@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

@briankardell Weirdly with Virgin Media it's cheaper to get a landline, and cable TV along side the normal internet connection. The phone and cable TV have never been plugged in, not even once.
