@CISASUK @virginmedia I used the resolution service to come to a settlement with Virgin on 9/4/19. Response from Virgin that a cheque would be sent and should be received within 7-10 working days. Today is the 12th working day and I’ve received no cheque in the post. Not happy

@virginmedia I’m complaining about the difficulty & time taken to resolve an issue. Being on the helpline for over 2 hrs, being passed on numerous times, each time going thru security, each time explaining issue, people not calling back when promised, complaint not addressed. feel powerless.

Dear @virginmedia, I rarely take to social media to complain however attempts to make a formal complaint via telephone “help”line & via online chat have failed. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Your complaint handling process is also broken. @WhichUK

@franklake @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Wait till you finally cancel, you then have to wait for the return packaging to be delivered, assemble the bloody thing, put your boxes into the box they send, including cables and remote, and send it all back or get charged 100 quid. Enjoy!

@virginmedia Follow me and I will send you my account number by DM. Someone just needs to look at the call notes and text notes to determine my complaint. I’ve already used web chat.

@virginmedia No complaints, just can’t take the service with me when I move! Only thing is an email confirmation would have nice detailing the termination, the date, and any fees/refunds due 👍🏼

@virginmedia It is hard to complain. I just want to send an email but cannot find how to do this. I do not want to speak to your call centre or use the live text - both routes have failed to respond to complaint. Only other method is to send in a physical letter.

@virginmedia I have a Virgin complaint ref and a Cisas ref number. Don’t have them to had as I’m at work. I had no ref number relating to GDPR concerns that I emailed to the email address on your site.

@virginmedia The 'team' is yet to reach out. I, again, contacted the 'team', and they replied, "If there's availability..." That's not prioritising. Prioriting means creating availability, placing at the front of the queue, offering an interim solution, at the least, etc. You keep failing!
