After weeks of problems and discussions about WiFi connections, @virginmedia have just advised me that I should arrange my Zoom meetings for 7am when the traffic is lighter! Been very disappointed with them altogether. Leaving after 15+ years.

@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

@virginmedia I have put in my postcode and it says no known issues for broadband. I can assure you there is an issue, it’s been up and down at various times and slow for a few days now.
