@virginmedia we received a replacement Hub WiFi box on Tuesday, had to ring to activate it, told it would work, it didn’t. Had to ring last night to complain, told problem in the local area, our neighbours had internet still. Not fixed this morning.

@virginmedia Actually the worst service I’ve genuinely ever experienced. You cancel my tv/broadband set up the day before I move in, then try to charge me for a free sim you gave me. 10+ hours on the phone later, on hold for over 30 minutes again...abysmal.

@virginmedia Done this time and again last year, also mentioned many times that there was a few houses in the street with the same issue. A few years ago a chip shop opened, had Virgin installed, and thats when our issues began. They shut up shop 2yrs ago, the problems for us diminished. 1/2
