@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

@virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

@CISASUK still no internet available after more than 2 weeks... calling and getting told every single time an engineer will be visiting on the day @virginmedia even closed the call 4 times in the past days #greatcustomerservice. Any ideas on how to proceed to resolve this issue?
