@virginmedia Ok I’ll see how it goes in the week then. I will say that the pod has really helped. Much better than the boosters. But I am told that upload speed is 10% of the download so will I get 50mbps once it’s all settled down?

  • Kim_John_bo Kim John-bo (@Kim_John_bo) reported

@virginmedia without doubt the worst broadband supplier I've ever had, no matter how many times you tell them the connection is terrible, I can assure you it's not my ******* hardware, the ******* useless call centre in India, says it's fine, 600mb my *******!

  • Yus7 Yus Lambat (@Yus7) reported

@virginmedia We did, but we rang back and said we don't want to cancel no more. We also had someone ringing us & explaining that why we would like to cancel. We explained why & she added movie channels for extra £2.50 a month. We were happy and wanted to continue with the service.

@virginmedia Lol, that's kind of the issue, everytime I've checked back I'm getting this 'check back in 24 hours' screen. I'm guessing it must time out. I've waited a while each time to see if the fixes have worked (they didn't). Something's broken, how do I get more help?
