I was provided with a 12 month discounted contract (having been a loyal customer for 15 years) and was told - after 7 months - that the discount would no longer be applied - in a shockingly poor bit of telephone service.

He doesnt have twitter I do, but after hubby gave both the passwords to me he uses neither seemed to be right

The chat was stopped & our house phone rang its once & stopped ( I DID tell her earlier it wasnt working properly) She couldve asked for his mobile number but didnt & this couldve been sorted. Felt like both people dealt with didnt want to help
