    @CISASUK @virginmedia I used the resolution service to come to a settlement with Virgin on 9/4/19. Response from Virgin that a cheque would be sent and should be received within 7-10 working days. Today is the 12th working day and I’ve received no cheque in the post. Not happy

    @virginmedia Contact them later today to run through the troubleshooting tips before they will send an engineer to fix the issue. Even though it's same issue as been having for weeks which has already been ”fixed” once.

    @virginmedia Every device I have can connect to the wi fi with fast speeds and the connection doesn’t get interrupted, expect for my PC. The other night it suddenly dropped out & whilst Virgin CS managed to sort it out and get back onto the connection, it’s now very slow.

    Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

    @LauraRiceli I'm exactly the same. I ceremonially watch some terrestrial telly because I'm paying for it, @virginmedia won't let me cancel the telly as its part of my package. But we still have to pay a license fee because government reasons.

But as you'll see from comments from others on Twitter, there is an ongoing problem with blueyonder and other legacy email addresses like ntl just suddenly dropping. This involves resetting passwords and sometimes waiting for the service to resume 😟

    @virginmedia @CTSI_UK @OmbudServices So my Virgin Media landline is not working and the earliest they can get an Engineer to me is 7 days away - UNLESS I take an upgrade and then I can have an Engineer visit in 24 hours! What appalling customer service!!

    @virginmedia …that isn’t helpful. It’s virgin media service. Do you have an email or someone I can reach out to to request someone reminds her to call me. I spent nearly 1.5 hours on the phone with her yesterday getting this sorted.

    @CitizensAdvice @virginmedia Thank you for replying. I was sure it was not legal thanks to the Government website. It turns out there was a pretty woeful misunderstanding by one of Virgin's customer service reps. It was sorted by their manager.
