    @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi, provided by @virginmedia not only has ripped me off but their customer support team are apparently away all weekend. This is obviously a scam.

    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    @virginmedia I have a Virgin complaint ref and a Cisas ref number. Don’t have them to had as I’m at work. I had no ref number relating to GDPR concerns that I emailed to the email address on your site.

    @virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

    @Bearded365Guy @virginmedia I’ve tried to get the link a number of times but they still have t sent it. Awful service I just want to speak to a person who doesn’t put me on hold and redirect me to another dept who don’t answer, so frustrating

    @CISASUK @virginmedia I used the resolution service to come to a settlement with Virgin on 9/4/19. Response from Virgin that a cheque would be sent and should be received within 7-10 working days. Today is the 12th working day and I’ve received no cheque in the post. Not happy

    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    @franklake @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Wait till you finally cancel, you then have to wait for the return packaging to be delivered, assemble the bloody thing, put your boxes into the box they send, including cables and remote, and send it all back or get charged 100 quid. Enjoy!

    I chose @vmbusiness becuase I had this mess before with BT letting me down .. I work from home, how am I going to do that with no connectivity? Teather from my phone? I am an IT person .. lets see how that works out (2 of 2)

    @virginmedia I’ve been sent a new router and it won’t let me connect any devices to it it’s a hub 5. I followed the instructions on the box to the letter. I’ve tried ringing the support number on the box which is completely automated and useless. Any advise ?

    @virginmedia I understand, however your estimates keep extending without any end in sight. We don’t get this service for free. We pay for it. At what point do you let us know that it is broken beyond repair and we should move on. I can handle us breaking up for good, promise

    @virginmedia switch to us and we'll pay up to £250 switch fee. Oh ok.. 37 days to wait for initial installation. Oh no, wait! Let's cancel 48 hours before and Let's increase that another 55 days... what a joke of a company. No thanks felicia

    @virginmedia I understand that, it's the fact that I said I was willing to downgrade to get a cheaper offer, instead they offer higher prices & higher speeds. Funny part is, my renew is cheaper than the offers. I've got till July so I'll either cancel & be a new customer, or accept the renew.
