@virginmedia quit harassing me to return your kit. It took 2 days on the phone post price hikes to cancel services now your customer contact options loop to nowhere. You haven't even sent a return kit or courier so ffs stop bombarding with texts & emails to send your router back!

@agmshankar @virginmedia Considering doing the same, they have increased the package price again this year (that's the second year in a row) and the network reliability seems to be getting increasingly worse in our area at least.

@virginmedia hi, just had an email saying that our bill it going to raise from £30 to £57.50 & that we have been signed upto an 18month contract! I never signed anything or have had any kind of letter to inform me of this. We have very little money, all on job seekers or furlough

@virginmedia Hi there, so i have called your call centre approximately 5 times with no resolution, had 2 agents hang up on me as they couldnt understand what my problem was, and i a supposed to be waiting for a manager to call me back after a complaint was logged. This is not good enough.

@virginmedia She was specifically told by virgin not to contact her old provider - she's reported the issue to you and made various complaints about the internet either not working and speed but nobody has taken any action to investigate or remedy the situation

Hi @virginmedia just had scam call pretending to be you asking me to download Team Viewer. It's ok - I'm a web professional so knew it's a scam (also I don't use Virgin any more - sorry!). They made me put your domain into the W3C validator to show me the "errors" I was getting!
