    Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

    @virginmedia Basically unending loop of automated messages whenever I called in or asked for support by chat. Technician was finally booked but he could not fix the issue on his own nor at the time he was called in and said he'll need to raise it with VM
