@virginmedia As per many comments in this thread I have suffered at the hands of terrible VM customer service. Employees don’t seem to have the tools to do a decent job. So many pillars & posts to be passed between. VM ok when it works but if you need help...

It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

@virginmedia Yes, we are with Sky, who have said it is BT who have to fix the cables, your contractors said not their fault or problem and to contact Sky/BT to sort it ourselves. Not helpful to us when trying to work from home via 1 bar of 3G phone signal!
