@virginmedia I shall be raising a complaint yes. No attempt to find out if the router is faulty, just trying to sell more services. You have failed to deliver against your contract and the customer service is shocking. My complaint shall go to OFCOM also @Ofcom

@virginmedia Keep having problems where, every few days or so, the booster loses connectivity with the base unit, resulting in it outputting no internet connection. On top of that, the speeds are less than half that of the main router (350 - 500 Mbps on our Hub vs 150 Mbps from booster)

@virginmedia I shared the screen prints of what they said. No attempt was made to diagnose or resolve. Only to sell boosters despite me advising them I have major WiFi issues. I’ve kept all the messages and you did bring but try to con me out of more money. And now you call me a liar!!

@virginmedia I called on Friday night but the only time I got through to someone he was unable to forward me to the right department due to system issues. I would have assumed that once the systems were fixed you would have chased up the people affected but it appears not.

@virginmedia Yes, it says there's no issues in our area, we've tried everything now, restarted the hub, resetting the hub, but our connection is still dropping or very poor, so the issue is on your side but you're not picking up there's any issue at all.

@virginmedia Hi, there. Called up to discuss our renewal. Waited 55 mins yesterday with no answer and 45 mins again today. Finally got through, only to be told there was no IT system and to call back in 2 hours!! Really poor service. @skytv do you treat your customers like this?

@virginmedia It's been 2 months when I moved from @SkyUK to @virginmedia and its been an absolute joke of a service. I probably called Sky about 3 times in the 15 years I was with them. I called you guys about 50 times in the space of 2 months. Great service to customers.. Awesome
