Martin Elcoate (@MElcoate) reported from Topsham, England
@virginmedia I’m complaining about the difficulty & time taken to resolve an issue. Being on the helpline for over 2 hrs, being passed on numerous times, each time going thru security, each time explaining issue, people not calling back when promised, complaint not addressed. feel powerless.

Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

Brendan (@brenrich101) reported from Borough of Torbay, England
@virginmedia No complaints, just can’t take the service with me when I move! Only thing is an email confirmation would have nice detailing the termination, the date, and any fees/refunds due 👍🏼

Apologies if my tweets with Virgin Media have landed in your timeline this evening. They couldn’t DM me and all other avenues of complaint have failed.
-
Martin Elcoate (@MElcoate) reported from Topsham, England
Dear @virginmedia, I rarely take to social media to complain however attempts to make a formal complaint via telephone “help”line & via online chat have failed. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Your complaint handling process is also broken. @WhichUK

@virginmedia Just when I thought you'd fixed it, it goes wrong.....was working fine during the day. Busy times your service is shocking. I've now got the same message.... insufficient bandwidth.

-
Jayne (@Jaynewall1) reported from Ivybridge, England
@virginmedia We are a new customer or maybe not at this rate. All we want is to be connected we have all the cables already as it’s a new build
-
Martin Elcoate (@MElcoate) reported from Topsham, England
@virginmedia It is hard to complain. I just want to send an email but cannot find how to do this. I do not want to speak to your call centre or use the live text - both routes have failed to respond to complaint. Only other method is to send in a physical letter.

@virginmedia Hi, my conversation with vm lasted 11 hours. 3 times security check, final operator rejected me. If you can get someone from customer services to call me that would be much appreciated thanks
-
Jeremy Wills 🏳️🌈🇬🇧 (@Jezbeds) reported
@virginmedia Why did VM confirm by email (24/02) that my March 8th bill would be £101 and then charge me £107? (There are no extra charges on there). I waste hours trying to get support when your service lets me down and then I also have to contact you ti correct YOUR mistakes!

Lindsay Lenton 🇺🇦 (@LindzLentz) reported
@virginmedia I do know how to follow instructions, and that is what I did. What I need to know is, can I get out of the contract because it doesn't work as it should and I'm pretty sure that's breach of contract on your part.
-
Helen (@HelenCarly) reported
@virginmedia my internet is so intermittent today. Can’t even watch a film without it pausing every 10/20 mins. And now all my alexas aren’t responding because it’s down again. But no known issues in the area. What’s going on. Zzzzzzz #virgindown

*Mowgli (@kubrickfontaine) reported
@virginmedia I was offered a deal so I wouldn't cancel so I accepted and am being charged triple price one month then double the next before I finally get the new deal after 3 months. I'm already paying one month notice tomorrow at double price of my original contract. Really bad form.

Paisley Sparks (@paisleysparks44) reported
@Milomix_ldn @kerryjeanlister @virginmedia I know it may not help but my price went down because I am with O2 for my mobile.
