    I wish @virginmedia would stop saying their Internet is the best on adverts. Mine is totally useless. Every morning and evening it drops off and buffers on TVs. Customer services fob me off everytime I complain. Always something I am doing wrong. Why can you not send an engineer?

    @virginmedia I have made several formal complaints about broadband problems but cannot get to speak to anyone. After multiple router resets by Virgin media remotely, which cures the problems in the short term, I am still having to re connect my Sky Q box and printer manually.

    @virginmedia what a joke trying to get help for a fault that’s been present since connection was completed, trying to work from home when the broadband is dropping off every few minutes is stressful, trying to get through on the phone impossible how do we get an engineer out

    @virginmedia Yes. Except that anyone looking at the notes which says “superhub coax broken” could know it’s not a network fault. Sorry but still poor to cancel all appointments, after holding.

    @virginmedia having a lot of problems with our service,been on hold for 56 minutes for someone to say they will help then put me on hold again for another 33 minutes!!! This is an absolute joke!!! #virginmedia

    @ScifiBrain @virginmedia @s_townell It peaked at a little over 2200 reports on down detector and a few other similar sites are showing around 500-1000 reports. Quite a substantial outrage by the look of things. Lack of info from website is frustrating.

    @virginmedia @macavanagh With all due respect, I wouldn't describe the problem as 'some customers' when it's the entire UK! 3rd time in 24hrs as well! Given how the prices have recently been increased, I think the customers at least deserve a proper decent service.

    @virginmedia I was on the phone in a queue for around 25 minutes waiting patiently and then they disconnected me, I've had problems yesterday and today where we are lucky if the Internet comes on and goes off again straight away. The virgin media status page seems to be offline completely.
