    @virginmedia my Wi-Fi has just gone off and within seconds your app is telling me there is a fault and the estimated fix is 3pm. Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

    @virginmedia That's the issue, I've never been aware of any related billing information since its an ntlworld email that was set up for me when I was in my teens.
