A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

They now need to connect the phone cable to the Wi-Fi hub . Which means lots of trouble in my house and many other properties across the UK. And good luck with trying to discontinue their contract - they make it very difficult.

It's now 2pm and no sign of an engineer. I was told I'd be charged ยฃ25 if I missed the appointment. I think I should charge you for having to hang around for 6 hours waiting.
