@virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

@virginmedia Ultimate oomph customer, but speeds for the last few days have been anywhere between 0.1mbps and 100mbps. Not good enough when it should be 500mbps+. Resetting the router works for all of about 5 minutes. Can you help please?

@virginmedia The page says there are no known broadband issues in my area. It also says no diagnostic tests can be carried out on my "Shiny new hub". I have broadband this morning. Between 6pm and midnight it cut out over 20 times. That isn't normal service. Will you ever help us?
