@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia You’ve sent me a link to explain how I can raise an official complaint. One option is to give you a call? Something I have now tried on 3 separate occasions. Did you not read the thread? #Virginmedia

Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

@virginmedia just run test on broadband in E18 and result that there is a problem with VM network affecting multiple customers. But service status states no known issues. Have your engineers picked this up ?

@virginmedia ‘Utilisation issue in your area’ yet she couldn’t explain to me what that meant. Aside from the fact that our issue is an ongoing and therefore presumably separate issue. Appointment cancelled same day as booking. Confirmation text to book, no notice of cancellation. Shocking.
