    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    @virginmedia shocking customer service. Caring for my 76 year bed ridden father, recovering from an operation. I’ve got no internet, no TV until for him until Monday. And I can’t even speak to a manager about this. Time to find a new provider.

    @virginmedia Thank you for your response. The issue returned swiftly after the engineers visit and has continued to deteriorate and now the picture is not visible nor the sound.

    @virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

    @virginmedia So I had service on a temp number but that has no disappeared, O2 just keep saying it will be done, first by 6 on Monday then 9 on Tuesday etc...if you I'm me I can send you my numbet

    @VirginMediaIEPR is it wise to let go a 9 years customer who has been paying you a £77 a month when he asked to match the deal on the website? virgin media refused the deal. It just happened. I am disappointed with your ridiculous selfish & ungrateful policies.

    @virginmedia Have made several calls about my WiFi very slow, an engineer came and stated that wires had been installed incorrectly from the beginning and changed the around still the problem persists. Been on going for a long time, how will you be able to help ?
