@virginmedia hi, just had an email saying that our bill it going to raise from £30 to £57.50 & that we have been signed upto an 18month contract! I never signed anything or have had any kind of letter to inform me of this. We have very little money, all on job seekers or furlough

@agmshankar @virginmedia Considering doing the same, they have increased the package price again this year (that's the second year in a row) and the network reliability seems to be getting increasingly worse in our area at least.

@virginmedia wow your customer services aren't geared up for this at all are they? Almost a year on in virtual service, no phone service, only web chat. It took from 2pm yesterday to 9am today to get a response from customer services who couldn't help anyhow! Bang goes retention!

@virginmedia No problems, let gent waste his time and resources. One point of feedback from a customer. Some of your staff need more upskilling. As they have totally misunderstood a 20min convo that i had to give up on, and sent a gent out to collect old equipment when i am not there.

Sky and virgin media are ripoff merchants no high priced tv or internet fees it shouldn’t cost more than £15 for tv service and £10 for internet sky we’re going to charge £40-80 for both and virgin media £40-90 for both a month scam artists

@virginmedia Well the house use to be a flat until it turned into a normal house so the electric wires aren’t the same and we have like concrete floors and walls so it makes the signal kinda work but it’s good at some points
