Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.
