    @virginmedia It's wireless but obviously hub is connected by cable. It's upto 200m occasionally. But often down to download about 50 and upload about 5.

    @virginmedia I think you need to remember in this day and age, upload speed and reliability is equally if not more important to a lot of customers. My download speed never dropped last night.. upload was terrible so had to cancel.. 😔

    Anyone else living / working in PL3 area of #Plymouth & struggling with the shocking @virginmedia service? No internet yet again- so another lost day of not being able to work from home properly, cancelled meetings/no email ..just been told they will have us re connected at 1855!

    @virginmedia Internet very slow. Under 50mbps. Pay for 200mbps. New router on the way. Netflix won’t connect either. Got to reset router everyday. Told me I’d be compensated on next bill but wouldn’t say how much? Could you advice pls?

    @virginmedia How can anyone get any work done if broadband is only running at 10% of advertised. On top of that there's no online help. Not good enough as its been ongoing. .

    I wish @virginmedia would sort their stability out. More issues tonight with upload speed and reliability meant the stream was late again. Sorry folks! Hopefully they will fix it!

    @virginmedia @ruskin147 I’ve been on hold on their online chat since Friday 🤬, every 12 hours or so they come back to me and ask if I still need help, I say yes and then then they disappear for 12 hours. Intermittent fault on tv signal wifi constantly dropping out. Working at home is impossible.

    @virginmedia really??? So whilst testing all day upload has been fine and stability has been fine now it's late it's crap again?! That definately sounds like you are throttling it to me!

    @virginmedia Over the last 8 months intermittent drop outs multiple times a day. On a one hour zoom likely to drop out 1/2 times. Have rung virgin about 35 times. Spent over 20 hours on the phone. No fix. Just this letter

    Hello @virginmedia. Are there known problems showing TV in the Bristol area? Nothing on your status page. BBC4 (channel 107) is only showing a pixellated mess. All other channels seem fine. I have rebooted Tivo box, etc.

    @virginmedia flashing base light on the one I changed... so I phoned up just now because it's clearly just a hub issue because the lights changed when I changed them over but they straight up refuse to register the hub to my account you sent me it ages ago, so i don't see why you can't
