    The worst service ever from @virginmedia - been trying to cancel my account since March. I do appreciate problems with lockdown etc but we’re almost in October! Nobody at all seems to want to take responsibility - passed from pillar to post!

    @virginmedia my Wi-Fi has just gone off and within seconds your app is telling me there is a fault and the estimated fix is 3pm. Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

    @virginmedia Internet not working at all. Speed is barely existent considering we paid for the top package regarding speed. An engineer has come to have a look and it hasn’t worked? Really frustrating when you can’t do any work online especially during times of lockdown.

    @virginmedia To be fair it was reporting issues until 16:00 and then it went to no issues but my internet is still down. I have done all the usual things like restarting the hub, checking connections etc.

    @virginmedia had no landline working for 24hrs… checked service checker online and it says phone is ok, tv not.. but our tv is ok.. so I guess it’s got it back to front. Any ideas why phones are not working.. not just me.. everyone in my area is same.
