I have sent an email complaint on your website. Appalling service and communication from day one.

@virginmedia There are problems in the area which have been ongoing for weeks. My wife’s phone even when she’s near the hub ( which is a new hub) goes into 4G. We are seriously considering moving to another supplier, we don’t want to as we’ve always been happy with Virgin Media.
