@virginmedia I'm nearly 21 months into a 36 month contract I have a NOTE 8. I am not getting on with the mobile it's massive and stupidly big for someone with little hands. Am I able to down grade to a smaller one I want my iphone se again #littlehandproblems

Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

@rahim94 @virginmedia I'm not so sure Virgin will accept impact damage as a genuine fault but you never know they might be feeling generous with the amount they charge. I'm with Virgin and they didnt replace mine for nothing when it got dunked in some coffee. Mind you, i thinking of canceling telly.

@virginmedia Offered free upgrade from 500mb to 1Gig then got put through to somebody else to process it and was told I couldn't get it and I had to pay £6 more a month. Then was told I can only get if I'm an O2 customer then told I could get it for only £4 more. :(
