    @virginmedia If you’d spent hours on a web chat and received no help at all, in fact it made how I feel about @virginmedia even worse you wouldn’t want to repeat the experience. You’re offering something that doesn’t work and I know that having wasted hours. You need other solutions.

    @ScifiBrain @virginmedia @s_townell It peaked at a little over 2200 reports on down detector and a few other similar sites are showing around 500-1000 reports. Quite a substantial outrage by the look of things. Lack of info from website is frustrating.

    I wish @virginmedia would stop saying their Internet is the best on adverts. Mine is totally useless. Every morning and evening it drops off and buffers on TVs. Customer services fob me off everytime I complain. Always something I am doing wrong. Why can you not send an engineer?

    Still no answer from @virginmedia. Tbf, I didn’t expect much but it’s still disappointing. After falsely selling me a longer contract in the most corrupt way, there is nobody to take care of my escalation. Absolute crooks that I wouldn’t recommend even to my worst enemy.

    @virginmedia constant connection drops and loss of service on broadband. Gone through all automated tests. Engineer changed isolator, no improvement. I’m convinced it’s a cabinet issue. Please can I have a number to speak to a real person to get an engineer visit?

    @virginmedia Hi, spoke to a splendid fellow on your support line, and we went through a full factory-reset loop on the Superhub, and reconfigured back for modem mode. We'll see if that has any impact on reliability!
