@bluebirdchapo @WezTucker @virginmedia Don’t try Bt worst in the world for internet I’ve had it twice when I moved. Internet wouldn’t pull your hat off absolute shite they actually gave me compensation. plus all these newish companies offering great deals are shite as they all use Bt lines.

@virginmedia That status page states there are no issues, the issues are apparently the walls in my house and my neighbours electrics even though it's been fine for the last 18 months

@JonoMoulds We’ve got a problem with Virgin media, too. We cancelled his mobile phone contract when it ended, but they kept on charging him. I cancelled his DD, now they are threatening to send the bailiffs round. Absolute ***** the lot of them. I’m ****** fuming butt!

@virginmedia I followed the steps there is nothing wrong with the equipment and it doesn't list anything wrong in the area however at the times it goes down other people with virgin in the area who I know also experience the same issues

Trying to get through to @virginmedia for an hour, only to then be cut off once being transferred! Poor show! Desperate to speak to someone as we have had our cables cut by resurfacing works!! 😡😡

Contract with @virginmedia is expiring up £20 p/m. Great Black Friday deal for new customers. Won’t match it. Told if sign up in my name as new customer (currently in partner’s name) they’ll offer it-great but still want £35 one off fee for equipment -we have equipment here 🙈

@virginmedia The account was in my name but the payment came from my husbands account that I have no access to so wanted to move it to my account so this didn’t come under bereavement team so transferred to customer services. I’m happy to discuss further but perhaps not on this platform

@virginmedia The hub4 I have is being temperamental and seems to have issues daily with getting a connection and sending the signal to my devices. An engineer rechecked all wires last week and was confident there are no wire connection issues.

@virginmedia what happened to my emergency alert? Phone was on silent but alerts were turned on. Husband on O2 got the alert at 3pm. All I got was a screen message at 3.33pm. Same house - same signal, same phones!

@virginmedia didn’t think it would be long before internet issues landed at my doorstep. Intermittent service all day with broadband dropping for 30 seconds every few mins. Looking at twitter looks like it’s a common problem
