    @virginmedia is there an issue in the Exeter EX4 area. There was an area power cut earlier. Power is back on but no internet (done all your checks). Says there’s a fault and to check back in 24 hours! I need the internet to work! Can you provide a better answer?

    @virginmedia Trying to order broadband for our new house but the address doesn’t come up. It’s an Edwardian house so has been there a while! It only lists a block of flats that doesn’t actually exist. Please help.

    @virginmedia I cannot recall if there was anything specific, but they reset some things and checked the wiring but no resolution

    @J3Lyon If you’re having internet connectivity problems, it’ll be the problem/responsibility of Openreach or Virgin Media. So in this sense, it’s largely irrelevant who is actually supplying your broadband contract, as they’re using the same physical infrastructure.

    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    @virginmedia Thank you for your response. The issue returned swiftly after the engineers visit and has continued to deteriorate and now the picture is not visible nor the sound.

    @virginmedia really is a poor service. Once again sitting here waiting for my daily service drop out to reconnect. They are the only option for fibre at present. They know it too.

    @virginmedia @TomMockridgeVM Your customer service is the worst i have EVER experienced and i bitterly regret signing up with you - cannot log into myaccount to remove childlock, had to call customer service which is as bad as your online reviews suggest, took 30 minutes

    @virginmedia Haha, customer care, Anything but, sorry ti be negative but it was just the attitude yesterday was as if it was pleasing for the guy not to help me, that's the bit that I cannot except. I won't be phoning them again, I think I shal be canceling. Shame after all these years.

    @virginmedia So I had service on a temp number but that has no disappeared, O2 just keep saying it will be done, first by 6 on Monday then 9 on Tuesday etc...if you I'm me I can send you my numbet

    @virginmedia shocking customer service. Caring for my 76 year bed ridden father, recovering from an operation. I’ve got no internet, no TV until for him until Monday. And I can’t even speak to a manager about this. Time to find a new provider.

    @virginmedia it will only affect my credit score if you let it - you can stop that from happening by writing off any further charges to compensate me for the appalling service, for myaccount registration not working and for your agent refusing to let me speak to a manager

    @virginmedia we’ve been without a landline for at least 3 & a bit days now, the online test says no issues and yet when you use a mobile to go through all the options it says we are aware of an issue, I know things happen now and again but I think 3+ days is more than excessive.

    @virginmedia The initial purchase agreement but your team said they can't accept that. They said we would have to pay the charges and they would then be credited towards the next bill but seen as you don't service the area there won't be no next bill so again it's pointless.

    @virginmedia an atrocious Friday evening trying to get the film channel offer made and confirmed March 1. Customer service nightmare, the computer says no and so did Ashwin. Only can have if I pay 209. Offered confirmed email, offered promo email.. no interest..#erroneousVMoffer

    @virginmedia Hi Virgin. I’m getting nowhere with my bill. Again when I phoned you before you said my March bill would be adjusted to £12.01 and you’d note this on my account. Button bill for March is set to be the full amount. This is simply painful. How are you going to fix this please
