@virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

@raiden @GameOverDave @virginmedia I upgraded mine last year and for the first couple of weeks had a similar problem on teams, what I found worked and as cliched as it is, unplugging the box from the mains for a minute then it’s stable for a couple of days, had that for a couple of weeks but now fine all the time.

@virginmedia We specifically asked customer services for two virgin sockets to be checked and for a reconnect to one of the sockets. The engineer Sam turned up and admitted he was inexperienced with this and hadn’t been allocated enough time. We are homeschooling 4 of our 5 children.
