    Disappointed with the customer service at @virginmedia! Got a new phone through contract #Samsung #A52 and had nothing but trouble with it in just over a month! Screen flickers/don't save pictures. #Avoid

    @virginmedia what a joke trying to get help for a fault that’s been present since connection was completed, trying to work from home when the broadband is dropping off every few minutes is stressful, trying to get through on the phone impossible how do we get an engineer out

    @virginmedia ‘moving is stressful’ - I can’t get your service in my new building but none of your team want to accept that...I’ve wasted hours following your rules for cancellation, does the training manual says ‘break them psychologically’...they’ll just give up?

    @virginmedia I have made several formal complaints about broadband problems but cannot get to speak to anyone. After multiple router resets by Virgin media remotely, which cures the problems in the short term, I am still having to re connect my Sky Q box and printer manually.

    @zacbowden @windowscentral @virginmedia Virgin media’s hubs are total shite . And should not be installed. I’ve turned mine into a modem and now use a mesh 6 router . Problem solved .

    @virginmedia what absolute shambolic customer service- gave req notice..as I’ve moved, called 6 times & still no further forward, even had a staff member cancel my disconnection,4 calls tonight,cut off twice& put on hold for 22 mins just before you close, guess what,still no help
