  • EmmaOrca1971 Em J Hamilton (@EmmaOrca1971) reported from Exeter District, England

@virginmedia For now but considering the current situation, internet issues are not helpful. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had this.

  • Bingamin Dave Moist (@Bingamin) reported from Exeter District, England

@LivHinton @NedStratUCOVI @virginmedia I'm not in London. No issues here in sunny Devon. So not the whole country.

  • DevonLifeEd Andy Cooper (@DevonLifeEd) reported from Exeter District, England

@virginmedia My partner spoke to your customer service team today without much resolution. Suggested we need a booster or a better bundle. Not sure that’s the best answer, given the price we are paying. And service was A1 for 12 months until about 4 weeks ago. There must be a reason for this.

  • JulieGalt Julie Galt (@JulieGalt) reported from Exeter District, England

@virginmedia hi, I have recently been upgraded to M500 broadband. I understand the minimum download speed is 258 Mbps. Having done a speed test yesterday I am only getting 102. Can you help?

  • sallywallywoo10 Sally French (@sallywallywoo10) reported from Exeter District, England

@virginmedia Thanks but I’m not a customer yet...I see there was some sort of roadshow going on yesterday but didn’t know about it in advance so no time to take a look. I’m just keen to switch from my current provider.

  • ScottPalfrey Scott Palfrey (@ScottPalfrey) reported from Exeter District, England

@PhilPpauk @virginmedia Seriously it’s been 24 hours of terrible service now 😭 you’d think they would have decent infrastructure from the billions they make each year

  • ScottPalfrey Scott Palfrey (@ScottPalfrey) reported from Exeter District, England

Working from home is even more of a challenge when @virginmedia cuts in and out and is as slow as a snail! Gahhhhh

  • superseagull8 Chris Saunders (@superseagull8) reported from Newton Abbot, England

@virginmedia had a problem with your tv service for over a month now, tried all the online troubleshooting and can’t get through on your phone lines. Been holding over 30mins again today.

  • MElcoate Martin Elcoate (@MElcoate) reported from Topsham, England

@virginmedia As per many comments in this thread I have suffered at the hands of terrible VM customer service. Employees don’t seem to have the tools to do a decent job. So many pillars & posts to be passed between. VM ok when it works but if you need help...

  • alatif7934 Abdul Latif (@alatif7934) reported from Exeter District, England

@SkyHelpTeam My name is Abdul Latif of 2 Coronation Road, Exeter EX2 5BZ We want to return to Sky as we find the Virgin Media service un-business like. We have been away from Sky from 27-Sep-20 although you keep charging us £28 per month; that may need to be refunded.

  • DevonLifeEd Andy Cooper (@DevonLifeEd) reported from Exeter District, England

@laurahiggins_ @virginmedia Honestly, I know it’s a first world problem, but if the taps didn’t provide water when you turned them on there would be outrage. With broadband it just seems all the companies in #Exeter get away with it. We tried BT before and they were #pants

  • EmmaOrca1971 Em J Hamilton (@EmmaOrca1971) reported from Exeter District, England

@virginmedia yet again more connectivity/TiVo issues in the EX4 area. Not great when working from home and you can’t access your important meetings. How about reducing our bills as we’re not getting the 24/7 service we’re paying for.

  • ScottPalfrey Scott Palfrey (@ScottPalfrey) reported from Exeter District, England

@timlong00 @virginmedia Ah right, all this copyright stuff is bonkers when you break it down, it the club didn’t exsist and play football there wouldn’t be any video - I await a call from their lawyers 🤓

Dont start that Game my Hardware is perfectly fine its your router not giving me the speed. I had enough of Virgin Media blaming the computers when I had issues with their service

  • mrnobodyspecia greenthumb (@mrnobodyspecia) reported

@virginmedia Yes but this is a fault everyday for 7days you fix it around 4/5pm the by 11am it’s down again & reported on your website again how is it fixed over night then down in the day for 7 days straight

  • Craig_Powers Craig Powers (@Craig_Powers) reported

@virginmedia - how do I report a problem without requesting a home visit? TV and Broadband down - neighbours have same problem. System status reports everything ok which it clearly isn’t.

  • RobGrillo Rob Grillo (@RobGrillo) reported

@virginmedia Who would have thought that changing the name of the account holder could be so difficult. Getting any customer service rep to understand is impossible. Some even cut off the line because they don't know what to do. Shocking. @VirginMediaCorp

  • NahImGo89340192 Nah I'm Good (@NahImGo89340192) reported

@SammiTye @BBCWatchdog @virginmedia Stop being a KAREN and leave the poor guy alone. Do you know how much he's being paid? Probably minimum wage..You're trying to get the guy fired before Christmas and you can barely even hear what he said. How do you know it's directed at you? No proof at all.
