    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    @virginmedia WiFi drops out constantly every day. No issues with loose cables etc. Wired connection is fine. Phone line is automated for faults with no option to speak to anyone. What do I do? Seems to be an issue with the Hub 3 surely? I’m on 500Mbps - do I need a Hub 4?

    @virginmedia I am trying to change my current package as its too expensive, I have a landline I pay for that has never been plugged in. Now on WhatsApp they have contacted me again and are asking me the same questions again right from the beginning, why can't they pick up the conversation?

    @ChadWeather @virginmedia Yep. Genuinely, I was having 5-10 VPN interruptions with work and couldn't get Internet connection upstairs after 8pm every night despite it showing full signal. Not had a single issue since we bought ours.

    @ChadWeather @virginmedia We are certainly thinking of changing, it does seem very slow and intermittent just recently, same postcode area, just across from the whitegate! Just have to see who if anyone is better, we have been with virgin since is was nynex all those years ago. Xktx

    @virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.
