    @virginmedia all different times, the phone is a joke. pretty sure the reps hang up as a delay tactic. now i only do texts, i started at 8:45am today and got a live person answering at around 11 so two hours to get someone to answer. then extremely slow to reply, ended chat at 1pm.

    @virginmedia No one has clarified anything. Sorry but that’s not true. I am 17 days and 3 orders in and still no equipment to install. I can’t understand how there can be an issue 3 times. I have tried calling the number with no help at all!!!! Just the offer of ‘starting again’! Bad service!
