    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed bet 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    Dear @virginmedia, I'm a busy girl who's wasted an awful lot of time today waiting for broadband to return. Tomorrow's going to be bonkers working twice as hard to catch up. A few reassuring words that things are returning to normal would go some way to reinstating my sanity. Ta.

    @virginmedia Media. I was provided with a 12 month discounted contract (having been a loyal customer for 15 years) and was told - after 7 months - that the discount would no longer be applied - in a shockingly poor bit of telephone service.

    @virginmedia Been chatting to o e of your girls online Rowela. She wanted to speak to my husband. Our hiusephone has just rang... briefly a couple of times but I DID tell her that our house phone isnt working properly.... it rings once, poss twice & stops & makes awful noises if we call out

    @virginmedia Don't use Virgin. They demand that you must use underwritters you've never heard of before, which has had data breaches. Even worse, they make it so difficult to get WIFI Broadband, an essential service. Despite me having perfect score they would rather deny services then help.

    @virginmedia Unbelievably poor service from your team today. They wiped my router and lost all my customer settings, whilst trying to restore it they just hung up on me. Now I am stuck not knowing my admin password and half the devices in my house not working.

    @goonerray67 @BockerWright @virginmedia £5 a month for what? Virgin don't charge for equipment rental. Anyway all free or £5 a month routers from ISPs are trash, if you want solid WiFi you are always better off providing your own solution, even the Google Nest Mesh WiFi is pretty good. Better than suffering for years

    @virginmedia I was on the phone for 2 hours and they placed me on hold to check everything. Then the my put the phone down! Seriously can you cancel my contract now? It’s shocking. I can’t put up with this anymore
