@ScifiBrain @virginmedia @s_townell It peaked at a little over 2200 reports on down detector and a few other similar sites are showing around 500-1000 reports. Quite a substantial outrage by the look of things. Lack of info from website is frustrating.

@virginmedia I have made several formal complaints about broadband problems but cannot get to speak to anyone. After multiple router resets by Virgin media remotely, which cures the problems in the short term, I am still having to re connect my Sky Q box and printer manually.

@virginmedia Is there any way to reboot the router remotely? As far as I can tell the service fault should be resolved, but no one will be home for a week and it's knocked out my media centre and vpn. Not getting much clear info out of the service test on the website.

@virginmedia The point is that's it's not on your website so you're not giving me a choice, then act as though I've never raised an issue despite using your site. Rather than deflecting, how about refund customers affected by downtime when it happened not per customer raising an issue!!
