    @virginmedia broadband was down in night. Says it’s fixed but I have no wifi though when I run a test after switching off router I’m told there’s nothing wrong. Postcode is CF631ET

    After calling Linksys, it was 45 mins on the phone with @virginmedia with the agent arguing with me that they can’t help with my hub if it’s in modem mode only for them to pass it on to someone else who changes a setting and asks me to reset. 30 wait for results now.

    @virginmedia Not sure who we’ve been speaking to for the last day. But they’ve been the most helpful member of staff we’ve had contact with over the last five months. Has not only helped me fix the problem, answered any questions, but is taking my formal complaint further for us.

    @virginmedia I didn't make any changes. The website is saying I started a new contract in June. I'll be asking for evidence of where I've accepted this. I think you've sent me an email telling me I've been upgraded and started a new contract. If so, I'll be making a complaint against you.

    @virginmedia Tried to find the complaint reference got nowhere live chat can’t take any more messages. So lack of engineers, lack of customer service agents, lack of online technicians. Please feed in to your Senior Leadership Team that you have big staff issues.

    @virginmedia WiFi box was reset by your agent, destroying work your engineers did months ago. That was last Sunday, and every time I have attempted to contact since no one is available. The Superhub will now only give 15mbps, when 270 should be available. But no one available to help.

    @virginmedia I can’t believe how unreliable you are. I booked an installation date due to moving house (over a month in advance) & you cancelled a day before. I pay all of my bills on time, yet I can’t seem to speak to anybody! Is this how you treat customers?
