    @virginmedia such poor staff in the call centre, seemed very smug and happy not to help a customer of over 30 years, eurobell, telewest then virgin, total loyalty and no respect from your staff. Looks like we shal be going to sky after all these years. Pathetic

    @virginmedia Well that’s pretty meaningless. Broadband down in Exeter & other parts of Devon. When is service expected to be restored? Why haven’t you put a message on your website? This is impacting my ability to work at home.

    I have had lots of issues with @virginmedia over the last few months. Received this today “We wanted to let you know that the speeds to your Virgin Media Hub haven’t fallen below your Minimum Guaranteed Download Speed for 3 days in a row.” And today its down completely.

    @virginmedia Haha, customer care, Anything but, sorry ti be negative but it was just the attitude yesterday was as if it was pleasing for the guy not to help me, that's the bit that I cannot except. I won't be phoning them again, I think I shal be canceling. Shame after all these years.

    @virginmedia There seems to be a region wide problem with your internet service and your service status page is broken - a service announcement would be useful might save you a few incoming calls too?

    After weeks of problems and discussions about WiFi connections, @virginmedia have just advised me that I should arrange my Zoom meetings for 7am when the traffic is lighter! Been very disappointed with them altogether. Leaving after 15+ years.

    It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

    @virginmedia we’ve been without a landline for at least 3 & a bit days now, the online test says no issues and yet when you use a mobile to go through all the options it says we are aware of an issue, I know things happen now and again but I think 3+ days is more than excessive.

    My internet connection is the ABSOLUTE WORST @virginmedia. We don’t pay premium to get the shittest connection. If I wanted bad internet I’d move to Sky. Sort it out now.

    @virginmedia Other games are fine. Never had a problem on siege until I changed the router to the new one. I tried changing it back to the old one but it won’t accept it because you guys lock it or something. And I cannot view that link.

    @virginmedia fuming with the crap service we're NOT receiving from virgin media! Broadband and tv services both not working since yesterday morning 10th January 2022. Unable to log FOR compensation until I called AGAIN today! Working from home and trying to tether is a joke!
