@virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

After weeks of problems and discussions about WiFi connections, @virginmedia have just advised me that I should arrange my Zoom meetings for 7am when the traffic is lighter! Been very disappointed with them altogether. Leaving after 15+ years.

@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

@virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

@virginmedia I've finally spoken to someone in technical support. They have told me that while there is an outage, there is no scope for running a diagnostic on a specific router. It prompts the technical support team not to run a diagnostic - particularly if an engineer is already booked.

@virginmedia Morning - Yes I did eg “cannot connect to server”; as said had emails on phone in morning then these stopped. Summing up the energy to call tech “support” again; last call person apologised for all the wrong info I was given. It’s a mess!
