    @lsrlinda I’m pretty sure many have struggled with very poor English or a similarly strong accent. My neighbour is hard of hearing and swapped Virgin Media for BT due to such struggles.

    @virginmedia Yes, but point is, this will be the 3rd time at huge inconvenience to me. I've had to cancel arrangements yet again and tbh, the call centre is best to useless.
