    @virginmedia I get your bills, that is how I realised as a loyal customer I am paying £40 plus a month for Internet access only. Fortunately for me and not for you BT Openreach have been installing fibre to home allowing me greater negotiating power as tou have no respect for loyalty.

    Properly for the best part of a yr doesn't seem a problem to yourselves but your quite happy to take out monthly payment for a service we're paying for but you're not providing & seem to be in no hurry to provide it. Disgraceful service @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I was told to wait in this morning between 8am - 12pm for an engineer to fix my broadband. It's now 2pm and no sign of an engineer. I was told I'd be charged £25 if I missed the appointment. I think I should charge you for having to hang around for 6 hours waiting.

    @virginmedia Can I just ask why it is that you can respond within minutes on social media (where the public can see your actions) but then in private you are ignoring your customers and taking three weeks to deal with issues? If you have agents manning twitter why can’t you pick up the phone?

    @virginmedia I’m fuming! We were lied to by their customer service , promised an engineer this an no one turned up now been told by customer service that we won’t have one until tomorrow #nithoodenough

    @virginmedia still waiting since 7.30 am for the engineer to come to sort out the problems we are having, he’s 25 minutes to get here ( we were given 7.30-13 slot) still no tv since Thursday!

    @virginmedia is it normal practice when a call is made to you about problems with the tivo box (3rd time this year) that you're then on a call for over an hr at at the end of it promised an upgrade, go thro all the protocols only to be told actually you can't have that

    @virginmedia planned works in area today supposedly between 9 and 3. We now have no landline? Cannot dial out or receive calls? According to status system there are issues with tv in area but not landline. We’ve done system reboots / unplugged etc and nothing?
