    @virginmedia I was transferred numerous times. Then finally told that the person who set up the house transfer, has messed it up and somehow cancelled my access. With no solution on how to fix it

    Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

    @virginmedia My wife rang (as account in her name) eventually got through, and an engineer is expected in next few hours as I connection at all now!!Poor/no mobile signal at home as booster box is connected to your router, so even more inconvenience right now.

    @virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

    @virginmedia Well after ringing virgin yesterday we today received a new router (not an upgrade but same as I already have). Fast service when you want to #virgin. Only time will tell if problems are sorted. And please fix green cabinet at end of street so wires are not exposed! Dangerous!!

My account was closed and when I called last week I was told I had to set up another account with a different email and access this way! That didn’t work as it won’t allow my new email and account number. Along with other issues!
