@virginmedia I have made several formal complaints about broadband problems but cannot get to speak to anyone. After multiple router resets by Virgin media remotely, which cures the problems in the short term, I am still having to re connect my Sky Q box and printer manually.

@smsm1 @parimalkumar @virginmedia So once you actually cancel someone will phone you up with a decent offer. But the deals are always structured to hide the true cost and default to expensive after time. So if you have a BT line with FFTP or FFTC use that for broadband and streaming.

@AshOnFire1989 @virginmedia Maybe it's the heat. Maybe it's oversubscribed in our area. Maybe ignoring customers issues is much easier than fixing them. Tbf though when we moved here we had an engineer out, something about upstream levels. Fixed it in a few hours.
