This cost includes all you can eat 02 5g sim for £25pm. Will end my contract with current provider & save £41pm total saving £57pm

Every morning and evening it drops off and buffers on TVs. Customer services fob me off everytime I complain. Always something I am doing wrong. Why can you not send an engineer?
