After weeks of problems and discussions about WiFi connections, @virginmedia have just advised me that I should arrange my Zoom meetings for 7am when the traffic is lighter! Been very disappointed with them altogether. Leaving after 15+ years.

@virginmedia As per many comments in this thread I have suffered at the hands of terrible VM customer service. Employees don’t seem to have the tools to do a decent job. So many pillars & posts to be passed between. VM ok when it works but if you need help...

It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

@virginmedia I am only on 108 Mb plus TV package which consistently in reality is between 50 to 80 Mb on Wifi. Although Hub 4 originally only for Gig package I know that you are rolling these out to other packages with problems. Why is it so hard to get through to yourselves via phone?

@virginmedia It started working about an hour ago. I have a disabled person here & use Echo to check on her when I’m at work, if I’m not working from home. As I can’t rely on wifi, I can’t rely on either of these. We loose connecting at least twice a month.

@virginmedia Yeah there’s been at least one known issue for over a week now. It was meant to have been solved by last Monday, then Wednesday, now it says tomorrow. 1/4 of a monthly TV Bill that we’ve not been able to use the full service
