Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

They don’t give a toss about existing customers. Every renewal is a fight & their offshore teams are useless.

Had virgin media payment bounce back for 3 months, octopus energy almost 2 month. Money went out then came back again. I didn't realise at the time.
