    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    @virginmedia been a loyal@customer over 15 years. Terrible service . Router issues, tv issues, renewal package severly higher than new customer discount. Told to go sky for a better price !! Great customer service #virginmedia

    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    @virginmedia what a shock, 7.30am and my 350Mbps broadband is hovering between 42 and 54Mbps! Why the heck do I pay for 350Mbps when I get slow speeds virtually every month!

    @virginmedia Residential. I understand that it is not a fault-free service, but you are a communications service, so I would expect you to communicate this to me without me having to spend 30 minutes trying to find out whether there is a problem every time

    @virginmedia As I have explained time and time again, the broadband is intermittently slow (anywhere between 9-30mbs down load) and there are dead zones around the house. The hub gets reset a lot. But does little to improve. When the online test is run it often says there is a fault

    @virginmedia It's been going off multiple times all week, yesterday was the longest it has been down and took 20-30mins to come back. All devices displayed connected with No Internet.
