    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    @virginmedia No, and if there was it would have been an issue for 6 weeks… is that normal for Virgin? Can you please get the engineers to contact us? Surely you should be asking for our account number so someone can actually investigate and get in touch with us. We’re almost at 7 weeks now.

    @virginmedia What’s that got to do with it? The router should be able to maintain a good wifi connection in our small terrace house. If it doesn’t, that’s your problem as the provider, not mine. Stop trying to shift blame, AGAIN.

    @virginmedia Thanks for the response but I added an extra tweet stating that I've checked service page for any reported issues or ongoing works in the area and nothing has been reported or work being done in the area. All cables to the box are also super tight.

    @MissIG_Geek @virginmedia I was with them once upon a time, and queried this too. Legally they can only issue contracts to customers aged over 18. I asked why they couldn't delete this information once the contract was in place, and their eventual response was that they need it for Ombudsmen audit checks.

    @virginmedia @bt_uk virgin man just cut off all her landlines less one.Single elderly person kids phone her at night fm Aus/NZ needs but doesnt want modem on all night, VM has cut old BTlines & wrecked her secure social emergency connections.Its CRAZY. Must run upstairs use phone
