    6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

    @virginmedia I’m totally disgusted with your call centre service I’ve just had a call from them & the person in question conveniently cut me off whilst in process of speaking to him. This has happened before & a complaint ignored. Value your customers you don’t know the meaning

    Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

    @virginmedia I didn't get any response on the phone as your IVR 'checked' my Hub and found no issues. I used web chat and the person sent out a technician who came on two consecutive days, eventually replacing the Hub altogether. Your help system was really not helpful or intuitive, tbh.

    @virginmedia I appreciate the immediate reply. Have done all of this but the response is vague. It just says problem in the area etc. this is now a daily occursnce. If we were late for a monthly payment virgin would be in to us in a heartbeat and want the issue resolving immediately.

    Still no internet at home. Now day 8 engineer coming Thursday. It wouldn't be so bad if they acknowledged that there is a fault at our postcode. Our neighbour has no service. But they won't! #BetterConnected means better communication with your existing customers @virginmedia

    @andrewdove4 @virginmedia Best of luck getting any resolution Andrew, I joined last October and my broadband/wifi is utterly pathetic, can’t get Wi-Fi while sitting in the same room as the router and forget about coverage throughout the house. ‘Have you tried a hard reboot of your hub’ is all you’ll get.

    @virginmedia No there weren’t, in all honesty we had had issues from the beginning it’ just got incredibly exhausting trying to Beth through the phones over time. Yesterday was unbearable
