@Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

@virginmedia yet again more connectivity/TiVo issues in the EX4 area. Not great when working from home and you can’t access your important meetings. How about reducing our bills as we’re not getting the 24/7 service we’re paying for.

@virginmedia It is hard to complain. I just want to send an email but cannot find how to do this. I do not want to speak to your call centre or use the live text - both routes have failed to respond to complaint. Only other method is to send in a physical letter.

@virginmedia Issues with TV in EX4 area. Losing signal every few seconds. WiFi keeps going off, not good when working from home. And I get to pay over £110 a month for this!

@virginmedia The problem is that I have bad wiring coverage, I installed the connect app as you suggested , The connect app said I needed these pods. It has been about a month since I registered my interest for these pods , which should be standard with the ultimate oomph package.

@virginmedia Yes. We have never had full coverage. Virgin said Hub 3 would solver our problems . It hasn’t . There are still the same WiFi black spots in the house.
