🏴🇮🇲🇯🇲✝️ (@25watchtower) reported@virginmedia @Stsantek So you can condescendingly say ‘you’re sorry to hear that and that you understand’? Your customer service is as bad as @BandQ both clueless and useless
-
James Durrant (@je_durrant) reported@virginmedia Im afraid I’ve have more confidence if 1. You got my name right, 2. If neighbours 3 doors down, also with you, had also lost service, and 3. As an O2 customer, I could get a half decent reception
-
Shelton (@CBTwizard) reportedGood @Ofcom 28 million fined to the parasites that are Virgin Media. Good. I have been victim to this horrible pass on pass on (6+ hours on the phone) department to department and back to start again, as well as a 2 year new contract without my consent (early termination £500 being chased for, after 2000+ disconnections in a month, email proof, text proof, delayed line fixes) list goes on. Parasites, charging elderly people £70+ for like 100mb Maybe @MartinSLewis applied some well deserved pressure. If I'm not mistaken @dshensmith had issues too.
-
ebrahim akooji (@ebrahim1234) reported@virginmedia please sort your service out internet on and off for a week could not watch the england game outage for a week not acceptable
-
Dan Worley (@worleyyy) reported@virginmedia You clearly don't take it seriously enough. I've complained multiple times over the last year and because I haven't made a complaint twice in one month you won't do anything and force me to pay a £400 fee to exit my contract. Utter horrendous service!! Worst internet company ever
-
Freispch (@freispch) reportedCurrently suing Virgin Media so know what you mean. They caused me to miss a critical operation on my upper spine. Been left with life changing chronic nerve damage.
-
nico 🏁 (@bombdiggy__) reported@theashrb They all read of a script. If Customer wants A then take this step to see if you can offer them B instead. I hate O2/virgin media
-
Stato (@mattflack90) reported@Stsantek @virginmedia contract was up for renewal, new company offered me better terms, told Virgin im leaving, followed the rules on cancelling at end of contract. then got billed again, virgin said id signed up to a new 24mnth deal, couldnt provide evidence, had to go to the ombudsman to cancel it,
-
