    @virginmedia If you’d spent hours on a web chat and received no help at all, in fact it made how I feel about @virginmedia even worse you wouldn’t want to repeat the experience. You’re offering something that doesn’t work and I know that having wasted hours. You need other solutions.

    @virginmedia It has been awful today. Your advisors have kept me on live chat for hours and not resolved or helped at all. I feel so cross. Is there not a simple email address? I would be grateful if I could share what has happened as it is not right. On every level I have serious concerns.

    @virginmedia again a fault. 2 weeks of no TV guide on both small boxes. Now it's saying these small boxes are not connected to Internet. Connect tivo box to Internet. These are not tivo boxes. Customer services are useless and could not sort out. Sin with special ill needs going

    @virginmedia When the VOD indicator on the TiVo box is lit, the broadband springs back into life. When VOD fails then so does the broadband. The two are linked but you're status page maintains otherwise. Why say a service is fine when it clearly isn't?

    @AnnMemmott @virginmedia I too had a horrible time with @virginmedia. Never again; their product and service are the worst. Leaving the contract was a nightmare too.

    @virginmedia thanks most seems to be ok. one issue when I select searches or load pages it seems to fail to connect about 30% of the time any ideas ?

    @virginmedia Not really. Still having issues with the broadband upstairs. They changed something on my router. Now can’t access my connect app as says I’m still logged in even though I logged out ! Asked for a booster but never got it !

    @virginmedia broadband not covering the whole of my house. Customer services said that I should live with it. Now my sons box is stuck on 16% upload and will not go to TV. Engineer next Thursday. Yes next Thursday. !!!!!! I can't wait for January when I finally change.

    @virginmedia Time to get rid of this service. Just so fed up of the poor internet, lack of support, contiuous dropouts or no internet, They cannot even unlock an email account after 6 days despite me being on phone with them for ages to try and get this 1 thing done.

    @virginmedia it would be lovely if your Virgin Connect app would actually work. Over 3yrs of it not working, app deleted and reinstalled..NEVER WORKS.

    @virginmedia Still doesn’t get us an appointment with total signal loss rectified before 3/Oct though does it?? No services for 7wks in total - no phone line, no broadband or tv!!

    @virginmedia The site wasn’t working last night when there was an outage, but when I phoned 03454541111 (again) the message changed to “we’re sorry you’re still experiencing issues in GU21” or something similar which suggested the individual issue was known. Hoping all faults will be fixed!

    @virginmedia I’ve finally managed to get through to support, but they can only book an engineer for Thursday. That’s 4 days without internet and I work from home full time.

    @virginmedia I've also spoke to your team who are robotic you'll need to upgrade .. they're aware it's a one in one household ..mine and the ACC holder my husband has severe MH issues so being forced to pay double isn't very good is it

    @pollyjo12 @virginmedia Sky & Virgin are rubbish for broadband. We ditched Sky about 2yrs ago because the internet was just awful. Moved to BT and, on the whole, it’s been spot on. Paying £102 for the basic TV package with all the sport, broadband & a landline (which we don’t use but was part of deal)
