It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

After weeks of problems and discussions about WiFi connections, @virginmedia have just advised me that I should arrange my Zoom meetings for 7am when the traffic is lighter! Been very disappointed with them altogether. Leaving after 15+ years.

Now had a call from a nice gentlemen claiming to be from Virgin Media reporting the same issue. Beginning to think there may be something in this. Anyway, Sam Morgan was his name and he couldn't understand that I didn't have a 'major' device like a computer or laptop...
