Clear security, transfer call, clear security and repeat… over and over, then get cut off or “activated in 30 minutes!” BUT IT ISN’T. #compensation time I think.

Had an issue they never, ever sorted despite promises and engineers saying it would be. Never again.

The day before I was due to switch they called me, he said it's my job to convince you to stay. Told him about the emails and it was too little too late. He agreed and hung up
