Trying to talk to get a change to our @virginmedia account. 5 weeks, none of the promised call back & now they close our account without telling us. If this is how they treat long term customer avoid like the plague!! #customerservicefail #broadband

It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

@virginmedia He tends to have mobile just as a back up for emergencies. I have used it where I live and worked fine. It seems to be in his flat. I am not able to visit at the moment but he says he has a warning that comes up 'change sim card'? Could that be the problem?
