@virginmedia Hi. Recently received new hub after weeks of intermittent service issues with previous one. Tried to watch Morherland on catch-up tonight and had at least a dozen moments when playback was buffering. Might be a one-off but still annoying!

@virginmedia When I upgraded in December I was told that I had to have it for a minimum of 30 days, I have had that. When I went to cancel I was told that I have to have it for a further 30 days and pay for the extra. I have finished watching what I wanted and don't watch it anymore.

@VirginMedia just tried to cancel BT sports from today and was told that I have to have it for another 30 days and pay for it also, I want it cancelled today. You do everything to make life difficult for your customers, you will be losing another customer at this rate.

@virginmedia That was done 10 days ago .. the day the installation was meant to take place. Which virgin apologised for messing up and said they will be back the next day. They haven't been back since. I've made a complaint, nothing happened.
