I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

@virginmedia Yes, just checked and its still showing. Problem is, if we reschedule, we're gonna be without Internet for even longer and our 14 day cooling off period is pretty much up, and we've yet to even see our WiFi work since the upgrade

@virginmedia Just to update you, when I paid my bill earlier I was told to wait 10 minutes & that my numbers would be reactivated. That was over 2 hours ago & still no service. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes trying to get this rectified & am still on hold.
