@virginmedia As usual yous site says no issues. I’ve been waiting 10 mins on the live chat and still nobody has joined the chat after the bot phase

  • ravipal1214
    Ravi Pal (@ravipal1214) reported

Your agent kept asking what resolution I wanted, then offered £5. Twice I was reminded how cheap my package is — that others pay £50-60, that pods cost £10-15 elsewhere, that I’m getting them free. I didn’t set the price. A discount on a service that doesn’t work is still service that doesn’t work. Then I was told no manager or grievance contact exists, and that I should cancel. @virginmedia — who owns this?

  • stalinoverlord
    sirkeirstalin (@stalinoverlord) reported

@biggle1908 I've been with Virgin Media since they were called NTL. I did switch to BT for a spell, but the speed was **** in comparison; I soon went back to Virgin Media. This is just for the internet, though.

Love tech like this WAS-110 XGS-PON SFP is a a module that allows you to bypass most USA/CA routers (AT&T's BGW320, Virgin Media's Hub 5X, or Bell's Giga Hub) by copying info from your router to this module and insert into a third party router or media convert from SFP to Ethernet to a router Get better stability, performance, and stronger QoS settings / firewall etc compared to the default setup I hope 1 day i find someone that needs this done

@virginmedia @virginmedia ... I have reached out - many times. And reached my "reaching out" limit. And I'm not sending you personal details on a Twitter/X account . And counting down the 15 months and 3 days I have left with your company.
