    You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

    @virginmedia I’ve called 08454541111 several times and can’t get through to anyone in a UK call centre who can help. Please can I have a direct number for a UK call centre for complaints or cancellation department immediately? This has been going on months! I am very stressed and very annoyed

    @virginmedia We tried the chat option and after going through security questions got redirected to another department which was then closed and the chat ended 😡 I have sent an email complaint on your website. Appalling service and communication from day one.

    Well after 20 years of being a loyal @skytv customer its time to leave. They have taken my custom for granted expecting me to accept poor customer service well I won't & I'm not. @skytv loss is very much @virginmedia gain.

    @virginmedia service has been abysmal, 50% of the time cannot get Wi-Fi upstairs. Despite numerous engineers coming out all confirming the BB speed being excessively low & replacing cabling outside, there has been an open job to replace wiring indoors since Oct 20. From disgruntled customer

    @virginmedia Thanks for the response, the attached seems to be happening most days on at least one of our devices. I disabled channel optimisation on my hub which seemed to help a small amount. Do you have any other suggestions as its becoming really frustrating

    Any danger of @virginmedia answering the bloody phone!!! How on earth can you report anything... Stop telling me via the service checker all is OK, when it's isn't.. Trying to work, home school when the Internet drops off every 20mins is no ideal
