Once again still on hold from @virginmedia 24 mins takes the piss, to make a complaint the fact we have 1 of there team phone us 4 times a day for the same thing over a week,come on @virginmedia I know you need to promote your packages but 4 times a day for a week. Pls answer 📞.

One volunteer has previously written to virgin media posting spent wiring with the letters, but this issue it seems is not being addressed adequately across the whole of the UK

@Theresa_ladyL @virginmedia We have left @virginmedia we have had nothing but hassle year. They had the cheek to write me a letter saying our complaint had been dealt with when it wasn't. When I wrote back to them they never responded. We have now gone to BT.
