    @virginmedia It is hard to complain. I just want to send an email but cannot find how to do this. I do not want to speak to your call centre or use the live text - both routes have failed to respond to complaint. Only other method is to send in a physical letter.

    @virginmedia Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Joined VM in Sep with bundle including Netflix. Phoned 7 times now to get Netflix activated. Error in VM app. Now told there’s nothing VM can do, I’ve to phone Netflix. Meanwhile VM continue to charge me for it.
