@virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

@virginmedia Internet very slow. Under 50mbps. Pay for 200mbps. New router on the way. Netflix won’t connect either. Got to reset router everyday. Told me I’d be compensated on next bill but wouldn’t say how much? Could you advice pls?

@virginmedia total dismay , terrible service, routers constantly fail . Call CS and told you have been customer over 15 years but best to go to @sky for a better price !!

@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

@virginmedia Yes, went around in circles, shift changes, square 1 each time, same stupid responses. Nothing resolved. Appalling. In tears & they all toddled off duty at 10pm so 8 hrs in total. Done with BOTs. Need to speak to actual human before we cancel contract, move to another provider.

@virginmedia There have been no engineer appointments. One hasn't been suggested despite both complaints. Aside from major outages that are visible the answer I got was that there are 'no known issues' which invalidates the issue we were legitimately having on the daily since Dec.

@Chris21147659 @virginmedia I did call Virgin today and had a chat with the support team. He said he did something that was gonna fix something the router connection problems. After 2 hours I had the same issue again. It's very disruptive for work and I might have to change the provider.
