    @virginmedia An update for you. Finally today I had a new cable fitted to my house from the VM box at the end of the street. This is after 8 engineers, 3 new routers, 2 new Tivo boxes, new cables to Tivo box and routers, and a rewire of my house failed to fix the problem since last August.
