@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

@virginmedia the praise premature when my services went DEAD last night for non payment of a Bill that had a date of the 10th of Dec to be paid. With so many forced to work from home a basic service should be left so at least you can get online and pay. Thanks for looking after 10yr customer.

@virginmedia .....that is when it needs restarted. Then it will bring on the 3 lights that light up also the *********** light is still on. It boots up the lights change red to green. Then 2 lights go out 1 flashes away. After 15 min average it will shut down and restart........
