@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

@virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

@virginmedia been a loyal@customer over 15 years. Terrible service . Router issues, tv issues, renewal package severly higher than new customer discount. Told to go sky for a better price !! Great customer service #virginmedia

@virginmedia @virginmedia is says there are no know issues with the broadband. However, issues with the broadband have been a reoccurring issue for weeks now... our TiVo box is connected to our via Ethernet and that has no internet (C133). We’ve tried resetting the Hub 4 but it doesn’t work

@virginmedia 8am? My services are (or were) set to be disconnected at 23:59 tonight prior to an engineer installation tomorrow. The issue here, is you've left us with no service for almost a week and have made no effort whatsoever to make amends for it, let alone actually fix it.
