Response from Virgin that a cheque would be sent and should be received within 7-10 working days. Today is the 12th working day and I’ve received no cheque in the post. Not happy

After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !
