@virginmedia really is a poor service. Once again sitting here waiting for my daily service drop out to reconnect. They are the only option for fibre at present. They know it too.

@virginmedia @TomMockridgeVM Your customer service is the worst i have EVER experienced and i bitterly regret signing up with you - cannot log into myaccount to remove childlock, had to call customer service which is as bad as your online reviews suggest, took 30 minutes
-
PMo (@Bingamin) reported from Exeter District, England
@virginmedia These are highlights of the day's events. @eurosport channel are awful for not showing what their schedule says. Always hit and miss that it will be what it says.
-
zivva (@zivva) reported from Newton Abbot, England
@virginmedia - I’ve had pixelated channels for weeks - I had an actual engineer booked to come today and miraculously those channels were fixed when I checked last night - so I text “FIXED” only to find they are not working again this morning - now I’m hanging on the phone for

See Virgin media are up to their old tricks again…🙄 if I had £1 for every time they are down, I’d be rich and could go elsewhere for a better package…
-
Mike Noon (@TheMikeNoon) reported from Exeter District, England
@virginmedia Thank you for your response. The issue returned swiftly after the engineers visit and has continued to deteriorate and now the picture is not visible nor the sound.
-
Clare Palmer (@spinkles176) reported from Exeter District, England
@virginmedia Thanks, seems like the problem is the locking of the handset, can I confirm I'll still get BT sport access and does that include the app?
-
Em J Hamilton (@EmmaOrca1971) reported from Exeter District, England
@virginmedia shocking customer service. Caring for my 76 year bed ridden father, recovering from an operation. I’ve got no internet, no TV until for him until Monday. And I can’t even speak to a manager about this. Time to find a new provider.

justin courtney (@jdcecfc) reported from Exeter District, England
@virginmedia such poor staff in the call centre, seemed very smug and happy not to help a customer of over 30 years, eurobell, telewest then virgin, total loyalty and no respect from your staff. Looks like we shal be going to sky after all these years. Pathetic
-
Alex Squire (@exeteralex) reported from Exeter District, England
@virginmedia we’ve been without a landline for at least 3 & a bit days now, the online test says no issues and yet when you use a mobile to go through all the options it says we are aware of an issue, I know things happen now and again but I think 3+ days is more than excessive.
-
Mike Noon (@TheMikeNoon) reported from Exeter District, England
@virginmedia I cannot recall if there was anything specific, but they reset some things and checked the wiring but no resolution
-
justin courtney (@jdcecfc) reported from Exeter District, England
@virginmedia Thankyou so much. Shocking service. Don't message again please
-
Elliot (@Elliot_TBR) reported from Exeter District, England
@J3Lyon If you’re having internet connectivity problems, it’ll be the problem/responsibility of Openreach or Virgin Media. So in this sense, it’s largely irrelevant who is actually supplying your broadband contract, as they’re using the same physical infrastructure.
-
Jasyboy71 (@jasyboy71) reported from Exeter District, England
@virginmedia it will only affect my credit score if you let it - you can stop that from happening by writing off any further charges to compensate me for the appalling service, for myaccount registration not working and for your agent refusing to let me speak to a manager

-
Lawrence Belcher (@Lawrenceee_B) reported
@virginmedia Okay, but what about the 5 days loss of service that I wasn’t automatically compensated for?? Happened from the 7th to 12th October, so I would’ve thought it would be credited on this months bill, but clearly not.
-
Ela (@lendowska) reported
@virginmedia - what is wrong with Virginmedia - have to restart my internet number of times per day every day but apparently the service is "great" but I think only on paper

-
corey the cleaner (@coreythehoe) reported
@virginmedia So why since the move to O2 has my data been so bad it’s unusable inside or outside of the house (<4mbps) despite you advertising average speeds of 37mbps on 4G on your website? And also why does it not show that there’s a “maintenance issue in my area” on o2s website??
-
corey the cleaner (@coreythehoe) reported
@virginmedia I live not too far from the city centre, however this is an issue everywhere I go, as I’ve said this has started since the migration to o2 so if it’s congestion why was this never the case when you were partnered with Vodafone? Surely my speeds should improve outside peak times?
