@virginmedia I should be on 100mb fibre optic yet when I come to use my internet it plays up and clearly not at the speed it should be especially at a time when there is little demand on your system which is another problem along with two nights when my broadband went down
-
Sam Barker (@_SamBarker_) reported from Plymouth, England
As a Virgin Media customer your service would have not changed in the slightest if that ludicrous policy came in 🙄
-
Saint\/Ed 🇬🇧 (@edreynolds25) reported from Plymstock, England
@virginmedia Don't you think that I have tried that, you are a useless service when it comes to your customers. You make it as difficult as possible for people to access your team, I don't have long left on the contract so I will be shopping around.
-
Saint\/Ed 🇬🇧 (@edreynolds25) reported from Plymstock, England
@virginmedia Have you actually ever phoned the team before, it is a nightmare and the people you speak to don't care about the customer. They were all singing happy birthday to a colleague in the background before and were unapologetic when I asked for a bit of quiet so that I could hear.

@virginmedia hi my connection has been very poor and I’m working from home it’s becoming unbearable. It seems fine first thing in the morning and early evening onwards but right now and throughout the day it barely works.

Lil'oldme (@relovedreams) reported from Plymouth, England
Cancelled @virginmedia last week and had a very nice @OpenreachHelp engineer come fit my new broadband cos they're paying full wages to any employee self isolating I will never forget which companies did the right thing during #Covid_19 and neither will my purse
-
Dale Ward (@Dale_Ward_) reported from Plymouth, England
Virgin Media’s gone down, their website has gone down, so I come to Twitter to check if I’m the only one.. apparently not! Better dust that book off instead.
-
Lil'oldme (@relovedreams) reported from Plymouth, England
@virginmedia Server overload is one of the most frequent reasons but never a solution
-
Lil'oldme (@relovedreams) reported from Plymouth, England
@virginmedia Repeatedly reported the 9 till 11 pm broadband issue when everyone here gets thrown offline or buffered and not just my household others in my locality to. Been fobbed off and no action has ever been taken to investigate and repair. You hide behind 'only 100meg provider'
-
james (@206gtidude1981) reported from Plymouth, England
@virginmedia I’m still having problems just wish your call centre would sort the ongoing issues out that have been present since 20th March.
-
Saint\/Ed 🇬🇧 (@edreynolds25) reported from Plymstock, England
@virginmedia When I upgraded in December I was told that I had to have it for a minimum of 30 days, I have had that. When I went to cancel I was told that I have to have it for a further 30 days and pay for the extra. I have finished watching what I wanted and don't watch it anymore.
-
james (@206gtidude1981) reported from Plymouth, England
@virginmedia I doubt you’ll ever resolve any of my problems after all it’s been 6 weeks of me chasing you so you can’t use covid 19 as an excuse for not providing broadband nor for robbing a single parent.

@virginmedia Your customer service called my husband several times about this while we were away even though on several occasions he told them it was 8 hours behind where we were. Hence calls at 330 am

@virginmedia It's not good enough. I eventually spoke to someone and gave 30 days notice. She was going to check my bill and I was put through to tech support for some reason. He was then going to transfer me back, but I didn't want to be on the phone for another hour. Cancellation gone?
-
Gareth McEnroe (@GarethMcEnroe) reported
@virginmedia Yes, done that, didn't help
-
Simon Hilton (@hiltonsimon) reported
@virginmedia Nah, I’m good. I’ve signed up with a new provider who are putting in a new phone line to replace the Virgin one that never worked and sorting out the broadband switchover - best thing is it costs me £100 per month LESS than @VirginMedia’s last bill. Thankyou @NOWHelpTeam :)
