I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

@Ofcom you should really investigate how @virginmedia Von people into thinking they’re on a rolling contract and then hit you with a £200 charge when you try to cancel.

Hi @virginmedia I need some help please. My parents internet has gone down, customer services say they need a replacement hub taking up to 7 days to arrive. My mother is disabled and my dad is her carer, both isolating. How can we get the hub delivered quicker pls?

@vmbusinesshelp @terrizmo @vmbusiness This was yesterday. Your faults team were unhelpful when I finally got through after nearly an hour on hold. The significant outage seems to be well known but not by the twitter team who still have an outage from June pinned to this account!!

@vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that VMBusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than residential?

@virginmedia I note that when you ring for support the recorded message describes the new text service as “brilliant”. This is false advertising, I’d be careful about that. Brilliant because it keeps customers away from your support teams? If there is fault with your equipment, fix it

BBC news last night reported that although @virginmedia are rolling out Gig1 fibre broadband in the UK in actual fact very few customers are constantly achieving anything like those speeds and thats down to a number of factors .

@SkyUK disgusted by the service and treatment I’ve received so far. Absolutely SHOCKING. I wish I went with Virgin Media. Impossible to speak to a manager or any one of any use. I have no television and no internet. In a Tier 3 Lockdown at Christmas. Unbelievable
