Carrie (@IamCarrieagain) reportedA new Disney Dreamlight Valley free update usually takes about 20 mins total. Switch is currently estimating 4 hours & 20 mins and rising. What the heck? -
Danny J Corr 🤖 (@dannyjcorr) reported@virginmedia is there an issue with Virgin TV Go app? Any on demand shows I am trying to watch from 2 weeks ago onwards have audio drop outs every ten second or so. Just updated it and still an issue?
-
John Hawkes (@JohnHawkes2001) reported@Starlink I switched to Starlink and I absolutely love it. The performance has been incredible compared to the UK ISPs I’ve used. I was with Virgin Media, and Starlink beats it hands down for gaming and streaming. The connection is fast, reliable, and far more consistent than I expected from a satellite service. Another big advantage is that I no longer have to deal with the rip-off pricing and policies of many UK ISPs. And if you’ve ever tried leaving Virgin Media, you’ll know exactly what I mean, it can be an absolute nightmare. With Starlink, the whole experience feels much more straightforward and customer-friendly.
-
QQ (@RedmondJunkie) reported@virginmedia broadband down since yesterday all day. Claims that engineer fixed it at 5pm yesterday only for the service to be down again this morning. What did they fix exactly?! #poorservice#broadband
-
alexander jordan (@alexanderjordan) reported. @virginmedia network down since Tuesday. Entirely down Tuesday, intermittent Wednesday, down again today, you keep changing the status and then advise to wait 21 hours to book an engineer, that would mean earliest visit Monday provided you don’t change the status again.
-
WATCHING THE GAME (@Pass_Move) reported@virginmedia The diabolical technology and dreadful customer service response continues. How helpful to be told it won’t be until June 12th until the issue is resolved. Easily the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and worst of all, no one seems to care. A case study in abysmal service.
