@virginmedia to add to the frustration, the signal boosters that were supposed to be here today still aren’t. Engineer left his number and told me to ring him if it went off again today. Someone mentioned earlier a min spec for tv’s etc - what is that as mine is less than 2 years old and 4K.

@mouthwaite @virginmedia unless you have a dedicated circuit, with everyone working from home and home schooling the bandwidth of standard broadband slows down the connection, the boosters will not help you, virgin should know that !!!

@virginmedia Those things don't help me. The numbers need blocking by Virgin as I cannot prevent him from keep ringing my landlines in any other way. Please can you do it as I've tried ringing yourselves and I'm in a queue for too long and I'm working from home as well.

@virginmedia Just spent 30 minutes on this text bot and it's very frustrating, they have only just taken my details from me after 30 minutes and can only communicate by sms which is useless, I'd rather wait on a phone line, shocking service, also the English is bad
