@virginmedia I have made several formal complaints about broadband problems but cannot get to speak to anyone. After multiple router resets by Virgin media remotely, which cures the problems in the short term, I am still having to re connect my Sky Q box and printer manually.

@virginmedia … there is a total outage of broadband and TV in the E8 area of Hackney from yesterday, and virgin media has not fix the problem and has now extended it until 21, 20 hours. How unearth are they allowed to get away with it?
