@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

@virginmedia Restarted the *** twice. Including a hard reset. It is online currently and a couple of devices are connected. Two consoles and two phones however are left without connection with IP and DHCP issues.

@virginmedia Apparently there may be an issue in the area. But other members are connected in the household yet my phone and console cannot connect. Keeps relating to a "DHCP" issue. I've tried the methods for helping with such an issue to no success. Been without connection for 3 hours now
