    @virginmedia Haha, customer care, Anything but, sorry ti be negative but it was just the attitude yesterday was as if it was pleasing for the guy not to help me, that's the bit that I cannot except. I won't be phoning them again, I think I shal be canceling. Shame after all these years.

    It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

    After weeks of problems and discussions about WiFi connections, @virginmedia have just advised me that I should arrange my Zoom meetings for 7am when the traffic is lighter! Been very disappointed with them altogether. Leaving after 15+ years.

    @SkyHelpTeam My name is Abdul Latif of 2 Coronation Road, Exeter EX2 5BZ We want to return to Sky as we find the Virgin Media service un-business like. We have been away from Sky from 27-Sep-20 although you keep charging us £28 per month; that may need to be refunded.

    My internet connection is the ABSOLUTE WORST @virginmedia. We don’t pay premium to get the shittest connection. If I wanted bad internet I’d move to Sky. Sort it out now.

    @virginmedia such poor staff in the call centre, seemed very smug and happy not to help a customer of over 30 years, eurobell, telewest then virgin, total loyalty and no respect from your staff. Looks like we shal be going to sky after all these years. Pathetic

    @virginmedia My partner spoke to your customer service team today without much resolution. Suggested we need a booster or a better bundle. Not sure that’s the best answer, given the price we are paying. And service was A1 for 12 months until about 4 weeks ago. There must be a reason for this.

    I have had lots of issues with @virginmedia over the last few months. Received this today “We wanted to let you know that the speeds to your Virgin Media Hub haven’t fallen below your Minimum Guaranteed Download Speed for 3 days in a row.” And today its down completely.

    @virginmedia That I should wait 24 hours and hope it rights itself. It did not fix itself overnight, so I still have no means to work at home. It’s not being taken seriously at all, someone needs to take ownership that I have a complete outage and arrange a fix. Please.

    I am totally fed up with the service I receive from @virginmedia you pay for amazing speeds of 100Mbs you get no connection or 2Mbs. Everyone in my street says to leave because they have the same story. Once again when I need it most @virginmedia let’s me down #furious

    @virginmedia Do you think the current fix time - moved from 4/1/23 to 18/1/23 with “no guarantee the problem will be resolved” according to your colleague an example of providing a good service? Due to current I’ll health issues, I currently work from home. How am I supposed to work from home

    @jeanneanna @virginmedia Not good Renee! hope they sort it for you. I can't claim to be vulnerable, but I work from home using broadband, so financially this is costing me money, and lets not start on the kids constantly asking why there is no Wi-Fi. And as an update @virginmedia its still not working
