    @_peeqi @virginmedia I am getting around 10% of advertised speed by @virginmedia over WiFi when sitting 3metres from router. Faults team REFUSE to look at WiFi issues. @virginmedia won't even acknowledge complaint sent via @resolvercouk around 2 weeks ago!

    @virginmedia Hi I did check and there was nothing listed. Also checked the VM app which also stated that there were no known issues. The loss of intermittent connectivity is also an issue but I understand that this is the problem with a Hub 3.

    @moizmehek @virginmedia I am getting 10 Mbps against advertised speed of 108 Mbps by @virginmedia Not sure if @ASA_UK and/or @Ofcom can help as @virginmedia refuse to handle faults of WiFi and can't leave penalty free unless handled by faults team.

    @TheNamesKehinde @virginmedia you should cancel your contract. they had to release you if you’ve had loss of service for more than 30 days. i’ve just cancelled because of this. the work broadband provider of all time - congrats Virgin Media!

    @virginmedia top of the many other complaints we made. We Cannot even make a complaint on your web form as we literally have no details about our contract to log on etc. This is atrocious, I need to be able to work and study from home. This is affecting my ability to do so.
