    @virginmedia We had a 6 day internet outage at the end of July. I’ve just got the bill for next month and there are no credits on it to account for the outage - we’re still being charged the same amount.

    Looking on this trend I can see people are paying a lot of money for very shoddy service. I used to have to hard wire my laptop or Mac to be able to do Zooms/Teams on VM. The router was in the next door room 😳 #virginmedia
