@agmshankar @virginmedia Considering doing the same, they have increased the package price again this year (that's the second year in a row) and the network reliability seems to be getting increasingly worse in our area at least.

@virginmedia quit harassing me to return your kit. It took 2 days on the phone post price hikes to cancel services now your customer contact options loop to nowhere. You haven't even sent a return kit or courier so ffs stop bombarding with texts & emails to send your router back!

@virginmedia stop emailing and texting me every day threatening to fine me £100 for the non return of your equipment. On 23 August I booked for one of your engineers to collect it on 13 September. This poor customer service is one of the reasons I left Virgin after 10+ years.

@virginmedia It just disappeared off my desktop on my ipad. It was not straightforward trying to find it as there were a lot of different options on the screen that came up, slow to download. Eventually found it and it looks exactly the same as the app that disappeared 😱
