@virginmedia It is hard to complain. I just want to send an email but cannot find how to do this. I do not want to speak to your call centre or use the live text - both routes have failed to respond to complaint. Only other method is to send in a physical letter.

Apologies if my tweets with Virgin Media have landed in your timeline this evening. They couldn’t DM me and all other avenues of complaint have failed.

@virginmedia Follow me and I will send you my account number by DM. Someone just needs to look at the call notes and text notes to determine my complaint. I’ve already used web chat.

@virginmedia I’m complaining about the difficulty & time taken to resolve an issue. Being on the helpline for over 2 hrs, being passed on numerous times, each time going thru security, each time explaining issue, people not calling back when promised, complaint not addressed. feel powerless.

Dear @virginmedia, I rarely take to social media to complain however attempts to make a formal complaint via telephone “help”line & via online chat have failed. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Your complaint handling process is also broken. @WhichUK

@Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

@virginmedia For the 3rd time, your "existing" customer deals are MORE EXPENSIVE than for a new customer. Where's the customer loyalty? And why are these "great deals" not advertised? Reason: you make it up per person. I can easily become a new customer by cancelling and rejoining, as I said.
-
Kishan Gohil
(@RealKishanGohil) reported
@virginmedia Duh, this is the whole problem. Why not? Why can't an existing customer get the same price for the same deal? So far, all you've said is what everyone knows, but you're lacking one thing: a valid reason why a new and existing customer pay different prices for the same service.

@virginmedia I had tried to get through to your service team, however there were excessive wait times and I also waited on live chat for sometime to no avail. Poor service overall, which was reflected in my feedback. I assume I’ll just have to wait and just cancel my direct debit.
