@virginmedia Internet very slow. Under 50mbps. Pay for 200mbps. New router on the way. Netflix won’t connect either. Got to reset router everyday. Told me I’d be compensated on next bill but wouldn’t say how much? Could you advice pls?

@virginmedia I think you need to remember in this day and age, upload speed and reliability is equally if not more important to a lot of customers. My download speed never dropped last night.. upload was terrible so had to cancel.. 😔

@virginmedia It's wireless but obviously hub is connected by cable. It's upto 200m occasionally. But often down to download about 50 and upload about 5.

Just spoke to a lovely fella at @virginmedia who helped me get my bill down considerably after a letter telling me it was going up £20 a month despite them offering new customers the same package at half the price. They should reward customer loyalty, not abuse it. #virginmedia

@virginmedia I cancelled channels last year to get my bill down below £100 just been told its going up £21.50. I will be cancelling more if not the whole thing, 23% hike. RPI is 13.4% and with the 3.9% yearly increase that's only 17.3%. So how are you justifying 23% ???🤬🤬🤬
