    @virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

    Trying to talk to get a change to our @virginmedia account. 5 weeks, none of the promised call back & now they close our account without telling us. If this is how they treat long term customer avoid like the plague!! #customerservicefail #broadband

    Just another reminder that @vmbusiness is probably the single worst ISP you could ever hope for, ridiculously unstable internet again the last couple weeks can't work in peace, even if they paid you to use it it would still be a scam can't wait to get rid of it

    @dommy_daniel @virginmedia Don't get a Hub 5, they are terrible. I'm on my 3rd in 3 weeks. So many things wrong with them and pods wont connect to them at all. I've given up and ordered my own mesh because Virgin staff haven't got a clue what they're talking about.

    @virginmedia @LutzSchueler @richardbranson OK… what is going on? Approaching 5 weeks! No WiFi limited TV. NOW… we only have one channel that we can watch and it’s not even the HD one…😡😡😡 Seems like the more you complain the less service you get.

    @SiManM20 @virginmedia Hub5 is terrible. Has even more significant wifi issues. Having have 3 this month and appallingly poor customer service from Virgin I've given up and purchased my own mesh.
