  Another day in the life of a @virginmedia customer. TV showing fault. Ran online diagnostics, didn't fix. Site says to call. Call. Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

  @virginmedia In Dec, you sent an email thanking me for making changes & what I'd get from now on & it'd cost over twice as much as I was paying. I never asked for any changes & in one of the many, calls I've made, I was told that your Oomph bundle department had shut around the same time.

  @virginmedia Congratulations for officially being the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service with staff who DO NOT listen, staff that oversell contracts to vulnerable people, a website that is frankly awful, complaints that are not taken seriously.

  @FractalDoctor I called Virgin Media the other day and had to spend 5 minutes shouting slowly at an almost useless AI, before being passed to the loudest call centre in India where they tried to upsell me a mobile phone plan before accepting my instruction to end a broadband service. Greed.
