@virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

@virginmedia We are not receiving WiFi connection in all our rooms, the tv Signal keeps cutting off the reconnecting. Downloading is very slow. We keep requesting a booster but no one in customer service is willing to send us one!

@virginmedia I spoke to them 2 weeks ago. They promised the deliver in couple of days then. I lost hope in your customer service and I gave up on asking again and again but raised a complaint in the system thought that would do some help, which clearly didn't
