@virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

@virginmedia 3 months of wi-fi dropping at least once every day. Impossible to speak to anyone. No replies to online forms. Started a message chat at 11am and after waiting 2 hours put in another queue. It's now 7pm and no help - your customer service is a disgrace

@GregAJDavies @virginmedia Completely understand nearly 12 months without service and the notes state even though the beginner tried his best to resolve in our home that the service wasn’t an issue. Why would we pay BT as well as Virgin if it worked ??

@virginmedia 12 months I have paid for a service that doesn’t work in my home. Your technical team tried to install an old router in Jan but you wouldn’t permit. Customer Care then duped us into trying a different speed with no extension and guess what they tied us in!
