@virginmedia Really need to speak with someone to order a replacement SIM card. Phone lines say customer service is closed & so does the local store phone number. Live chat is taking hours.

@JonoMoulds We’ve got a problem with Virgin media, too. We cancelled his mobile phone contract when it ended, but they kept on charging him. I cancelled his DD, now they are threatening to send the bailiffs round. Absolute ***** the lot of them. I’m ****** fuming butt!

@chloemphoto @virginmedia If it connects to other WiFi networks from the same source ie @virginmedia then the problem is within your router itself and not any device connected to it. Your router is faulty and needs replacing. You said yourself that the router is faulty and goes offline if even moved.

@chloemphoto @virginmedia The laptop also works off mobile data sharing too so connectivity issues are good. Please sort out this mess because the router is needed to be working properly for laptop work to be done at home. Stop all this buck passing from one dept to another and help these guys PLEASE.

@chloemphoto @virginmedia I'm a customer of yours 👍 and I can categorically prove that the laptop is 100% working correctly using 'my' Virgin Media WiFi connection with no issues. There's an issue with @chloemphoto's router which isn't getting resolved and the easiest solution is to replace it asap.

@chloemphoto @virginmedia Even if the ethernet works, the WiFi issues are still there and you need it sorting. It's in the @virginmedia contract to ensure all equipment is working and functioning as it should. Faulty equipment should be replaced and remember, you're paying for the service.

@virginmedia I received a hub 4 today, but the fan is running at 100% and making an ungodly amount of noise. We're unable to use the room the router is sat in. I've been in the queue for live chat now for over an hour. If you could help in anyway that'd be awesome.

@virginmedia I had to call customer services again and an engineer is coming out on Thursday. The 3rd engineer in the last month. The guy I spoke to said the fault is outside and not in my home. I hope they finally fix it 😞

@bt_uk Doesnt matter now, I'm going ahead and cancel because I'm rejoining virgin media BT have been great, zero issues but the speeds you offer in my area which is the most populated in Grimsby just isnt enough thesedays In 2022 you really should be offering more than 70mb/s
