After weeks of problems and discussions about WiFi connections, @virginmedia have just advised me that I should arrange my Zoom meetings for 7am when the traffic is lighter! Been very disappointed with them altogether. Leaving after 15+ years.

@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

@virginmedia Hi, through Ethernet it’s much better - 114.5Mbps download and 5.0Mbps upload speed. However, this isn’t very practical as we have multiple devices on the internet and it’s not working via wifi or boosters. Please can you advise further?
