    @virginmedia Tried Virgin Community. Virgin rep encouraged me to take up tech package at a price. After spending 6hrs yesterday and 2hrs the day before, I am still in the same situation! This not a good service with your so-called experts!!!

    @virginmedia Said they'll credit my account of all charges. Rightly so. But couldn't guarantee I won't be charged again next month. Even though there are additions in place, I've still been charged so somethings not working. Unexceptable. Hence another complaint. Unresolved since Oct 20.

    @virginmedia So far so good. But, and I understand a lot of contact is possibly scripted, but trying to upsell when you have an annoyed customer is bad customer service training. Hopefully it's resolved now.

    @virginmedia Why despite my subscribing for your fibre Gigabit service can I never achieve a speed faster than 400Mb? I’m getting 50Mb upload but download speed is always poor; time of day doesn’t matter! Your junction box is less than 100m away.
