    @rem @virginmedia happy with @bt_uk broadban good router with 3 mesh discs, we have had FTP for many years and get about 30 Mbps upload with 150 download. mobile fall back if line fail. expensive but do get BT mobile deal as well. good support.

    @Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

    @virginmedia Full details re my complaint should be on your records (telephone & web chat). In short appalling customer service making it v difficult for me to resolve issues. I have also complained about your complaint handling. I’m fed up having to explain what my complaint is about.

    @virginmedia really is a poor service. Once again sitting here waiting for my daily service drop out to reconnect. They are the only option for fibre at present. They know it too.

    It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

    @virginmedia I was with my dad, and we were were going to change all of his stuff, but it was pathetic how the two call handlers treated us. No respect at all and seemed very pleased not to help.

    After weeks of problems and discussions about WiFi connections, @virginmedia have just advised me that I should arrange my Zoom meetings for 7am when the traffic is lighter! Been very disappointed with them altogether. Leaving after 15+ years.

    @virginmedia Every device I have can connect to the wi fi with fast speeds and the connection doesn’t get interrupted, expect for my PC. The other night it suddenly dropped out & whilst Virgin CS managed to sort it out and get back onto the connection, it’s now very slow.

    @virginmedia So I had service on a temp number but that has no disappeared, O2 just keep saying it will be done, first by 6 on Monday then 9 on Tuesday etc...if you I'm me I can send you my numbet

    @virginmedia is there an issue in the Exeter EX4 area. There was an area power cut earlier. Power is back on but no internet (done all your checks). Says there’s a fault and to check back in 24 hours! I need the internet to work! Can you provide a better answer?

    @DiBrander We left Virgin Media because they were awful at fixing issues. We had a fault go on for over a month but no compensation because you have to have full service loss. It was over £90 a month too.
