    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    @Bearded365Guy @virginmedia I’ve tried to get the link a number of times but they still have t sent it. Awful service I just want to speak to a person who doesn’t put me on hold and redirect me to another dept who don’t answer, so frustrating

    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    @virginmedia I have, and it still claims no issues. Other residents locally are having the same issue and looking at this twitter feed other customers are too. Support kept inviting its WiFi related and wouldn't look past it.
