    @virginmedia Issues with TV in EX4 area. Losing signal every few seconds. WiFi keeps going off, not good when working from home. And I get to pay over £110 a month for this!

    @virginmedia As per many comments in this thread I have suffered at the hands of terrible VM customer service. Employees don’t seem to have the tools to do a decent job. So many pillars & posts to be passed between. VM ok when it works but if you need help...

    @virginmedia yet again more connectivity/TiVo issues in the EX4 area. Not great when working from home and you can’t access your important meetings. How about reducing our bills as we’re not getting the 24/7 service we’re paying for.

    @virginmedia your customer service is outstanding… phone calls being cut off every time you call, when you finally get through the end the contract, they tell you it’s all completed… until you get another bill!!

    @virginmedia Your apologies are just words @virginmedia have no idea how some of their customers have tryed to call and speak with your people. So of you customer service staff are rude and unhelpful and I have made a number of complaints on these matters with no success and hide behind this
