    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    @virginmedia I have been trying to get hold of someone to establish why I cannot login to my account online and why I have been overcharged. Despite being told several times that someone would get back to me in 24 hours it never seems to happen. Please advise how I can reach you.

    Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia been a loyal@customer over 15 years. Terrible service . Router issues, tv issues, renewal package severly higher than new customer discount. Told to go sky for a better price !! Great customer service #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    @virginmedia But it isnt minimal disruption, people have had cobblestone pathways destroyed and replaced with concrete as it being "made good" and its constant noise and difficulty in getting out of the Close. All for a service none of us are intending to use as we are all happy with @skytv

    @virginmedia your automatic compensation scheme is an actual joke. Customers can only claim from the time they register loss of service, yet there’s absolutely no way to do that online. So I have to wait for your call centre / online chat to open?! Ridiculous
