    @virginmedia please update your Virgin Mobile automated message which says lines are open until 22:00. I called at 21:05 and connected to a lost & stolen line who couldn't help and also said they couldn't feed back to anyone that the automated message is wrong 🤦

    @virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @SkyHelpTeam sort it out… it’s imperative now more than ever when we are working from home to have reliable internet!! There random outages are happening far too often and causing issue for my work and customers!! It’s just a shame I can’t get @virginmedia internet…

    Hello @virginmedia. I cannot sign in to my ntlworld email - it says my password is not recognised. Is the server down please as my password has not changed. This has happened at least 6 times in the last 12 months.

    @virginmedia That page shows everything is fine, white light on hub3. It’s embarrassing as it happens all the time, especially in the morning. I don’t get why you want to charge more, so you can fix these issues?

    Renewed my @virginmedia broadband a couple of weeks ago. Today the network has totally collapsed in our area and WiFi keeps dropping. Kinda wished I’d moved to BT instead. And I’ll be expecting a day’s credit for our lost work.

    @virginmedia Thanks for getting back I'll give it a try, got no hope though. My WiFi was never sorted and had to figure things out myself from a forum which was anxiety overload especially during covid, which cost me in the end 😔. Not your fault ofc. Have a good day.

    @StMichaelSW11 @virginmedia No problems with Speed and it is fibre too. I haven't been able to fault them, but we don't do gaming so I can't help on that.
