@virginmedia It's wireless but obviously hub is connected by cable. It's upto 200m occasionally. But often down to download about 50 and upload about 5.

@virginmedia I think you need to remember in this day and age, upload speed and reliability is equally if not more important to a lot of customers. My download speed never dropped last night.. upload was terrible so had to cancel.. 😔

@virginmedia All you say is ring the number... The one I spent an hour on last week and they did not fix and the one iv been on hold on for 57 min atm.. For a comms company its so hard to speak to someone.. So basically you cant sort engineer or sort billing... Am I. Correct
