  • MandyPearse
Mandy Pearse (@MandyPearse) reported from Teignmouth, England

@danslee @virginmedia That’s shocking customer handling Dan. If it’s any help I’ve actually found the guys @TalkTalk pretty good especially on tech issues around broadband.

  • MElcoate
Martin Elcoate (@MElcoate) reported from Topsham, England

@virginmedia Follow me and I will send you my account number by DM. Someone just needs to look at the call notes and text notes to determine my complaint. I’ve already used web chat.

  • Alydinsdale
Aly Howard (@Alydinsdale) reported from Countess Wear, England

@virginmedia no broadband for 18 hours and told won't be fixed until 12.9.19 refund for loss of service #Exeter

  • Elliot_TBR
Elliot (@Elliot_TBR) reported from Exeter District, England

@J3Lyon If you’re having internet connectivity problems, it’ll be the problem/responsibility of Openreach or Virgin Media. So in this sense, it’s largely irrelevant who is actually supplying your broadband contract, as they’re using the same physical infrastructure.

  • MElcoate
Martin Elcoate (@MElcoate) reported from Topsham, England

@virginmedia Hi. Following up the comment above. I have heard nothing from the team. Your complaint handling process is broken.

  • MattCampbellPhD
Matt Campbell (@MattCampbellPhD) reported from Exeter District, England

@DrGBuckingham @virginmedia Combination of sporadic wired service and Wi-fi dropouts all day on top of an ongoing issue with the service coming into the house.

  • DevonLifeEd
Andy Cooper (@DevonLifeEd) reported from Exeter District, England

@laurahiggins_ @virginmedia Honestly, I know it’s a first world problem, but if the taps didn’t provide water when you turned them on there would be outrage. With broadband it just seems all the companies in #Exeter get away with it. We tried BT before and they were #pants

Jσѕιє 🦋🧡 (@tacksf0rsnacks_) reported from Exeter District, England

See Virgin media are up to their old tricks again…🙄 if I had £1 for every time they are down, I’d be rich and could go elsewhere for a better package…

  • humanenergy5

    @RM_Leeming @Justice30 @virginmedia And never a refund in sight....

  • billy8179
Billy Bingham (@billy8179) reported from Exeter District, England

@virginmedia Yes, rude, incompetent. Computer driven process! No ability to adapt or free think or problem solve. I am moving, but to an area where Virgin is not available!

  • kathytomlinson_
Kathy Tomlinson (@kathytomlinson_) reported from Newton Poppleford and Harpford, England

@virginmedia My second complaint was forwarded straight onto them and I never heard anything back. I will try and email them directly myself, thank you

  • humanenergy5
humanenergy (@humanenergy5) reported from Exeter District, England

@reece_dinsdale @virginmedia Yes up every three months now. Call responses have always been poor.

  • TheMikeNoon
Mike Noon (@TheMikeNoon) reported from Exeter District, England

@virginmedia Thank you for your response. The issue returned swiftly after the engineers visit and has continued to deteriorate and now the picture is not visible nor the sound.

  • jdcecfc
justin courtney (@jdcecfc) reported from Exeter District, England

@virginmedia such poor staff in the call centre, seemed very smug and happy not to help a customer of over 30 years, eurobell, telewest then virgin, total loyalty and no respect from your staff. Looks like we shal be going to sky after all these years. Pathetic

  • GauBan
    GauBan_Penguin 🐧*Audio Description: Blue Tick* (@GauBan) reported

Virgin Media/O2 service event to **** when they started using the same type of call centres that Scammer PayBack would have interest in.

  • AstonVillaDoge
    Unainstein (@AstonVillaDoge) reported

So done with @virginmedia, live chat is useless, offer you absolutely terrible deals 'Your renewal offer will be £15 a month more than you currently pay, despite above inflation cost increases every April and you will receive nothing extra in return. This is our biggest discount'

  • rhfrew
    Russell Frew (@rhfrew) reported

@virginmedia The landing page is a pain in the backside. The user should be able to disable it if they want. Please issue a fix!

  • johnmc32

  • ifoxy1977
    GunnerF77ox🦊 (@ifoxy1977) reported

Hello I've had no internet for a week now I had a engineer come out on Wednesday the 26 and he said I need a new wire as the one outside was cut by workmen and another engineer came out on Thursday and I've heard nothing since help please @virginmedia

  • stephenm68
    Stephen Maddock (@stephenm68) reported

@alan_reddish @virginmedia Day 34 here. And no proper answers such as whether any engineers have actually been out to try to fix things. Just stock answers from the @virginmedia script.

  • BirchillsBoy
    BirchillsBoy (@BirchillsBoy) reported

It's later this month I can put my notice in with Virgin Media. £40 a month for just broadband is too much. Speed is fast and the service has been good, but I am now running a 5G router alongside from Three at £11 a month rising to £22 next year. Similar speeds. Financial decision.

  • william27504693
    william (@william27504693) reported

@LeeHarris @virginmedia The fact you seem shocked by this means 1 of 2 things. 1) You're really dense & didn't research how truly terrible VM services are 2) You went for the cheap option & this is the result

  • adamebond
    Adam (@adamebond) reported

@virginmedia The Channel 4 app isn’t working on 360. It freezes before it gets to the main menu. Is that an issue on your end or theirs?

  • Magnoli23215778
    Magnolia’s Art (@Magnoli23215778) reported

    @elldivino @virginmedia ****!
