I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

@virginmedia I have spent 30 mins on a call and got nowhere, explained that issue is not speed but the reach of my wifi. solution offered was to increase the speed to 200mb and obviously pay more, cant see how that is a solution. Next call to Virgin will most likely be to cancel

@virginmedia I’ve been calling your Virgin team and everyday I call I get told that the outage will be resolved and Wi-Fi will be back on whatever date and it never comes back. I called yesterday and was told that Wi-Fi will be back yesterday at 6pm. It’s today and 15:38 and still no Wi-Fi.l

@virginmedia And again hung up on by the chat! Iv been trying for 20 hours now to get a connection! Iv been offered a tech appointment which leaves me out of service for 48 hours! That’s for the 28th but I’m away then until Tuesday 30th but before I could explain I was as I say dropped again
