  @virginmedia we’ve been without a landline for at least 3 & a bit days now, the online test says no issues and yet when you use a mobile to go through all the options it says we are aware of an issue, I know things happen now and again but I think 3+ days is more than excessive.

  @virginmedia @TomMockridgeVM Your customer service is the worst i have EVER experienced and i bitterly regret signing up with you - cannot log into myaccount to remove childlock, had to call customer service which is as bad as your online reviews suggest, took 30 minutes

  @MartinSLewis Hi Martin. Are you aware of the scam between Virgin Media and 02? They hound you with calls, set you up as an existing VM customer, and then unknown to you, you have an 02 threatning letter asking for £30 a month. This was not agreed to or even known...help 🙏

  @virginmedia I am in desperate need of help, my tv isn’t working properly, the phone line I been given tells me it’s not available. Once I got through giving it my account number it doesn’t recognise my account number. It’s turning into nightmare. Can you help
