    @virginmedia I think you need to remember in this day and age, upload speed and reliability is equally if not more important to a lot of customers. My download speed never dropped last night.. upload was terrible so had to cancel.. 😔

    @virginmedia @ruskin147 I’ve been on hold on their online chat since Friday 🤬, every 12 hours or so they come back to me and ask if I still need help, I say yes and then then they disappear for 12 hours. Intermittent fault on tv signal wifi constantly dropping out. Working at home is impossible.

    @virginmedia It's wireless but obviously hub is connected by cable. It's upto 200m occasionally. But often down to download about 50 and upload about 5.

    I’ve been on your so called online chat help desk since Friday @virginmedia it’s now Wednesday. Every 12 hours I get asked if I still want help which I confirm I then have to go through security checks and then no response for another 12 hours then the whole process starts again

    @virginmedia No, I already cancelled the DD with my bank and I won't be becoming a Virgin Media customer. I'm far too busy to be messed around which is what you obvs do to customers.The call to Pre-Install where I stated I*ve cancelled got cut off.I've stated it here.End of contract
