    @virginmedia It is hard to complain. I just want to send an email but cannot find how to do this. I do not want to speak to your call centre or use the live text - both routes have failed to respond to complaint. Only other method is to send in a physical letter.

    @virginmedia I’m complaining about the difficulty & time taken to resolve an issue. Being on the helpline for over 2 hrs, being passed on numerous times, each time going thru security, each time explaining issue, people not calling back when promised, complaint not addressed. feel powerless.

    Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    @virginmedia been a loyal@customer over 15 years. Terrible service . Router issues, tv issues, renewal package severly higher than new customer discount. Told to go sky for a better price !! Great customer service #virginmedia

    @virginmedia The internet will come on for a few minutes then disappear for the rest of the day, it’s completely unusable for sending emails, streaming media and Zoom meetings etc. Not only am I angry that it doesn’t work (with no fix date arranged). I’m also angry you guys are charging me!

    @virginmedia moving houses to somewhere where virgin isn’t available - we’ve tried to leave and cancel online, it redirects us to a random page. No option over the phone to leave, been on hold for a long long time. Pleeeeease just let us leave

    @virginmedia On the phone with the operator I was speaking with. He confirmed it was raised as a complaint. When I spoke to a different operator later that day he said he could see that a complaint had been raised.

    @virginmedia Think the problem is the engineer that fitted the virgin cable and box did it on the other side of the room far away so the tv can only connect via wifi rather than direct. How easy is this to fix?

    @monkeydogify @lkloop @virginmedia Haha, damn, and to think tech support is what I live for :P (Seriously, though, try the DNS thing. You can just try it on your phone via the app and if it’s better you can go through the hassle of setting it up on your router once and then forget it.)

    Here in Southampton Street #brighton our #virginbroadband @virginmedia @ServicesVirgin is out again. These constant daily outages - total and intermittent have been happening for over a week. @virginmedia you going to give us refunds? We need a proper service so we can work!
