@CISASUK @virginmedia I used the resolution service to come to a settlement with Virgin on 9/4/19. Response from Virgin that a cheque would be sent and should be received within 7-10 working days. Today is the 12th working day and I’ve received no cheque in the post. Not happy

@franklake @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Wait till you finally cancel, you then have to wait for the return packaging to be delivered, assemble the bloody thing, put your boxes into the box they send, including cables and remote, and send it all back or get charged 100 quid. Enjoy!

@virginmedia Your service really is appalling! The installation didn’t happen because the construction team hadn’t done the right thing! Installation was booked back in for yesterday and surprise surprise it didn’t happen again because the construction work still hasn’t been done correctly!
