    @virginmedia Actually the worst service I’ve genuinely ever experienced. You cancel my tv/broadband set up the day before I move in, then try to charge me for a free sim you gave me. 10+ hours on the phone later, on hold for over 30 minutes again...abysmal.

    @virginmedia I’m using wifi when I’m travelling. No problems when I’m using my laptop at home. It’s when I’m away from gone using wifi. Been doing it since September with no issues at all. It started yesterday morning. Tested other devices too unsuccessfully.

    @virginmedia My broadband has been temperamental since yesterday . For the most part, I'm receiving <0.5mb download speed, which doesn't allow me to do much at all when WFH. I have checked the service status which shows "No network issue found". Are there any known problems?

    @virginmedia What a shock a telephone company that has to quote 30 days, I work in retail and if I was to tell customers that I can’t call you for 30 days to solve an issue then I would be sacked for being useless at my job ..

    @virginmedia The old account holder has left the UK, I don’t have contact with them anymore. I’ve managed to get a DD set up but I still can’t access the account as it’s still linked to her email. So I’m paying for an account I can’t even access!! Ridiculous service!!!
