    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    @CISASUK @virginmedia I used the resolution service to come to a settlement with Virgin on 9/4/19. Response from Virgin that a cheque would be sent and should be received within 7-10 working days. Today is the 12th working day and I’ve received no cheque in the post. Not happy

    @virginmedia Well that’s pretty meaningless. Broadband down in Exeter & other parts of Devon. When is service expected to be restored? Why haven’t you put a message on your website? This is impacting my ability to work at home.

    @Bearded365Guy @virginmedia I’ve tried to get the link a number of times but they still have t sent it. Awful service I just want to speak to a person who doesn’t put me on hold and redirect me to another dept who don’t answer, so frustrating

    @virginmedia There seems to be a region wide problem with your internet service and your service status page is broken - a service announcement would be useful might save you a few incoming calls too?

    @virginmedia It is hard to complain. I just want to send an email but cannot find how to do this. I do not want to speak to your call centre or use the live text - both routes have failed to respond to complaint. Only other method is to send in a physical letter.

    @franklake @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Wait till you finally cancel, you then have to wait for the return packaging to be delivered, assemble the bloody thing, put your boxes into the box they send, including cables and remote, and send it all back or get charged 100 quid. Enjoy!

    I chose @vmbusiness becuase I had this mess before with BT letting me down .. I work from home, how am I going to do that with no connectivity? Teather from my phone? I am an IT person .. lets see how that works out (2 of 2)

    Day EIGHT of my complete broadband outage with @virginmedia 😡 However there IS hope. Today an engineer from them is supposed to be arriving-so trying to be positive What a complete nightmare of an experience this has been, so I'm REALLY hoping this will be the turning point🤞
