    I’ve been on your so called online chat help desk since Friday @virginmedia it’s now Wednesday. Every 12 hours I get asked if I still want help which I confirm I then have to go through security checks and then no response for another 12 hours then the whole process starts again

    @Gazzalatic @virginmedia Watching recordings from other box is spotty as ****, just **** software in the v6 boxes, as WiFi and ethernet is always sweet. My iptv and streaming 4k to my TV from pc is bang on.

    @virginmedia again a fault. 2 weeks of no TV guide on both small boxes. Now it's saying these small boxes are not connected to Internet. Connect tivo box to Internet. These are not tivo boxes. Customer services are useless and could not sort out. Sin with special ill needs going

    @NETGEARgaming @NETDUMA could I get some uk based help please? I have put my XR500 into IPv6 tunnelling as I am with virgin media this is connected to my Xbox one S for two years almost I have had the same set up as it works better gaming wise, I unplugged my Xbox 1/2

    @virginmedia It's wireless but obviously hub is connected by cable. It's upto 200m occasionally. But often down to download about 50 and upload about 5.

    After over 7 hours, my 'chat' with @virginmedia customer services has just ended without them managing to do either of the things I asked them to, namely to match a better offer elsewhere or book a cancellation of my service more than 30 days in advance. They are truly the worst.

    @virginmedia Formal complaint: missed installs on 12 Apr and 25 Apr, 10+ days without broadband. Equipment installed but service still not activated due to system issues. Extra costs for data and dongle incurred. Please escalate, activate within 24 hours and confirm compensation.

    @virginmedia Hi have received a new 360 box to replace our current TiVo one. Getting error message Account error CS1011. Tried ringing 150 , from mobile says sorry can't connect try later, rang 150 from landline , recorded message states no not recognised. Help!

    @virginmedia please get your **** together, 3rd day in a row internet goes down at 9pm with no solution to the problem other than check back in 24hours. I’m paying £40 a month not for this. Soon it’s gonna be time to switch providers

    @virginmedia - what are you playing at? My TiVo not working! Intermittence signal problem went on week this week! Now my new 360 thingy remote I got it from start of this week. Only to find out I had to order a 360 box it’ll take a week or so? Had enough now.

    I chose @vmbusiness becuase I had this mess before with BT letting me down .. I work from home, how am I going to do that with no connectivity? Teather from my phone? I am an IT person .. lets see how that works out (2 of 2)
