It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

@virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

@virginmedia . @virginmedia Apologies, I did get it to work. Dongle still not arrived a week after requesting though, was given some story about technical issues with the system that dispatches them.. Not my concern. The screaming 2yr old who wants Dumbo on Disney however, is my concern 🙄
