After weeks of problems and discussions about WiFi connections, @virginmedia have just advised me that I should arrange my Zoom meetings for 7am when the traffic is lighter! Been very disappointed with them altogether. Leaving after 15+ years.

It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

Typical of @virginmedia. Having endured nearly 8 weeks of almost non-existent TV and internet, I get a letter inviting me to discuss my complaint one day AFTER my contract ended. P.S. I still haven't heard anything about the compensation I was promised.
