    @virginmedia This auto compensation scheme is a joke!! We don’t get any compensation unless it’s been out for 48h! It’s horrendous. No consideration of what the customer may have needed the wifi for, and that we’re all having to spend more money on our mobile phone bills for more data!

    @Risata_k1 @virginmedia The broadband supply is terrible, and when I called to make a complaint, I’m told the complaint will just be automatically closed. I can’t believe a company exists in the UK with no easy complaint process, it’s just fraudulent and leaves customers vulnerable.

    @virginmedia The service was down for wired and wireless. For some reason, you had reset my router, renaming the 2G and disabling the 5G, so of course, even when the service came back up, nothing connected. You really are terrible, if it weren't for your virtual monopoly I'd be rid of you.
