@virginmedia yet again more connectivity/TiVo issues in the EX4 area. Not great when working from home and you can’t access your important meetings. How about reducing our bills as we’re not getting the 24/7 service we’re paying for.

@virginmedia My router keeps dropping wifi. origin every day or so but now many times a day. Rebooting and factory resets seem to help but it keeps building up. Keep phoning support - get taken through same useless protocol and passed to tech support who promise a call back and never do

@virginmedia quick question, I have M200 broadband via a Hub3. Have 8 devices connected to the wifi (not all being used at the same time) recently experiencing intermittent slow speed or wifi dropping out. Have done all the usual checks for issues.

If you are Thinking of getting virgin broadband in E4 don’t. They are utterly useless. Been down since 26th Jan and they just give empty promises every day saying it will be fixed tomorrow. Whole area has same problem #virginmediadown #virginmedia

@virginmedia 3 months with crap service (eg 0.1 Mbps upload) and today yet another day with no service, phone calls to 150 a waste of time, now there's no phone service anyway, complaint letters acknowledged but nothing done. Why no broadband in IG9 area despite us paying?????

@virginmedia No, I am not trying to now as I have tried and still no one has resolved m issue. I will have to make a complaint to the ombudsman. But could you please let me have the CEO details as I want to send them my feedback. They should know how their customers are effected.
