    Oh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!

    @virginmedia I have tried to cancel as you are not at my new build and your staff have hung up on me 4 times. @BBCWatchdog please help me. I’ve heard virgin are difficult to get away from.

    @virginmedia Reason? You're service is rubbish. Could cancel nd argue breach of contract, but can't be bothered with you chasing me....oh well, a few months to go until my contract is over, tick tock.. you're no longer my only broadband option, just hope others see this nd think twice! @Ofcom

    @virginmedia I already did your survey but you knew what I thought when you tried to force me to take on an 18 month contract after my original one ended. You treat customers like a cash crop. I make sure to tell everyone not to use you. You could have kept my business when I move but not now

    @virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

    @virginmedia Hi. I am still having issues with my business WiFi so it has not been fixed. I have intermittent service with it dropping out for a good five mins before coming back again.

    @virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

    @virginmedia OK thanks I pay £110 a month for my service as someone who subsists on a pension and disability benefit this is a big commitment and yet every time I pick up the phone to you I am lied to, for example we are receiving a lot more calls than usual, this is a permanent refrain

    @virginmedia our virgin media account has been locked for over three weeks. We are unable to log in ! We have spent long time on four phone calls. We have been promised calls back and resolution within 3-5working days. We are still waiting. We have been customers for 26 years

    @tvrski @virginmedia Yeah. After disconnecting with their human support, I switched to another browser. This time, their web deal page worked, but the price was 50p higher per month than the one i initially seen. Still, it was significantly better than the offer the human agent gave me, so I just went ahead with the renewal.

    @virginmedia I am a long standing customer of 20 years, can you please explain WHY new customers get significantly better deals than loyal ones? This is legalised ROBBERY and a SCAM. Quite possibly THE worst company I've EVER dealt with. Contract CANCELLED.

    @virginmedia on 150 and 50 mins plus. You say its better to go on vm chat but that is not working. Are you guys working on saturday or saying we can contact virgin between 8am - 8pm was just a lie
