The two are linked but you're status page maintains otherwise. Why say a service is fine when it clearly isn't?

He said its okay you cant take it with you. Anyway, when i moved it became apparent that virgin never covered the area. But they held me to the contract.

All the engineers arriving had been given completely wrong information for visit. Back and forward for about 6 weeks to get my internet working again.

Three engineer visits, five plus calls to Indian call centres, and still you can’t activate the TV contract you upsold me when I simply called to get my connection back. Awful, awful business model.
