    @virginmedia Full details re my complaint should be on your records (telephone & web chat). In short appalling customer service making it v difficult for me to resolve issues. I have also complained about your complaint handling. I’m fed up having to explain what my complaint is about.

    Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia been a loyal@customer over 15 years. Terrible service . Router issues, tv issues, renewal package severly higher than new customer discount. Told to go sky for a better price !! Great customer service #virginmedia

    @virginmedia It is hard to complain. I just want to send an email but cannot find how to do this. I do not want to speak to your call centre or use the live text - both routes have failed to respond to complaint. Only other method is to send in a physical letter.

    @virginmedia I’m complaining about the difficulty & time taken to resolve an issue. Being on the helpline for over 2 hrs, being passed on numerous times, each time going thru security, each time explaining issue, people not calling back when promised, complaint not addressed. feel powerless.

    Dear @virginmedia, I rarely take to social media to complain however attempts to make a formal complaint via telephone “help”line & via online chat have failed. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Your complaint handling process is also broken. @WhichUK

    @virginmedia Just when I thought you'd fixed it, it goes wrong.....was working fine during the day. Busy times your service is shocking. I've now got the same message.... insufficient bandwidth.

    @virginmedia total dismay , terrible service, routers constantly fail . Call CS and told you have been customer over 15 years but best to go to @sky for a better price !!

    @virginmedia how hard can it be to cancel an account? Nobody answering phones in February so I cancelled by letter on 4/2/21. Didn’t actually cancel the DD until July, several calls later STILL not cancelled and I get a bill for £214 for a service I don’t use or want. Ridiculous

    @virginmedia I tried calling I tried wats app , no service at all , broadband is not working properly the last week and I have been unable to speak to someone regarding this

    @virginmedia this is not a "in my home" issue. this is an area wide issue with your service. you can't resolve this by diagnosing my equipment. check the service logs. W4 has had constant outages over the last 2 months. the lines here are completely unreliable now

    @virginmedia As predicted no success with virgin media again today even after promising to contact me if you get this issue resolved. Turns out this company cannot cancel a contract with them.Let media company is also unable to talk to their customers successfully

    @virginmedia service page alternates between saying nothing is wrong, or to check all my connections and test again. line keeps dropping to 0 up and 0 down for a minute and then returns to something that roughly works for a few minutes. lan and wifi W4 area has been f'ed for 2 months now
