    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Once had to deal with Virgin Media, absolutely never again. They were impossible to deal with, just got sent from one department to another and it took weeks. Never again.

My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.

    @imogen_tew Thank for your article in the The Times 11/07/26. I have been driven to despair by HMRC & a tax savings situation. Their errors, unhelpful staff, bureaucracy & incompetence should not be tolerated. They make Virgin media look good! Surely something can be done?

    @LessGrumpy @virginmedia Exactly that. The quality of the broadband has never been an issue but the customer service is almost non existent. But when you base that offshore it does tend to be the case. Very polite but utterly useless.
