The significant outage seems to be well known but not by the twitter team who still have an outage from June pinned to this account!!

For it to take as long as it has, it will have been a network fault, which is much harder to solve than at the end user’s property (which I did). They could definitely communicate this better to customers.

Simple solution is to swap and change to the cheaper deals. I got an Orbi mesh router a while back. It should help simplify our next swap as it keeps the same network name whatever company we’re with.
