@virginmedia my service is down in PL4 Plymouth and I'm home working! When will it be resolved? My account says there is no issue but restarting router hasn't fixed anything?

@virginmedia It's wireless but obviously hub is connected by cable. It's upto 200m occasionally. But often down to download about 50 and upload about 5.

Anyone else living / working in PL3 area of #Plymouth & struggling with the shocking @virginmedia service? No internet yet again- so another lost day of not being able to work from home properly, cancelled meetings/no email ..just been told they will have us re connected at 1855!

@virginmedia I think you need to remember in this day and age, upload speed and reliability is equally if not more important to a lot of customers. My download speed never dropped last night.. upload was terrible so had to cancel.. 😔

@virginmedia Internet very slow. Under 50mbps. Pay for 200mbps. New router on the way. Netflix won’t connect either. Got to reset router everyday. Told me I’d be compensated on next bill but wouldn’t say how much? Could you advice pls?

@74__GRP @virginmedia Thanks for that. I sense that’s where I may be heading. It just seems odd though. I can listen to Spotify via my mobile & a smart speaker, no problem. Similarly ipad is fine. Watched Millers’ games on iFollow. No problems at all. It’s just the on demand TV that fails frequently.

@virginmedia Yes which isnt exactly good service to be told i have to phone back, because he cant phone me because its the end of his shift. Why can someone else not phone me? Ur auto line told me i can get a discount but your staff tell me it will cost more than im already paying.

@virginmedia I have had the most appauling customer service over the last 5 days. Waiting for broadband issues to be fixed since Thursday morning! 12 phonecalls. Staff contradicting each other and broken promises! Why can no-one help?? #stayconnected don't make me laugh!
