    I recently cancelled my virgin media contract to join Nowtv...not a good move!..Brilliant concept but just try and speakt to customer services...ho hum..gonna rename it as The Abyss..

    Trying to talk to get a change to our @virginmedia account. 5 weeks, none of the promised call back & now they close our account without telling us. If this is how they treat long term customer avoid like the plague!! #customerservicefail #broadband

    @virginmedia is a pretty terrible WiFi company - four days before installation when moving into new house they cancel and push it back a week then say there are no closer slots, despite me choosing this date a month ago. It's cheap WiFi but it comes at the cost of ****** service.

    @balconyshirts 2 and a half hours on hold to @virginmedia to try and cancel. Got transferred to every single member of staff, I assume to say goodbye to each one individually.
