    @virginmedia im getting really annoyed with your mobile service as I cannot receive any automated text messages (which makes 2FA for some stuff impossible). This is an ongoing issue. Also unable to get through to 150

    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia Thanks for getting back. Yes I've pinhole reset 3 times now. Now I have 'no access to server' on any of my devices, WiFi or ethernet. I spoke to someone yesterday who put me in touch with 'device management' but they said since its all my devices affected they can't help.

    @virginmedia Hello. The connection issues have since resolved but still don't know what happened. Seems to have affected customers who recently had 'essential works' complete last Mon - at least 1.5 days worth of disruption the same week.

    Customer service from @virginmedia is absolutely horrendous, had issues for best part of six months tried to sort it out and on hold for hours on end and when you do get through you get hung up on soon as get through security questions. Then when you don’t pay there like vultures
