@virginmedia I doubt you’ll ever resolve any of my problems after all it’s been 6 weeks of me chasing you so you can’t use covid 19 as an excuse for not providing broadband nor for robbing a single parent.

@virginmedia I should be on 100mb fibre optic yet when I come to use my internet it plays up and clearly not at the speed it should be especially at a time when there is little demand on your system which is another problem along with two nights when my broadband went down

@virginmedia When I upgraded in December I was told that I had to have it for a minimum of 30 days, I have had that. When I went to cancel I was told that I have to have it for a further 30 days and pay for the extra. I have finished watching what I wanted and don't watch it anymore.

@virginmedia Been messaging you about problems before lock down you don’t give a flying **** @virginmedia ive also phoned spoken to India who didn’t care, emailed you & posted a letter to @virginmedia signed for still no reply. Every one just cancel your direct debits they’ll soon wake up.

@virginmedia Have you actually ever phoned the team before, it is a nightmare and the people you speak to don't care about the customer. They were all singing happy birthday to a colleague in the background before and were unapologetic when I asked for a bit of quiet so that I could hear.

@virginmedia Repeatedly reported the 9 till 11 pm broadband issue when everyone here gets thrown offline or buffered and not just my household others in my locality to. Been fobbed off and no action has ever been taken to investigate and repair. You hide behind 'only 100meg provider'

@VirginMedia just tried to cancel BT sports from today and was told that I have to have it for another 30 days and pay for it also, I want it cancelled today. You do everything to make life difficult for your customers, you will be losing another customer at this rate.

Cancelled @virginmedia last week and had a very nice @OpenreachHelp engineer come fit my new broadband cos they're paying full wages to any employee self isolating I will never forget which companies did the right thing during #Covid_19 and neither will my purse

@virginmedia PROMISED yest eve by cust ser on phone that an engineer will come 23rd to put in boosters and finally fix this BUT when look on my account this morn it says just a self installation kit will be sent in the post tomorrow. I am on Chat now and they say engineer come 4th Jan !
