@virginmedia As per many comments in this thread I have suffered at the hands of terrible VM customer service. Employees don’t seem to have the tools to do a decent job. So many pillars & posts to be passed between. VM ok when it works but if you need help...

After weeks of problems and discussions about WiFi connections, @virginmedia have just advised me that I should arrange my Zoom meetings for 7am when the traffic is lighter! Been very disappointed with them altogether. Leaving after 15+ years.

It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

Welcome to the the Kafkaesque's world of @virginmedia support: intermittent and rubish WiFi & Broadband since summer. Call Virgin & receive a "helpful" text on rebooting router that doesn't solve problem. Call Virgin again... repeat. No human to speak to. No engineer.
