@JonoMoulds We’ve got a problem with Virgin media, too. We cancelled his mobile phone contract when it ended, but they kept on charging him. I cancelled his DD, now they are threatening to send the bailiffs round. Absolute ***** the lot of them. I’m ****** fuming butt!

@virginmedia rang to terminate spoke to Abby who didn’t listen to me kept trying to sell me a package. Finally got her to terminate my service and discussed payment. 30 days notice means that I have 11 days to pay outside of my bill/cut off date, asked to pay basic rate

@virginmedia I have no issue with 30 days notice period even though I’ve been out of contract for over a year. It’s why the system doesn’t issue a bill as per the dates as opposed to leaving the onus on the ex customer to be out of pocket especially during a time of financial crisis
