    @virginmedia When the VOD indicator on the TiVo box is lit, the broadband springs back into life. When VOD fails then so does the broadband. The two are linked but you're status page maintains otherwise. Why say a service is fine when it clearly isn't?

    @virginmedia broadband not covering the whole of my house. Customer services said that I should live with it. Now my sons box is stuck on 16% upload and will not go to TV. Engineer next Thursday. Yes next Thursday. !!!!!! I can't wait for January when I finally change.

    @AnnMemmott @virginmedia I too had a horrible time with @virginmedia. Never again; their product and service are the worst. Leaving the contract was a nightmare too.

    @Gazzalatic @virginmedia Watching recordings from other box is spotty as ****, just **** software in the v6 boxes, as WiFi and ethernet is always sweet. My iptv and streaming 4k to my TV from pc is bang on.

    @virginmedia i’m in a HMO and are wifi is rubbish and now i don’t have any signal. i can’t contact customer services because i don’t know the account number as i’m a tenant!! how do i speak to a human?!

    Love the irony that @virginmedia send me an email saying my bill is going up £3 a month at the same time as they send a text saying the broadband is going to take longer to fix - over 24 hrs outage now! 🤐

    @virginmedia I've tried everything. I've followed all the steps. I've tried rebooting. I've switched it off and on again. I've tried moving it to find the right place. Nothing seems to work. Its slow and then it cuts off and then comes on again after 15 mins.

    I’m considering leaving @virginmedia as my broadband provider due to the price hike and moving to @VodafoneUK but would like to find out some customer feedback on the Vodafone service, the speeds aren’t as good but at £21 per month compared to £36 per month for an extra 37 Mbps

    @virginmedia after many, many hours of phone calls last month, I was told I would receive a partial refund from my bill this month. It doesn’t seem to be reflected in my upcoming bill though and I was never sent any confirmation. Please help?
