    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    @virginmedia Internet very slow. Under 50mbps. Pay for 200mbps. New router on the way. Netflix won’t connect either. Got to reset router everyday. Told me I’d be compensated on next bill but wouldn’t say how much? Could you advice pls?

    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    @AnnMemmott @virginmedia I too had a horrible time with @virginmedia. Never again; their product and service are the worst. Leaving the contract was a nightmare too.

    I recently cancelled my virgin media contract to join Nowtv...not a good move!..Brilliant concept but just try and speakt to customer services...ho hum..gonna rename it as The Abyss..

    @virginmedia Thanks. “Automatic” is selected under Network Selection but there are no options. When I go back a step it still lists Virgin under “network selection” so I don’t think any other networks are showing up

    Just been through the pain of calling Virgin Media (Broadband) and Sky (TV) to cancel😣. 50 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. You really shouldn’t be forced to have to call them up to cancel in this day and age. Actually quite a stressful experience all in all.

    @virginmedia Expected as much. Absolutely useless, every single employee I've spoken to in the last week has been more inept than the last. Thank goodness I can't have virgin in my new house as I would NEVER sign up again after this debacle. After years of being a loyal customer too. Shocking

    @virginmedia It is like this everywhere in my house. Nothing has changed in my house. My husbands virgin mobile signal is also affected. Both were working fine up until Monday.

    @virginmedia Conveniently, there was a system error halfway through filling in the application on the phone. IT support was not available, and neither was the manager. I will receive a call back at an undetermined time in the future: maybe around the time my broadband is already running?

    What do I love most about doing work online at home? When my @virginmedia randomly decides to go down and I miss all the stuff I am meant to do. Would be fun if it was once or twice, but not all the time. Thanks guys.

    @virginmedia I spoke with them yesterday evening, they said the best they could offer was £42 a month, which is still far more expensive than I can get elsewhere - even if I were to get an unlimited 4G hub from another network that had better coverage at my home, no need to wait for engineer
