    Virgin @virginmedia log on procedures drive me crazy. Passwords 8-10 chars only, no special chars, and no show password facility. Very poor compared with most other organisations.

    When I moved house @virginmedia , I didn’t expect to be #cutoff and without service because an engineer had to come and install a wire. Which is already installed and working for the previous owner. Please just activate my equipment!!!!! #CustomerService

    @virginmedia It’s okay. I finally got through to somebody that makes sense. I think his name was Jeff and I just wanna say I think it’s the second time. I’ve spoken to this guy and his customer service is 2nd to none. And I just want to give him a big thumbs up.

    @thebobhosking @virginmedia All they had to do was swap addresses and activate same equipment at the new house. #customerexperience is awful! Clear security, transfer call, clear security and repeat… over and over, then get cut off or “activated in 30 minutes!” BUT IT ISN’T. #compensation time I think.

    @virginmedia Loss of service, telling us we can have 5 boxes in our new property when you can only have three! Just to stop us leaving! Problems logging on to my virgin go after resetting the password and still not being logged on. Then charging us after sending us the new equipment even

    @virginmedia avoid for broadband at all costs. They just advised me that a failed engineer appt to fix wrongly installed BB was my fault because I wasn’t in. I pointed out I was not only in but have home security cctv to prove they just lied they replied it’s just a mistake
