@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

@virginmedia The messaging service is automated with up to a 4 hour wait. Am paying for 24/7 IT support (apparently) but the link on the website is broken and it takes hours on hold to speak to someone who has never heard of the service You guys are making Test and Trace look seamless!

@virginmedia Ok, I have the Homeworks package (priority service, apparently) but cannot see any option of how to contact them to get the technical support I need. The agent I spoke to (that I waited 1 hour 20 mins on hold for on Friday) had never heard of it. Can you help please.
