    @virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia We have been told £5 a pod, we have the hub 3 and the range on it is awful. We have a 1 bedroom flat, not a mansion. If it is not sorted out we will cancel before the end of the cooling off period. The router is ****, go on reddit, were not the only ones saying it.

    @virginmedia Amazing how ONE PERSON can change your opinion, called to cancel services, CSA asked for chance to see what was available, noted the issue with my broadband, was then able to knock £42 off monthly cost and send a contract, all within 8 minutes! Shame VM dont employ more like her!

    @virginmedia @Wimbledon Why have you not confronted the issue regarding your hub 3 and 4, regarding the Puma 6 Intel chipset? You do know their is a class action lawsuit in relation to using Arris equipment.

    @virginmedia We have the hub3 but it's in modem mode as we have a mesh system connected. We had to buy it because we had so many engineer visits to fix the speed we gave up. The mesh system has worked perfectly for months until now.
