    @virginmedia As per many comments in this thread I have suffered at the hands of terrible VM customer service. Employees don’t seem to have the tools to do a decent job. So many pillars & posts to be passed between. VM ok when it works but if you need help...

    I recently cancelled my virgin media contract to join Nowtv...not a good move!..Brilliant concept but just try and speakt to customer services...ho hum..gonna rename it as The Abyss..

    After weeks of problems and discussions about WiFi connections, @virginmedia have just advised me that I should arrange my Zoom meetings for 7am when the traffic is lighter! Been very disappointed with them altogether. Leaving after 15+ years.

    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    @virginmedia So, just so I'm clear. You perform planned maintenance. Fry my hub and then tell me I need to wait a week for you to fix it. I'm working from home. How the hell do you expect me to do this? Your maintenance has caused my loss of Internet and work. An engineer should be sent now.

    @virginmedia Thanks for the offer of help, VM Mesh pod 1 is installed and seems to be working. It covered one area that was a black spot. Only two to go. It is ridiculous that you can only order one at a time though!!!
