Every 12 hours I get asked if I still want help which I confirm I then have to go through security checks and then no response for another 12 hours then the whole process starts again

Clear security, transfer call, clear security and repeat… over and over, then get cut off or “activated in 30 minutes!” BUT IT ISN’T. #compensation time I think.

That coincided with my surgery, managed to have the new hub up & running with some help but haven’t been able to access the solar inverter to reset so far.
