@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia you've 'known' about it for months you texted me it was 'fixed' but the problem has continued looking at down detector, it's not just London But bc the internet isn't down for a whole 24 hours, it's only 'intermittent', I don't get any money back. 😡 This is unfair. @MartinSLewis
