@virginmedia saga continues : phone @virginmedia just now 45 minutes later and 3 people later, they passed the call to the next team to order the kit again, and the services are closed. The call stopped. Amazing service.

After over 7 hours, my 'chat' with @virginmedia customer services has just ended without them managing to do either of the things I asked them to, namely to match a better offer elsewhere or book a cancellation of my service more than 30 days in advance. They are truly the worst.

@virginmedia Thank you for responding. At the moment the broad band has been repaired I guess. The frustration is with your systems saying that the tv is broken and broadband is ok when it’s actually the reverse. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this either.

@virginmedia every few days, my high speed internet goes bad, right now I'm getting 6mbps to 12mbps. this unreliability is stressing me out, affecting plans and work. Don't tell me to restart, I already have several times. Get your act together your end.
