    @AnnMemmott @virginmedia I too had a horrible time with @virginmedia. Never again; their product and service are the worst. Leaving the contract was a nightmare too.

    @virginmedia When the VOD indicator on the TiVo box is lit, the broadband springs back into life. When VOD fails then so does the broadband. The two are linked but you're status page maintains otherwise. Why say a service is fine when it clearly isn't?

    @virginmedia For one of the biggest comms businesses it amazes me that departments are not capable of crossing over. Why not put my complaint to the right team who can call me? I’ve really had enough.

    @virginmedia broadband not covering the whole of my house. Customer services said that I should live with it. Now my sons box is stuck on 16% upload and will not go to TV. Engineer next Thursday. Yes next Thursday. !!!!!! I can't wait for January when I finally change.

    @virginmedia Not really. Still having issues with the broadband upstairs. They changed something on my router. Now can’t access my connect app as says I’m still logged in even though I logged out ! Asked for a booster but never got it !

    @virginmedia thanks most seems to be ok. one issue when I select searches or load pages it seems to fail to connect about 30% of the time any ideas ?

    @virginmedia again a fault. 2 weeks of no TV guide on both small boxes. Now it's saying these small boxes are not connected to Internet. Connect tivo box to Internet. These are not tivo boxes. Customer services are useless and could not sort out. Sin with special ill needs going

    @virginmedia I’m beginning to think you don’t want customers or money. Slot booked in Aug date now rebooked to end of October. If you can’t provide service why bother committing? Could have gone elsewhere? So £5.25 a day comp £300 which is roughly what the yearly BB contract is

    @virginmedia First off my name is not Lauren, it is Laurence and I have been using the same email address for over 25 yrs including your company for over 20 yrs and have never had this problem before, its a bit silly when your asked to go online but can't without the email address.

    @virginmedia Last night. I'm going to master reset tje now and put on router mode, then turn back on to modem. It should work for a week then back to square 1. The problem is nothing has changed apart from it being a hub 5.
