    @virginmedia Can I just ask why it is that you can respond within minutes on social media (where the public can see your actions) but then in private you are ignoring your customers and taking three weeks to deal with issues?     @virginmedia Cheers, still down this morning - tried another 2 router reboots at 6am and 7:30 respectively but was no better, solid red light, etc.. Will try again at midday

    @virginmedia Iโ€™m trying to end my contract with yourselves. Which is proving an impossible task When I PRESS 1 on the phone to get through to someone, the phone line goes dead? Appreciate any help.

    @virginmedia hi, just had an email saying that our bill it going to raise from ยฃ30 to ยฃ57.50 & that we have been signed upto an 18month contract! I never signed anything or have had any kind of letter to inform me of this. We have very little money, all on job seekers or furlough

    @virginmedia A laughable statement in all honesty you're known for terrible service, demonstrated by the line "Package changes". Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

    You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. Iโ€™m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isnโ€™t an unpaid bill btw itโ€™s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

However, this case is slightly different. 151.217.0.0/16 is a "bogon", which means the network is not assigned to anyone at this time (and so nobody should be using it). After the first announcement, new (presumably fake) carriers were inserted into the BGP path as a decoy. The general modus operandi suggests that this is the same gang in action

    @NotEnoughTECH @virginmedia @virginmedia used to be one of if not the best broadband provider in the UK. They even won some customer service awards x years ago if i remember correctly. At one point everything just fell apart. Customer service became non existent, they started to treat customers unfairly and many other issues. I wonder what happened tbh๐Ÿค”

    @virginmedia VM r an absolute joke I am trying 2 switch back 2 sky & there is delay with the new broadband but VM wonโ€™t allow me 2 cancel the TV part & just keep broadband till sorted (end of my contract) & going 2 charge me ridiculous amount of ยฃ - WONT EVER B HVING VM AGAIN

    @virginmedia hi! I keep getting a message saying to upgrade my virgin box to get sky Atlantic - is it easy to install myself, is it a case of using the same wires as my existing box so a quick change over? Also my internet is often very poor, I assume this wonโ€™t affect the box?

    @virginmedia spoke to your customer service not long ago and the person couldnโ€™t understand me. Why do you hire people that donโ€™t understand basic English sorry to say. And your services are rubbish by the way, I will be cancelling
