    @virginmedia I hope so. The extremely patronising and rude person I spoke to yesterday in an abroad call centre told me there was no complaints department and he couldn’t do anything at all until I paid the bill.

    You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

    @virginmedia Your signal coverage in areas of Suffolk and Norfolk is truly SHOCKING. I’ve been a long term customer with you but if you don’t sort this out I’m off pronto. Disgusting that I can barely doing anything whilst on the move due to your lack of coverage. SORT IT OUT
