@virginmedia I have been waiting a reply on your message service in the app since 22nd March for someone to tell me my bill amount has changed. Call centres closed and text number not replying except standard computer answers! Poor service

Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

@virginmedia I pay £40 a month JUST for WiFi!!!! it’s horrendous. Slow, can’t handle streaming a simple Amazon Prime video, and I’m getting charged DOUBLE what I paid originally a few years back! I’ll be phoning to leave Monday morning, £40 is terrible, let alone for poor service

@virginmedia can’t get through to speak to anyone on the phone. I want to remove sky sports from my account whilst there are no sports actually on. I’m outside of my contract now so it shouldn’t be an issue

@virginmedia signed up to your M100 B’band 18mths @ £23.95/mth plus £100 bill credit via @MoneySavingExp website. Everything fine then rec’d contract stating £51/mth - spoke to customer service and they stated no mention of £23.95 on my account!

@virginmedia 21st of June agreed delivery date and still yet today no router delivered. My second time purchasing £15 data package to my telephone to use internet on my laptop. Disgusting service. Talked to the representatives, what you only get is “Sorry”. Cringe service.

@virginmedia i have now answered 101 questions in the Virgin Support Chat. Every ten question or so is along the line of ”pick one option to continue: 1. I really love Virgin Customer Services OR 2. I have a really small ****”. Worst experience for a long time. BOT heavy, no fix.
