    @virginmedia I have done everything you have asked me to do regarding my security issue. I have responded to your texts as requested. But you never respond as you say you will. Meanwhile, more letters and texts arrive. It is futile.

    @Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

    @virginmedia who do I call to sort my internet issues. Work and homeschooling is hard without internet! Diagnostic tools online are not sorting the problem

    Phoned @virginmedia to see what they can do about a payment holiday since we are forced to remain closed for the foreseeable and obviously not using any of our broadband services. They offered a discount of half a months bill. Wow. The worst company we have spoken to so far 😰

    Once again still on hold from @virginmedia 24 mins takes the piss, to make a complaint the fact we have 1 of there team phone us 4 times a day for the same thing over a week,come on @virginmedia I know you need to promote your packages but 4 times a day for a week. Pls answer πŸ“ž.

    @virginmedia @WeAreOpenreach @cardiffcouncil @LornaLwyl @Keep_Wales_Tidy I believe this particular one is openreach, just highlighting this is an issue with both companies. One volunteer has previously written to virgin media posting spent wiring with the letters, but this issue it seems is not being addressed adequately across the whole of the UK

    @virginmedia WiFi across house very slow. The internet access was tested with cable ached to router. Internet speed good but Unable to open 2 government website WiFi signal around house was poor 5 recorded during Speedtests. Restarted Router x2. Turn off PC firewall. Still websites not work

    @virginmedia our tv and broadband have both gone down today. We’ve been on to customer services, carried out various checks and an engineer is needed. The earliest you can get anyone to us is the 30th, I understand life is very difficult but please help a desperate mum out πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»

    @virginmedia The service status page has just actually been updated and its a known fault in this area, others are also widely reporting it across burgess hill. So hopefully be fixed soon!

    @virginmedia I've already contacted support multiple times, a technician is coming this Thursday (reported the issue a week ago), and they said that's the earliest available, despite I work from home and the internet is now basically offline 95% of my day.
