    Shocking service from @virginmedia regards to install of broadband. Dates keep changing and customer service not helpful. I know we’re in a pandemic 😷 but simple communication and genuine reasons should be quite simple!

    @virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

    @virginmedia Changed my package, and your representative said she had to change my broadband speed. For the last hour I have been without any connection whatsoever, she disconnected me!! You technical team sorted the issue @virginmedia an embarrassing 24 hours for you!!

    @virginmedia your live bot is utter rubbish!! Round and round in circles then directs me to 150 each time. My broadband had been crap for months now. Almost useless working from home. I want someone to call me. Not the other way round.

    @virginmedia Reason? You're service is rubbish. Could cancel nd argue breach of contract, but can't be bothered with you chasing me....oh well, a few months to go until my contract is over, tick tock.. you're no longer my only broadband option, just hope others see this nd think twice! @Ofcom

    @acefaceaaron @virginmedia Had trouble for years. On demand was unusable with the tivo box. Finally managed to get an engineer out that fitted a new v6 set top. It was infuriating when the old one shut down when youre trying to watch summat. Hope you can get sorted

    @virginmedia over 24 hours with no broadband. I'm a ultimate Oomph customer and according to your website you promise a "next day" engineer if the fault can't be resolved remotely. I'm being expected to wait almost 5 days for an engineer at the moment! What does "next day" mean??

    @virginmedia I've done all this over and over again unconnected everything put it back together turned it off and left it overnight and still same problem I've run the other check on line it said you have a problem tried book engineer no available times
