    @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp just saved £16pm on Virginmedia by going all the way to disconnection team & insisting on getting 'new customer' deal. This cost includes all you can eat 02 5g sim for £25pm. Will end my contract with current provider & save £41pm total saving £57pm

    @virginmedia @ParalympicsGB Hiya can you help please. I am moving my tivo box and modem . I have bought a new coaxial cable. How do I remove the cable from the wall ? Do I unscrew it or pull it out? Don't want to do anything wrong. Same with cable in modem . Thank you.

    @virginmedia saga continues : (.. Received a notification saying the package was on way 2 days ago. Today received an email saying the package went back to @virginmedia. Because the shop they suggested doesn't offer that service anymore.

    @virginmedia saga continues : phone @virginmedia just now 45 minutes later and 3 people later, they passed the call to the next team to order the kit again, and the services are closed. The call stopped. Amazing service.

    After over 7 hours, my 'chat' with @virginmedia customer services has just ended without them managing to do either of the things I asked them to, namely to match a better offer elsewhere or book a cancellation of my service more than 30 days in advance. They are truly the worst.

    @virginmedia isn't the costumer fault you don't up date the list of shops do that service. You guys are very complicated. Really are. Keep it simple.

    @TheHodge @mpdehnel @virginmedia Speed quality < connection quality. Unfortunately virgins network just isn’t that good to be honest like having Ferrari engine in a Toyota Aygo. May be fast but it probably doesn’t handle very well

    @virginmedia the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! After waiting for nearly a month for a response to my complaint your response was 'please call us'. My complaint was about not being able to contact you to change my package. Moving to another provider ASAP.

    @virginmedia No further appointments booked by your engineer and I don’t believe your Area Manager has tested the cabinet with a different test hub as you can see I was advised would happen. @virginmedia has left me with a service that’s stops me doing my key worker role.

    @virginmedia Emergency response requires reliable WIFI to access documents and procedures ensuring the welfare of first responders. The service I was sold has not been met. The issues I have raised have not been dealt with.
