@virginmedia For now but considering the current situation, internet issues are not helpful. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had this.

@virginmedia yet again more connectivity/TiVo issues in the EX4 area. Not great when working from home and you can’t access your important meetings. How about reducing our bills as we’re not getting the 24/7 service we’re paying for.

@virginmedia Full details re my complaint should be on your records (telephone & web chat). In short appalling customer service making it v difficult for me to resolve issues. I have also complained about your complaint handling. I’m fed up having to explain what my complaint is about.

Apologies if my tweets with Virgin Media have landed in your timeline this evening. They couldn’t DM me and all other avenues of complaint have failed.

@virginmedia Follow me and I will send you my account number by DM. Someone just needs to look at the call notes and text notes to determine my complaint. I’ve already used web chat.

@virginmedia Thanks but I’m not a customer yet...I see there was some sort of roadshow going on yesterday but didn’t know about it in advance so no time to take a look. I’m just keen to switch from my current provider.

@Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

@alishakins_ @virginmedia Have you gone into your routers settings and changed the port forwarding addresses? I did this when I first set up my PC mainly for WZ. I'm with virgin on their M100 package and never had packet loss.

@virginmedia Says that the area is fine 17 hours later and we still have no internet and now its xmas day. We actually joked that this would happen as the service you provide is laughable.

@virginmedia CT9 2NA broadband came back today for maybe a solid 9 hours? Amazing. It's down again by the way and your service status page is reporting that its fine. Plz, realise the fact that not everyone sleeps between 10pm - 7am. Just because it is past midnight doesn't mean no one is on.
