I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

Hi @virginmedia I need some help please. My parents internet has gone down, customer services say they need a replacement hub taking up to 7 days to arrive. My mother is disabled and my dad is her carer, both isolating. How can we get the hub delivered quicker pls?

@virginmedia Problem is with the sales team. If an order is cancelled by the fraud team, could they just not give a courtesy call so the customer is aware and what follows next? This is common sense. Come on. Instead of the delivery to arrive and be taken away within 10 minutes!!! Pisstake

@virginmedia Ordered a damn phone which was delivered and collected again within 10 mins by the delivery guy cos “the order was cancelled from yourselves”. Apparently had to have a call from your fraud team, which no one told me about and neither did I receive a call.

@virginmedia was Told to reorder and xpect a call within 24-48 hrs. Order was put on hold. Ur fraud team TOOK THIER TIME to make that damn call, only to ask my dads name and email address!!! Could someone not have told me to expect that phone call in the first place?!!!
