@virginmedia I haven’t. I was told when I took out the contract signal was guaranteed. A week later I was stuck in Africa due to Covid lockdown. I’m still trying to get home. My son is there however always reminding me he as no signal in his room.

@virginmedia Yes - visited on the 24/12 & installed broadband. When I asked him about what he had done he said ye my van has done that, spare wheel under the van is catching on things! He then circled a service outcome brochure 9/10 or 10/10 can you send him back round to fix my grass 👍🏽
