    @VirginMedia just tried to cancel BT sports from today and was told that I have to have it for another 30 days and pay for it also, I want it cancelled today. You do everything to make life difficult for your customers, you will be losing another customer at this rate.

    @virginmedia Repeatedly reported the 9 till 11 pm broadband issue when everyone here gets thrown offline or buffered and not just my household others in my locality to. Been fobbed off and no action has ever been taken to investigate and repair. You hide behind 'only 100meg provider'

    @virginmedia When I upgraded in December I was told that I had to have it for a minimum of 30 days, I have had that. When I went to cancel I was told that I have to have it for a further 30 days and pay for the extra. I have finished watching what I wanted and don't watch it anymore.

    @virginmedia I should be on 100mb fibre optic yet when I come to use my internet it plays up and clearly not at the speed it should be especially at a time when there is little demand on your system which is another problem along with two nights when my broadband went down

    @virginmedia Have you actually ever phoned the team before, it is a nightmare and the people you speak to don't care about the customer. They were all singing happy birthday to a colleague in the background before and were unapologetic when I asked for a bit of quiet so that I could hear.

    Cancelled @virginmedia last week and had a very nice @OpenreachHelp engineer come fit my new broadband cos they're paying full wages to any employee self isolating I will never forget which companies did the right thing during #Covid_19 and neither will my purse

    @virginmedia Good morning, When we rang to take your TV service (already have phone and broadband) we arranged on 28/11 and confirmed the date 11/12. We then rang again on Wednesday 9/12 to check installation date and the agent confirmed 11/12. Really angry as my wife took leave from work.

    @virginmedia I’m sorry but it’s a unfair condition. You are unable to provide a service. The term early exit fee, disconnection fee as described in the telephone call is not the same as stating you are liable to pay remaining outstanding balance less admin charges. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia to be fixed? a total loss of internet for nearly 2 days is unacceptable from a big organisation like Virgin,especially during times when the service is needed for people who rely on your services for work purposes & video calls to family who we can’t see in person due to covid

    @virginmedia I've done that and it says there are no issues. But when I run a test through the service checker page on your site it says some of the devices in my house have poor WiFi strength. So it's a bit confusing tbh
