    @virginmedia How can anyone get any work done if broadband is only running at 10% of advertised. On top of that there's no online help. Not good enough as its been ongoing. .

    After over 7 hours, my 'chat' with @virginmedia customer services has just ended without them managing to do either of the things I asked them to, namely to match a better offer elsewhere or book a cancellation of my service more than 30 days in advance. They are truly the worst.

    @virginmedia again a fault. 2 weeks of no TV guide on both small boxes. Now it's saying these small boxes are not connected to Internet. Connect tivo box to Internet. These are not tivo boxes. Customer services are useless and could not sort out. Sin with special ill needs going

    @virginmedia It’s okay. I finally got through to somebody that makes sense. I think his name was Jeff and I just wanna say I think it’s the second time. I’ve spoken to this guy and his customer service is 2nd to none. And I just want to give him a big thumbs up.

    @virginmedia I understand its not appropriate on here.. i have already asked my mother to call you next week, i hope you can’t suitably help her as the cost of her contract is almost as much as i pay with a competitor and i have a lot more in terms of contract and VM isnt available here.

    @virginmedia you’re very quick and helpful signing someone up to a contract and very disgusting when they try to cancel one, an hour on hold is not good and will be reported to the governing body

    @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp just saved £16pm on Virginmedia by going all the way to disconnection team & insisting on getting 'new customer' deal. This cost includes all you can eat 02 5g sim for £25pm. Will end my contract with current provider & save £41pm total saving £57pm

    @thebobhosking @virginmedia All they had to do was swap addresses and activate same equipment at the new house. #customerexperience is awful! Clear security, transfer call, clear security and repeat… over and over, then get cut off or “activated in 30 minutes!” BUT IT ISN’T. #compensation time I think.

    @virginmedia what an awful company. Someone I know is selling their house. Not gone through yet while they were out you came and drilled holes in their house and attached cable to the neighbours fence. Went when told to get off their property but you turned up again today.

    @virginmedia It says pop ups blocked when doing on a phone. On the tablet it does nothing. HBO max on my TV keeps asking me to sign in. Still trying to create an account without being charged.

    @virginmedia since 9.15pm yesterday we’ve been without tv & internet, now they’ve just text saying 2pm tomorrow to be fixed. Nearly 2 days to fix an issue is disgraceful customer service. Again we’ll be looking to switch to Sky or BT. Virgin Media are useless.

    @virginmedia Absolute lying bast*rd of a company. New customer lied to and led up the garden path. Disgusting customer service and not receiving the service I wanted or am now being ripped off for. Engineer visit confirmed my suspicions. Just wait until Monday!

    @O2 @KerZE87 O2 has went downhill since they merged with Virgin media. I constantly have issues logging into myo2 app because I use a different email address for my o2 and virgin media accounts. Constantly asked to link the accounts which I do then I cant log into the apps.
