    @virginmedia I have made several formal complaints about broadband problems but cannot get to speak to anyone. After multiple router resets by Virgin media remotely, which cures the problems in the short term, I am still having to re connect my Sky Q box and printer manually.

    @virginmedia I understand its not appropriate on here.. i have already asked my mother to call you next week, i hope you can’t suitably help her as the cost of her contract is almost as much as i pay with a competitor and i have a lot more in terms of contract and VM isnt available here.

    @virginmedia No, I told them I was moving house one 21st April and they said it was no problem and they sorted it all out. It's only now I have read the email I received that I have seen it says I am still within my contract!
