    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    @virginmedia It’s a long standing issue which seems to be getting worse. The signal strength is just so so poor. I can’t use the WiFi upstairs most of the time 🙄

    Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Customer service not interested that THEIR broadband Booster caught fire. Luckily I was in when room filled with smoke.They said I will have to pay an extra £5 a month to get a new one. A different type. NOT ACCEPTABLE Don't deal with them. NO LOYALTY.
