@virginmedia The Wi-fi is rubbish, slow and crap service up stairs. Often I have to connect to extenders. It’s a two story average house. Your routers are rubbish. The older ones were much better!!

@bluebirdchapo @WezTucker @virginmedia Don’t try Bt worst in the world for internet I’ve had it twice when I moved. Internet wouldn’t pull your hat off absolute shite they actually gave me compensation. plus all these newish companies offering great deals are shite as they all use Bt lines.

@virginmedia Tried Virgin Community. Virgin rep encouraged me to take up tech package at a price. After spending 6hrs yesterday and 2hrs the day before, I am still in the same situation! This not a good service with your so-called experts!!!

@virginmedia I followed the steps there is nothing wrong with the equipment and it doesn't list anything wrong in the area however at the times it goes down other people with virgin in the area who I know also experience the same issues

Got to love @virginmedia, having spent 1 hour 15 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone in their technical service, finally get through to be told they close in 15 minutes nothing they can do 😳 on the WiFi black spots better off getting something from Amazon 🤬🤯

Trying to get through to @virginmedia for an hour, only to then be cut off once being transferred! Poor show! Desperate to speak to someone as we have had our cables cut by resurfacing works!! 😡😡

@ukhost4u As a matter of interest the upload times for a ~3.5 MB file changed from 1.75 seconds before the move to 2.25 seconds after. That's from Virgin Media 25 Mbps service in Edinburgh, so a drop from 16 Mbps to 12 Mbps.

@virginmedia No it’s a network issue and it’s still not working only 3 days now and apparently only 4 to go. But it’s ok I only have 3 people working from home this week and your representative basically told me it’s tough as the system said nothing can be done to help
