🇬🇧 Andy🇬🇧 (@4peterborough) reported@virginmedia I love it when these people say DM us but your account is restricted everyone must be having the same problem with your update, look into it and get back to me
-
Joey C (@Joeurovision24) reported@danielarf21 I’m with you on Virgin Media not showing it anymore, really disappointing tbh as there was a fanbase for it. But willing to give this series a go, the trailer isn’t the worst. People saying it’s “Ai Slop” need to chill, unfortunately it’s gonna be the norm for a lot of shows
-
Sarah Poyntz (@sarah1986) reported@ryantegan @skytv We’ve just gone the other way, @virginmedia was not interested in keeping a customer of 10 years+, cost was literally going to double! We’ve switched to Sky but are ready to play flip flop between the 2 for the foreseeable as we know neither of them has any interest in loyalty!

Anand Gupta (@anandcheam) reported@virginmedia can you spend some money on customer care so they can answer calls / chats and LISTEN when they do ? You guys sent me 2016 router box when the agreement was to send the latest and now no one is licking up the phone, is that joke? @Ofcom British regulators need to penalise where it starts hurting the service company. Like they do in the USA, 100s of millions of pounds or billions. Not peanuts.

Gary Adams (@GazzaAdams) reported@virginmedia I need this escalated as a formal complaint regarding fault **F012421201**, because the information Virgin Media is providing has now become demonstrably contradictory. At **08:01 today, 20 August**, Virgin Media told me: “Our engineer is on site and they're working to fix the problem.” The estimated repair time given was **18:00 today**. At **15:27 today**, after I have had intermittent service for most of the day and had to hotspot from my phone to be able to work, Virgin Media has now told me: “We have identified the problem and an engineer is on their way.” The estimated repair time has also been moved to **14:10 tomorrow, 21 August**. These statements cannot both accurately describe the progress of the same fault. An engineer who was already **on site and working on the problem at 08:01** cannot subsequently be **“on their way” at 15:27** without some explanation. I fully understand that a complex network fault may take longer to repair than initially anticipated, and that estimated restoration times can change. That is not my complaint. My complaint is that Virgin Media is repeatedly providing contradictory factual information about the status of the repair, while I remain without the service I am paying for. I consequently have no confidence in the estimated restoration times being provided. Please therefore: 1. **Log this as a formal complaint and provide me with the complaint reference.** 2. Confirm the actual current status of fault **F012421201**, rather than repeating the automated status information. 3. Explain how an engineer could be reported as on site and working at 08:01 but “on their way” at 15:27. 4. Confirm when the outage affecting my service officially began and that the full period of loss of service has been recorded against my account. 5. Confirm what automatic compensation I will be entitled to for the complete loss of service, where applicable. I have retained screenshots of the outage updates and their timestamps. Please respond to the specific points above rather than sending me another automated repair estimate.

Scarlett Shaw (@ScarlettShaw) reportedDo yourself a favour. DO NOT use the one touch switch service with @SkyUK or @virginmedia. Still paying for both for weeks. Virgin continues to bill me despite me having sent back their equipment. The whole thing is a con. Be warned. @Ofcom
-
youwouldntknowme (@lazylazydude) reported@virginmedia I don’t think you get it. When I say multiple calls, I mean daily. I’ve told your customer service not to contact me. They said they’d make a note and wouldn’t, then called the next day anyway. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Dips (@Ndola19) reported@moonpeach212 @virginmedia Hey, VM will not sort anything out. I have spent so much time trying to sort out my issue as O2 failed to apply my Volt benefit. VM claims they have done everything while O2 claim they are waiting for VM confirmation. They drag the issue out hoping you will go away
