    I recently cancelled my virgin media contract to join Nowtv...not a good move!..Brilliant concept but just try and speakt to customer services...ho hum..gonna rename it as The Abyss..

    @virginmedia I have a Virgin complaint ref and a Cisas ref number. Don’t have them to had as I’m at work. I had no ref number relating to GDPR concerns that I emailed to the email address on your site.

    Get @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they said, they are good, finish with @virginmedia. So why does the internet go down at midnight every night? Sky?

    @Bearded365Guy @virginmedia I’ve tried to get the link a number of times but they still have t sent it. Awful service I just want to speak to a person who doesn’t put me on hold and redirect me to another dept who don’t answer, so frustrating

    It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

    Genuinely, if there's a more incompetent company in the UK than @virginmedia, I'd be amazed. How a company can treat customers so abysmally and continue to operate is beyond me. No wonder they lock us into two-year contracts. 🤬 @MartinSLewis - I hope you've got a file open on Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia why can’t you cancel or reduce your package online? @Ofcom is it legal to try and delay any attempt to cancel your TV package by failing to respond to requests on messaging apps or keeping you holding on a call for hours?
