    @virginmedia When the VOD indicator on the TiVo box is lit, the broadband springs back into life. When VOD fails then so does the broadband. The two are linked but you're status page maintains otherwise. Why say a service is fine when it clearly isn't?

    @virginmedia broadband not covering the whole of my house. Customer services said that I should live with it. Now my sons box is stuck on 16% upload and will not go to TV. Engineer next Thursday. Yes next Thursday. !!!!!! I can't wait for January when I finally change.

    @virginmedia again a fault. 2 weeks of no TV guide on both small boxes. Now it's saying these small boxes are not connected to Internet. Connect tivo box to Internet. These are not tivo boxes. Customer services are useless and could not sort out. Sin with special ill needs going

    @AnnMemmott @virginmedia I too had a horrible time with @virginmedia. Never again; their product and service are the worst. Leaving the contract was a nightmare too.

    I’ve been on your so called online chat help desk since Friday @virginmedia it’s now Wednesday. Every 12 hours I get asked if I still want help which I confirm I then have to go through security checks and then no response for another 12 hours then the whole process starts again

    @virginmedia Not really. Still having issues with the broadband upstairs. They changed something on my router. Now can’t access my connect app as says I’m still logged in even though I logged out ! Asked for a booster but never got it !

    @Sarah_Hants @virginmedia For good ethics I don't think you can beat Your Co-op, formerly The Phone Co-op. I've never had a problem with the service and their price is decent. @Coop_Broadband I've been happy with them for decades.

    @virginmedia And how do I do that if the mechanism for reporting a fault won't accept that there is a fault? It's been almost 48 hours, and it won't be fixed until Wednesday at 6pm? How hard can it be? I get that you want to avoid refunding me, but at least give me the service I'm paying for.
