@virginmedia I pay £40 a month JUST for WiFi!!!! it’s horrendous. Slow, can’t handle streaming a simple Amazon Prime video, and I’m getting charged DOUBLE what I paid originally a few years back! I’ll be phoning to leave Monday morning, £40 is terrible, let alone for poor service

@RichWalker15 @paul_smortions @AsACyclist @Scoodles64 @grfirestorm @fathead1987 @HylandIan @virginmedia You *are* using it though. It’s how the internet gets to your house. It’s “line rental”. It’s an infrastructure charge for using the cabinets and lines etc to deliver the service (separate cost) to your house.

@JackoGaz @virginmedia It’s down over the whole city. I broke it out of sheer frustration watching that drivel and spent the third period cooking vegetables rather than continue watching. That’s how serious it was 🥬🥒🥕🥦

@virginmedia anyone thinking of getting their Wi-fi, think again. We’ve been with the now since NTL days and this HUB 3.0 has been the worst!! Not as good as the make out. The router is in a good position not hidden away yet it’s still crap!!

After calling Linksys, it was 45 mins on the phone with @virginmedia with the agent arguing with me that they can’t help with my hub if it’s in modem mode only for them to pass it on to someone else who changes a setting and asks me to reset. 30 wait for results now.

@virginmedia We’ve tried three times to raise a complaint with you. And this magical game appeared after the second complaint (the same day) to which the man on the phone was rude, spoke over me and implied my business wasn’t needed or respected at all.

@virginmedia have got to be the worst company to go with for broadband. Paying the “best broadband “ yet it drops every week. Trying to order a booster is a ******* nightmare , absolutely joke, shouldn’t even left SKY. Tamping 😡😤
