@virginmedia Repeatedly reported the 9 till 11 pm broadband issue when everyone here gets thrown offline or buffered and not just my household others in my locality to. Been fobbed off and no action has ever been taken to investigate and repair. You hide behind 'only 100meg provider'

  • 206gtidude1981 james (@206gtidude1981) reported from Plymouth, England

@virginmedia I should be on 100mb fibre optic yet when I come to use my internet it plays up and clearly not at the speed it should be especially at a time when there is little demand on your system which is another problem along with two nights when my broadband went down

  • gafutch Gary Futcher (@gafutch) reported from Plymouth, England

@virginmedia Hi. Recently received new hub after weeks of intermittent service issues with previous one. Tried to watch Morherland on catch-up tonight and had at least a dozen moments when playback was buffering. Might be a one-off but still annoying!

  • erinchelseytayl EZZA (@erinchelseytayl) reported from Plymouth, England

@virginmedia someone broke into our student accommodation and stole our internet router. We have deadlines on Friday & the letting company isn’t taking this seriously please help us out. We need internet.

  • DaveWitts Dave Witts (@DaveWitts) reported from Plympton, England

Terrible customer service from @virginmedia today. Wanted £50 to help me resolve a technical issue. Can't wait to get back to sky or BT.

  • 206gtidude1981 james (@206gtidude1981) reported from Plymouth, England

@virginmedia I’m one of your vulnerable customers from what I’ve just read on your website which then brings me to the problem of you over charging me which I have being trying to sort out with you.I have phoned, emailed, text’d & wrote a letter to your Sunderland complaints & also tweeted.

  • edreynolds25 Saint\/Ed 🇬🇧 (@edreynolds25) reported from Plymstock, England

@virginmedia Have you actually ever phoned the team before, it is a nightmare and the people you speak to don't care about the customer. They were all singing happy birthday to a colleague in the background before and were unapologetic when I asked for a bit of quiet so that I could hear.

  • Sean_Hynes97 Sean Hynes (@Sean_Hynes97) reported from Plympton, England

@KyleGatfield97 Virgin media is down mate gutted 😔

  • Dale_Ward_ Dale Ward (@Dale_Ward_) reported from Plymouth, England

Virgin Media’s gone down, their website has gone down, so I come to Twitter to check if I’m the only one.. apparently not! Better dust that book off instead.

  • ShayNicol23 Nicolimage (@ShayNicol23) reported from Plymouth, England

@virginmedia I've called them over and over, I'm not getting anywhere! Do I have to take this to the ombudsman to get it sorted. 5 hours of trying to sort this isn't working. Broken promises and stress!

  • relovedreams Lil'oldme (@relovedreams) reported from Plymouth, England

Cancelled @virginmedia last week and had a very nice @OpenreachHelp engineer come fit my new broadband cos they're paying full wages to any employee self isolating I will never forget which companies did the right thing during #Covid_19 and neither will my purse

  • barrowemma Emma Barrow (@barrowemma) reported from Plympton, England

@virginmedia hi my connection has been very poor and I’m working from home it’s becoming unbearable. It seems fine first thing in the morning and early evening onwards but right now and throughout the day it barely works.

  • 206gtidude1981 james (@206gtidude1981) reported from Plymouth, England

@virginmedia I doubt you’ll ever resolve any of my problems after all it’s been 6 weeks of me chasing you so you can’t use covid 19 as an excuse for not providing broadband nor for robbing a single parent.

  • ShayNicol23 Nicolimage (@ShayNicol23) reported from Plymouth, England

@virginmedia Apparently so, but it never gets resolved. I gave the last person online a ref no. He didn't know what it related to! More stress.

  • edreynolds25 Saint\/Ed 🇬🇧 (@edreynolds25) reported from Plymstock, England

@virginmedia When I upgraded in December I was told that I had to have it for a minimum of 30 days, I have had that. When I went to cancel I was told that I have to have it for a further 30 days and pay for the extra. I have finished watching what I wanted and don't watch it anymore.

  • edreynolds25 Saint\/Ed 🇬🇧 (@edreynolds25) reported from Plymstock, England

@VirginMedia just tried to cancel BT sports from today and was told that I have to have it for another 30 days and pay for it also, I want it cancelled today. You do everything to make life difficult for your customers, you will be losing another customer at this rate.

  • edreynolds25 Saint\/Ed 🇬🇧 (@edreynolds25) reported from Plymstock, England

@virginmedia Don't you think that I have tried that, you are a useless service when it comes to your customers. You make it as difficult as possible for people to access your team, I don't have long left on the contract so I will be shopping around.

  • himbadboy Himanshu dixit (@himbadboy) reported

@VMO2News In your press release dated 16 Feb 2022, mentioned no exit fees is applicable for person moving to Non service area. Your CC is asking me to pay 300GBP for Virgin and O2 services as I am going back India. Is that even fair. @virginmedia @VirginUKHelp. Don't harass.

@virginmedia your internet connection around SW19 sucks till this morning! And you do nothing to solve it!! It is not possible to reach even a person via call center!

  • AMothersSon Nur (@AMothersSon) reported

@virginmedia Well that sounds like a VM problem because I've already been through the process of cancellation and all someone from VM now has to do is go back and listen to the recording of that call. It's not my fault if VM have made a mistake.

  • Heer87 Paul Heer (@Heer87) reported

@virginmedia Thanks checked , but a fault resolution estimate of 21:45 today?? Network went down at 13:00 which means over 7 hours failure - is this liable for compensation?

  • Workin2Liv RunninRound (@Workin2Liv) reported

@virginmedia Cannot reach VM from home as no broadband service. Tried reaching via mobile data but website does get to service status. Cannot reach via phone either. What’s going on?

  • Victori70934680 Victoria Gibbs (@Victori70934680) reported

@virginmedia Am still awaiting a member of your teams input after the guy on the forum was stumped by the network logs....
