@virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

Trying to talk to get a change to our @virginmedia account. 5 weeks, none of the promised call back & now they close our account without telling us. If this is how they treat long term customer avoid like the plague!! #customerservicefail #broadband

so @virginmedia sent me an adaptor to plug into my hub because they are changing the service. Instructions state if your home phone can't be located next to the hub book engineer visit. Called to book - told £99 for engineer. Not acceptable, @virginmedia need to resolve this

@virginmedia it’s on wireless however i split the bands and i connect to 2.4 so range shouldn’t be a problem. i’m thinking its bandwidth but that would just be silly. i’ve changed the channels of 2.4 so that the channels aren’t crowded. i’ve really tried it all but nothing seems to be working

@virginmedia I have all that, I have 2 boosters still very poor intermittent at best. You have a new router but only for you gig customers apparently that has over double the antenna in it but me having 5 boxes, internet and phone and a sim im not a good enough customer to get the new router!
