    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    @virginmedia Hi @virginmedia, the problem is that your network is so terrible that noone will ever be able to come out as there is not a day where we have full connection. We were promised it would be fixed at 19.25 last night and I'm still rinsing my data just to be able to work.

    @virginmedia the praise premature when my services went DEAD last night for non payment of a Bill that had a date of the 10th of Dec to be paid. With so many forced to work from home a basic service should be left so at least you can get online and pay. Thanks for looking after 10yr customer.

    I have been trying to get in touch with @virginmedia about our broadband for over a week. As in I have been waiting for their reply on their messenger. For a week. Been a customer for 5+ years, unbelievable.

    @virginmedia .....that is when it needs restarted. Then it will bring on the 3 lights that light up also the *********** light is still on. It boots up the lights change red to green. Then 2 lights go out 1 flashes away. After 15 min average it will shut down and restart........

    @virginmedia There is but the woman I spoke to last said that's not my issue. Spent over 10 hours on the phone to you guys and getting nowhere with it. Told 5 different people the problem, been hung up on 20 times while being transfered. It's boring and I just want to end my contract now.
