    @virginmedia It is hard to complain. I just want to send an email but cannot find how to do this. I do not want to speak to your call centre or use the live text - both routes have failed to respond to complaint. Only other method is to send in a physical letter.

    @virginmedia been a loyal@customer over 15 years. Terrible service . Router issues, tv issues, renewal package severly higher than new customer discount. Told to go sky for a better price !! Great customer service #virginmedia

    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia I’m complaining about the difficulty & time taken to resolve an issue. Being on the helpline for over 2 hrs, being passed on numerous times, each time going thru security, each time explaining issue, people not calling back when promised, complaint not addressed. feel powerless.

    Experiencing problems again with virgin broadband!!! Can’t find phone no. to speak to a human - last time I spoke to someone I extended contract but lost connection when I asked for engineer! Account has no access to home broadband - what am I paying for @virginmedia

    Because my @virginmedia connection is so unreliable and under performing I've been forced to get a FTTP connection installed to be able to work. Only to find out that all of my Tivo boxes now no longer work, as they must be connected to a Virgin Media cable modem. It never ends!

    @virginmedia Yes. I was told I would get a call back after 3 hours. 4.5 hours ago.. The box still seems to be flashing the same errors.

    @virginmedia, been a customer 12+ yrs they just offered 2 reduce my bill by £3. But if I send my box back I can become a new customer and get a great deal. I said so why don't we just miss the sending the stuff back part but that can't happen.....guess I will be looking SKY deals

    @virginmedia I had checked it before tweeting and it showed no issues. I have the same problem with the picture quality today but it’s now happening without WiFi turned on. Not really what you expect for over £130 a month 😡

    @virginmedia still no Internet sorted... intermittent problems since 10th May, SNR and utilisation issues... depending on who you speak to. So basically you have overloaded the system and aren't fixing it.
