    @virginmedia your live bot is utter rubbish!! Round and round in circles then directs me to 150 each time. My broadband had been crap for months now. Almost useless working from home. I want someone to call me. Not the other way round.

    @virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

    @virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

    @virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

    @virginmedia just moved house and closed all bills online no problem. Even the council made it easy online. You’re the only account that forces me to call up. On top of that you tell me the wait time is an hour long. I’m obviously just going to cancel the direct debit ?!

    After a faff on with Virgin Media due to an upgrade in my virgin TV Box from V6 to 360 which caused numerous problems such as failed recordings and freeze framing, it seems that the problem has now been resolved. So, Happy Xmas viewing!!

    @virginmedia It shouldn’t be like this bad every single day of the year! It’s absolutely rubbish, as for getting wifi upstairs, that’s a no go and that’s with a booster. I’ve literally never experienced something so shocking.
