But we still have to pay a license fee because government reasons.

Power is back on but no internet (done all your checks). Says there’s a fault and to check back in 24 hours! I need the internet to work! Can you provide a better answer?

Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

Suggested we need a booster or a better bundle. Not sure that’s the best answer, given the price we are paying. And service was A1 for 12 months until about 4 weeks ago. There must be a reason for this.
