@virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

@virginmedia Yes, probably at least 100 as a whole town of 33k population of whom a lot are on Virgin media. The town Facebook page has nearly 400 people complaining about the service. It’s not looking good.

@virginmedia Looked for a moment like it was back, both the TiVo and router self restarted - is this meant to happen as part of work that may be being done?, unfortunately hasn’t resulted in restoration of service. Confirmed on service page it’s still an outage in the area
