    It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

    @virginmedia Well that’s pretty meaningless. Broadband down in Exeter & other parts of Devon. When is service expected to be restored? Why haven’t you put a message on your website? This is impacting my ability to work at home.

    @virginmedia I have-not holding my breath it will help as the company needs a change in culture to address my concerns. Plus I need to change provider soon to avoid the price hike at the end of my contract-so 28 days to resolve a complaint is too long to help me!
