Every 12 hours I get asked if I still want help which I confirm I then have to go through security checks and then no response for another 12 hours then the whole process starts again

BT have told me I won’t be getting by Broadband back for a week……it took me about an hour to find a complaints email then they closed my complaint without fixing the problem…..all total *****.

One guy said its not that, came three times, changed modems, cables connectors etc. I told them don't send him , they sent a new guy listened to what I said, fixed what I said.

Assured on Thursday all would be well in 24hrs and given £20 refund!!! Spent over 2hrs on hold. No updates given; no signs of rectifying anything. Customer service is non-existent. Appalling.
