Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
David Richards (@DWRICHARDS) reported@virginmedia Thanks so much. Who should I ask for?! Current promise via Chat is a chq within 30 days. The problem with contacting Virgin Media by phone or online when you are a former customer chasing a refund is that it is difficult to get past your security checking if it's an old a/c.
-
twocakesdakes (@2cakesdakes) reported@virginmedia absolutely **** company. Don't look after their loyal customers. Trying to cancel phone line and going to charge extra for smaller package. Just **** off
-
🇬🇧💃Kitty Fisher🏴💋🌺🇬🇧🇮🇱💜✡️💋 (@Purple67Florida) reported@NotFarLeftAtAll Said it many time whilst speaking to a customer service rep at Virgin Media . Absolutely pathetic.
-
entrustTMF (@entrustTMF) reported@virginmedia OK, leaving aside the fact it seems pretty poor that I haven't had a reply from the original agent for four days now I'm happy enough to send a repeat of it IF I don't need to faff about going through security yet AGAIN? IF I do-I'll just wait for a reply to the original DMs. OK?
-
Kathy Miller (@KathyMi25429227) reported@virginmedia WiFi cutting out twice today and in last 2 days. Inconvenient at best. Why? Postcode says no issues..
-
Sue Rouse💙 🇺🇦 (@rouse_sue) reported@virginmedia your customer service is appalling. Keep being given the run around and no action. Hate to do it this way.

-
Alex MacLeod 🌻 (@AlexMacLeod9) reported@spudbishop666 @virginmedia I was a VM customer for 30 odd years but ditched them recently because of price and customer service. Last price hike took me package to £235 a month. Now with EE at £86 a month for similar TV and broadband package but no landline phone which we didn't use anyway.
-
Shaun (@shauny67) reported@virginmedia @paulpresenteruk Never use ring door bell over WiFi why cos only works on 2.4ghz & Virgin like all providers combine 2.4 & 5ghz together would need to split them & set a static IP address for the ring door bell on 2.4ghz. best option is ethernet to a POE switch for data & power
