    @Gazzalatic @virginmedia Watching recordings from other box is spotty as ****, just **** software in the v6 boxes, as WiFi and ethernet is always sweet. My iptv and streaming 4k to my TV from pc is bang on.

    @virginmedia my service is down in PL4 Plymouth and I'm home working! When will it be resolved? My account says there is no issue but restarting router hasn't fixed anything?

    @virginmedia Not really. Still having issues with the broadband upstairs. They changed something on my router. Now can’t access my connect app as says I’m still logged in even though I logged out ! Asked for a booster but never got it !

    @AnnMemmott @virginmedia I too had a horrible time with @virginmedia. Never again; their product and service are the worst. Leaving the contract was a nightmare too.

    @virginmedia @ruskin147 I’ve been on hold on their online chat since Friday 🤬, every 12 hours or so they come back to me and ask if I still need help, I say yes and then then they disappear for 12 hours. Intermittent fault on tv signal wifi constantly dropping out. Working at home is impossible.

    I’ve been on your so called online chat help desk since Friday @virginmedia it’s now Wednesday. Every 12 hours I get asked if I still want help which I confirm I then have to go through security checks and then no response for another 12 hours then the whole process starts again

    @virginmedia broadband not covering the whole of my house. Customer services said that I should live with it. Now my sons box is stuck on 16% upload and will not go to TV. Engineer next Thursday. Yes next Thursday. !!!!!! I can't wait for January when I finally change.

    @virginmedia The issue is now resolved. However, in recent weeks each time we try to watch a recording on box 2 it can't connect to box 1. After numerous restarts to both, it'll connect. Then every 10/15 the programme freezes & you have to repeat the reboots. Help!

    @virginmedia No, they merely say they cannot talk about it until security details of the supposed account are provided when clearly they must have them displayed in front of them. It’s quite absurd. When told we’re not with Virgin Media they say they’ll note that down. Bills continue arriving

    @virginmedia Have spent so much time and money calling your call centre who seem to not know the issue. Yesterday they said I would need to pay for a tech visit to sort this issue!! Tech was booked for last Friday but didn't turn up.

    @virginmedia But 4 days now is really bad and I’ll get zero compensation as you word it as “intermittent” but you’ll still take the direct debit on time! This isn’t a one off scenario either.

    @virginmedia I am not doing that - every time I call that number the wait is over an hour and then the last time I just got cut off. If you can’t call, can you get someone else to call?? I put in my complaint that a call was my preferred option. This has gone on since April with no resolution

    @virginmedia Sigh. Virgin asked ME how I would like to be contacted regards the complaint & I said by phone & yet no one will contact me by phone. I’ve have tried to resolve this by phone, web complaint, Twitter, WhatsApp & now this weblink U sent. All to no avail. it’s taken me hours & hours
