    Spend hours waiting for someone to answer @virginmedia then they just tell me ‘wait till tomorrow and it will work’. And it never does, cancellation never sounded so appealing

    @virginmedia My wife rang (as account in her name) eventually got through, and an engineer is expected in next few hours as I connection at all now!!Poor/no mobile signal at home as booster box is connected to your router, so even more inconvenience right now.

    @virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

    @virginmedia I don't have a house phone as I pay a monthly contract for a mobile. I've never had this problem with other networks. You keep offering solutions that don't work. I can only email, the sim card won't work, your system isn't sending me log in emails for your system.

    @TheTrout91 @virginmedia I saw @claytsfm had a similar issue a few weeks back, seems absolutely mental they're just taking down/throttling internet to unusable levels without any kind of heads up to customers. Makes me unwilling to use them myself

    @virginmedia No he didn’t, and yes he did leave it unfixed. He told us to call customer services. It wasn’t a fault, the line had been cut off.

    Hi @virginmedia your internet connection is intermittent in SM4. Spoke to tech support and they admitted there is a fault on your end but wouldn’t send an engineer until 7 days! Help. We’re wfh. And can’t wait 7 days. #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia It took you *12 days* to respond “within 2 hours” over a complaint only for us to be told the matter was closed at a time when we were unable to take the call, asking you to call back. That was a week ago. Abysmal customer service again - you just don’t care.

    @virginmedia It's shocking that you keep trying to fob customers off to check online services updates, especially when wi-fi isn't working. Clueless! Still issues with WiFi, over a month now. Still poor service. Totally had enough.
