@JimSterling @virginmedia Yeah absolutely do not go with virgin they dont get any better. They have gone down hill alot over the last few years. Just watch out they may say you have canceled and then come back for money months later ( we had this happen) so keep records/dates/ names of staff you spoke to.

@JimSterling @virginmedia if you need the connection for business (which obviously you do), I wouldnt touch Virgin Media with someone elses barge poll never mind my own. They are absolutely dreadful and they dont care. Their routers are shite, their tv boxes somehow worse.

@JimSterling @virginmedia I used to work in one of their call centres (Don't recommend it). Then at least they fostered a culture of getting through calls quickly at any cost. People would regularly drop or transfer calls as soon as they got near the 5 minute mark to keep their call average down.
