@virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

@virginmedia They haven't a clue why an Engineer hasn't turned up. Everything is fine in the house. The initial technician checked it all last wed. He stated its a problem with the fibre outside and that you use sub contractors for that but they haven't turned up
