@virginmedia we received a replacement Hub WiFi box on Tuesday, had to ring to activate it, told it would work, it didn’t. Had to ring last night to complain, told problem in the local area, our neighbours had internet still. Not fixed this morning.

@virginmedia Actually the worst service I’ve genuinely ever experienced. You cancel my tv/broadband set up the day before I move in, then try to charge me for a free sim you gave me. 10+ hours on the phone later, on hold for over 30 minutes again...abysmal.

@virginmedia I’m not happy with your customer services. I’m moving home and I want to move my services. I’m being told VM isn’t available when the flat next door has VM! I’m being told I have to cancel and pay an early cancellation fee. 30 minutes on the phone!!!!🤬

@rosstmiller @virginmedia This happens all the time with me too. I had to separate the WiFi signal so i now have a 2g and a 5G, this worked well, the problem arises again every couple of weeks and i just connect to the other one, if that fails i just reboot the hub which also solves the issue.
