@virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

@virginmedia As per many comments in this thread I have suffered at the hands of terrible VM customer service. Employees don’t seem to have the tools to do a decent job. So many pillars & posts to be passed between. VM ok when it works but if you need help...

@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

@virginmedia Oh we have just got off the phone and it's UNACCEPTABLE your company thinks us leaving the company and not having to pay the leaving fees is UNREASONABLE after our complaint has been going on for 8 months! I would NEVER go with Virgin again after they blatantly lie to you.

@virginmedia I know people that have upgraded after me and they’ve had their new equipment installed within a week. There is absolutely nothing in covid guidance that suggests this is the issue. In short I’m not getting package I’m paying for but I guess that’s ok with you then.
