    @virginmedia Have tried 3 more times to get through with the same outcome. Paying a lot of money for no service and no customer service!

    @Bearded365Guy @virginmedia I’ve tried to get the link a number of times but they still have t sent it. Awful service I just want to speak to a person who doesn’t put me on hold and redirect me to another dept who don’t answer, so frustrating

    @virginmedia It is hard to complain. I just want to send an email but cannot find how to do this. I do not want to speak to your call centre or use the live text - both routes have failed to respond to complaint. Only other method is to send in a physical letter.

    @dragonsangel01 @virginmedia @Ofcom When it's works it is good BUT their customer service has got progressively worse, and now it is almost none existent

    @virginmedia Internet very slow. Under 50mbps. Pay for 200mbps. New router on the way. Netflix won’t connect either. Got to reset router everyday. Told me I’d be compensated on next bill but wouldn’t say how much? Could you advice pls?

    @virginmedia Just when I thought you'd fixed it, it goes wrong.....was working fine during the day. Busy times your service is shocking. I've now got the same message.... insufficient bandwidth.

    @virginmedia I’m complaining about the difficulty & time taken to resolve an issue. Being on the helpline for over 2 hrs, being passed on numerous times, each time going thru security, each time explaining issue, people not calling back when promised, complaint not addressed. feel powerless.

    After weeks of problems and discussions about WiFi connections, @virginmedia have just advised me that I should arrange my Zoom meetings for 7am when the traffic is lighter! Been very disappointed with them altogether. Leaving after 15+ years.

    @virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

    It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

    @RogerGreen2009 @virginmedia I'm definitely going to be reviewing my options at the end of my current @virginmedia contract as they've been dreadful in terms of communication and help when the chips are down(day SEVEN of outage)😢 Sadly, I've only just renewed my contract... Thanks for the suggestions👍

    @FuzziePieRat @virginmedia Mate, we had exactly the same same thing. Tried to reduce packages down (we were paying £131 a MONTH at the time) and we were assured our package had changed and we were paying SIGNIFICANTLY less. Our bill came through, no change…

    @entrustTMF @virginmedia Whereabouts are you out of interest? My daughter is working from home today at our house and says Virgin broadband has packed up. I'm in hospital for a few days so out of touch but wondering if problems are localised or nationwide. Thanks!

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply @virginmedia but, frankly, these are just platitudes as usual. What is needed is action to sort the problem and accurate fix dates as opposed to the random, made up,ones I've been given so far Also, why not supply clients with MiFi solutions to help them?

    Well done @virginmedia . No internet or TV all day. Gone from saying it’s a known problem to saying it’s an issue our end. Nope. Bet the engineer who’s coming Wednesday won’t be needed as it’ll be miraculously fixed by then

    You only know how sitty a service provider relly is when something goes wrong. Was with @virginmedia for over 5 years. Now that i decided to leave they have charged me for 2 months with me already with another provider. After complaining they take 2 months to refund you and now that i sent them their router they somehow misplaced it and charged me 40 quid saying i didnt send it (even thought i had a call last week where i gave them the receipt) If you are their customer.. Get out as soon as possible and remember to block the direct debits. They cannot be trusted with your money.

    @jammierooroo @steveomufc @SkyUK Virgin Media have down the same thing recently. Everyone’s under pressure to “hit a target”, to earn more money because the system is ******. We are failing fundamentally at all levels, and it’s ******* disgusting.
