It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

Trying to talk to get a change to our @virginmedia account. 5 weeks, none of the promised call back & now they close our account without telling us. If this is how they treat long term customer avoid like the plague!! #customerservicefail #broadband

@virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

@virginmedia Well that’s pretty meaningless. Broadband down in Exeter & other parts of Devon. When is service expected to be restored? Why haven’t you put a message on your website? This is impacting my ability to work at home.

@virginmedia so after 24 hrs surely your engineers know how long the fix will take. or have they not even started investigating yet... and how many issue do you have as a single issue knocking out a whole area just sounds a poorly designed network infrastructure
