@virginmedia I'm nearly 21 months into a 36 month contract I have a NOTE 8. I am not getting on with the mobile it's massive and stupidly big for someone with little hands. Am I able to down grade to a smaller one I want my iphone se again #littlehandproblems

Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

@virginmedia I suspect a packet leak in the Croydon VM cable network, what should I do. Don't advise me to talk to over seas support representatives because you and I both know they won't do anything , I need someone preferably from Croydon communication house to help pls. Thanks
