Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

I only have the broadband now & although the broadband is really good the price is extortionate if you don’t keep signing up to a contract, so I’ll be cancelling that.
