@virginmedia yet again more connectivity/TiVo issues in the EX4 area. Not great when working from home and you can’t access your important meetings. How about reducing our bills as we’re not getting the 24/7 service we’re paying for.

@laurahiggins_ @virginmedia Honestly, I know it’s a first world problem, but if the taps didn’t provide water when you turned them on there would be outrage. With broadband it just seems all the companies in #Exeter get away with it. We tried BT before and they were #pants

@Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

@virginmedia hi, I have recently been upgraded to M500 broadband. I understand the minimum download speed is 258 Mbps. Having done a speed test yesterday I am only getting 102. Can you help?

@virginmedia As per many comments in this thread I have suffered at the hands of terrible VM customer service. Employees don’t seem to have the tools to do a decent job. So many pillars & posts to be passed between. VM ok when it works but if you need help...

@virginmedia Issues with TV in EX4 area. Losing signal every few seconds. WiFi keeps going off, not good when working from home. And I get to pay over £110 a month for this!

@virginmedia Yes the guy was pompous, arrogant and condescending. I called him a **** and put the phone down. Still not one Virgin can explain why in god’s name it takes 7-10 days to deposit cash into a bank account! I’m using that now when I’m late with a payment.

@virginmedia for the 2nd time in days, I am sitting on hold because your broadband keeps dropping out. Pls don't ask me to unplug/plug, check the lights as all done before I call. Been on hold for ten mins. I pay £39 a months for this service. No TV, no phone. I expect better.
