@virginmedia Have upgraded the service and in theory should be able to run an official but I've been having problems with my router for weeks. It's not working properly and barely allows me to watch Netflix! I'm a critical worker and this isn't helping. Can't speak to anyone!!

Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

Just researched @virginmedia as a new customer vs current longtime customer for my elderly parent. Currently being charged £95 a month for a tv, broadband and telephone package. to go up another £15 in May. The SAME PACKAGE for new customers with BETTER speeds and boxes is £67!

@virginmedia I don’t ‘feel this way’, it is not an emotion, I am stating a fact. My point is that if someone can get my bill back down to what it should be, every single time, there is absolutely no need for it to be increased to such a ridiculous amount in the first place!
