@virginmedia quit harassing me to return your kit. It took 2 days on the phone post price hikes to cancel services now your customer contact options loop to nowhere. You haven't even sent a return kit or courier so ffs stop bombarding with texts & emails to send your router back!

@virginmedia It is frustrating! I want to cancel the service, everytime I intend to do so, you try to convince me to stay. If I insist the cancellation, you transfer me to another team which always with this message "delay are much higher than normal". Can't you just cancel?

Ffs virgin media are the worst bloody company to try and contact. An hour and a half I spent on hold bouncing between people then when I finally talked to someone they PUT ME ON HOLD AGAIN AND HUNG UP! sort that **** out @virginmedia
