    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    @Bearded365Guy @virginmedia I’ve tried to get the link a number of times but they still have t sent it. Awful service I just want to speak to a person who doesn’t put me on hold and redirect me to another dept who don’t answer, so frustrating

    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    @virginmedia no internet yesterday now no tele today reset the box and its wont upload the programmes . Sisters isnt working neither now looking on twitter and it seems to be a world wide problem
