Anyone else living / working in PL3 area of #Plymouth & struggling with the shocking @virginmedia service? No internet yet again- so another lost day of not being able to work from home properly, cancelled meetings/no email ..just been told they will have us re connected at 1855!

@Gazzalatic @virginmedia Watching recordings from other box is spotty as ****, just **** software in the v6 boxes, as WiFi and ethernet is always sweet. My iptv and streaming 4k to my TV from pc is bang on.

@virginmedia @ruskin147 I’ve been on hold on their online chat since Friday 🤬, every 12 hours or so they come back to me and ask if I still need help, I say yes and then then they disappear for 12 hours. Intermittent fault on tv signal wifi constantly dropping out. Working at home is impossible.

I’ve been on your so called online chat help desk since Friday @virginmedia it’s now Wednesday. Every 12 hours I get asked if I still want help which I confirm I then have to go through security checks and then no response for another 12 hours then the whole process starts again

@virginmedia I think you need to remember in this day and age, upload speed and reliability is equally if not more important to a lot of customers. My download speed never dropped last night.. upload was terrible so had to cancel.. 😔

@virginmedia broadband not covering the whole of my house. Customer services said that I should live with it. Now my sons box is stuck on 16% upload and will not go to TV. Engineer next Thursday. Yes next Thursday. !!!!!! I can't wait for January when I finally change.

@virginmedia I have now had the issue fixed it would seem although your call handler could not see connected devices when he remotely looked at my router. Im not sure what thats about but I only have one device, my gaming rig which was connected and displaying a web page at the time ???

@virginmedia I only do wired. 1.5m from the router. I called this morning and your automated system said that you had found a problem in the area but it also claimed that I had not contacted them about the issue previously, just in case I wanted recompence I imagine.
