@virginmedia I think you need to remember in this day and age, upload speed and reliability is equally if not more important to a lot of customers. My download speed never dropped last night.. upload was terrible so had to cancel.. 😔

@virginmedia It's wireless but obviously hub is connected by cable. It's upto 200m occasionally. But often down to download about 50 and upload about 5.

@virginmedia They did yes , Haven’t had accounts for at least 7 years, these 2 have popped up as of 2017, have no idea of account numbers , any past accounts were closed and Ive never been informed otherwise
