@virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

@JRD3D4 @virginmedia Same here. Almost daily issues (& we’ve router extensions everywhere). Followed @virginmedia advice but they make it so difficult to talk to anyone that we’re about to move elsewhere too. Can’t have a call of any decent length without the wifi dropping.

@virginmedia we have done that, had countless phone calls and have given up. Had to cancel the contract, and we have been told we will have to pay £210, which when you cannot provide service or help is disgusting. Asked to speak to customer services and have been cut off. #poorcustomerservice
