stelz✨🇬🇭 (@stelz_o) reported@virginmedia We have! We even got a text Message today saying service has been restored, yet I still am not able to work from home fully.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@London_W4 The trouble is that O2 are now in bed with Virgin Media, who also have dreadful Indian 'Tech Support', who can't sort anying out and just read from scripts. Like many companies these days, if you can even find a phone number, they just give loads of messages, telling you to go to their website. The UK could do with a dose of American style customer service!!
-
Sam Tilston (@samtilston) reportedThis isn't just a bad press cycle for Virgin Media O2. We are tracking a specific pattern of synthetic 'outage' reports designed to trigger algorithmic short-selling and erode public trust in UK telecoms infrastructure during a sensitive regulatory window.
