    @virginmedia We tried the chat option and after going through security questions got redirected to another department which was then closed and the chat ended 😡 I have sent an email complaint on your website. Appalling service and communication from day one.

    @virginmedia Thank you so much, I spoke on the phone a problem has been located was told it may take up to 4 hrs or less to fix it. Unfortunately it's not looking good as it's over 4 hrs now and still flashing green.

    @virginmedia ‘Utilisation issue in your area’ yet she couldn’t explain to me what that meant. Aside from the fact that our issue is an ongoing and therefore presumably separate issue. Appointment cancelled same day as booking. Confirmation text to book, no notice of cancellation. Shocking.

    @virginmedia not a GR8 start. Had Hub 4 installed and only getting 600MBPS with cable and only 20 MBPS by WiFi in some areas. Called and asked for VM adapters and phone was put down on me 😪

    @virginmedia started this process at 15.04,passed around,I have just been asked to rate the service I’d received, without it being addressed or resolved, and then disconnected. It’s 17.30. Another two and a half hours totally wasted. Happy to send you screenshots of conversation.PLEASE HELP!
