@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

After weeks of problems and discussions about WiFi connections, @virginmedia have just advised me that I should arrange my Zoom meetings for 7am when the traffic is lighter! Been very disappointed with them altogether. Leaving after 15+ years.

@virginmedia Internet very slow. Under 50mbps. Pay for 200mbps. New router on the way. Netflix won’t connect either. Got to reset router everyday. Told me I’d be compensated on next bill but wouldn’t say how much? Could you advice pls?

@BlodAxeMox @ItsRusherr I had a similar issue about 18 months ago and it was actually Virgin Media at fault! Congestion on line and old splitters coming from the box on the street into my apartment! Might be worth a call to the ISP rush! For me it was timeouts on the line causing it .

@virginmedia I've booked an engineer to come out and I've just been told I may be charged £25 for this. You don't seem to be any better than sky or bt and when I was sold the service I was told u were 100% better than them. I would just like my service to be running properly

@virginmedia Yep, there is none showing and the support only tells me to reboot the router and since it is intermittent old need to be in contact with them at the exact moment it happens and for them to make the test on the 10 seconds window that it happens
