@virginmedia Issues with TV in EX4 area. Losing signal every few seconds. WiFi keeps going off, not good when working from home. And I get to pay over £110 a month for this!

@virginmedia I’m complaining about the difficulty & time taken to resolve an issue. Being on the helpline for over 2 hrs, being passed on numerous times, each time going thru security, each time explaining issue, people not calling back when promised, complaint not addressed. feel powerless.

Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

@virginmedia It is hard to complain. I just want to send an email but cannot find how to do this. I do not want to speak to your call centre or use the live text - both routes have failed to respond to complaint. Only other method is to send in a physical letter.

@virginmedia Follow me and I will send you my account number by DM. Someone just needs to look at the call notes and text notes to determine my complaint. I’ve already used web chat.

@virginmedia Just when I thought you'd fixed it, it goes wrong.....was working fine during the day. Busy times your service is shocking. I've now got the same message.... insufficient bandwidth.

@Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

@virginmedia Full details re my complaint should be on your records (telephone & web chat). In short appalling customer service making it v difficult for me to resolve issues. I have also complained about your complaint handling. I’m fed up having to explain what my complaint is about.

Dear @virginmedia, I rarely take to social media to complain however attempts to make a formal complaint via telephone “help”line & via online chat have failed. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Your complaint handling process is also broken. @WhichUK

@virginmedia I have been having intermittent connection issues for the past few weeks whilst working from home, as if this isn’t bad enough - the connection has gone down right before I’m about to watch love island. This is the final straw now 😤

@virginmedia 1/2 Sorry, no. Already spent hours on the phone with 2 of your, frankly hopeless, technical support teams! If one of your engineers, sitting at my PC cannot resolve then spending more hours troubleshooting is a waste of time!

-
Andrew James
(@AndyJ74551315) reported
@virginmedia I haven’t called as I’m not at home. The check status page told of a fault from Sat lunchtime with an estimated fix time of 13.55 today which became 6pm. At 6pm it declared no issues though I still had no tv. Internet was also off all day but came back at the estimated time
-
Alex Hammond
(@Alhambre) reported
@virginmedia Oh! No, I haven’t raised a complaint. I sought help through the Virgin Twitter team (who were brilliant, by the way) and every time I phoned I ended up down some automated rabbit hole, so I stuck to Twitter. Should I raise a complaint then?
-
Andrew James
(@AndyJ74551315) reported
@virginmedia Sorry but your customer service told me on Saturday when I had no tv for a planned 3 days I was entitled to compensation and a complaint was logged. You seem to think the fault has been resolved but it has not so I want it fixing. I am not at home and my partner has gone to bed

Andrew James

@virginmedia I can’t register the fault as it just comes up as bad error. And there is no point troubleshooting as you obviously haven’t fixed the fault. And the website appears to be deliberately designed to have as little human interaction as possible
