@virginmedia been a loyal@customer over 15 years. Terrible service . Router issues, tv issues, renewal package severly higher than new customer discount. Told to go sky for a better price !! Great customer service #virginmedia

@virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

Mis-sold and given wrong advice. And now sending threatening letters for a mobile hub we used for 28 days while waiting for our wifi service from Virgin Media. Threatening to send us to a debt collection agency is a complete disgrace. @ThreeUK how do you sleep at night?

Tried installing new TiVo box but won’t work. 2 calls to @virginmedia eventually they booked engineer but not for 11 days. Couldn’t tell me what compensation for no TV for this time (but still paying for it) “as it is different dept”. What customer service! Why did I renew?????!
