@virginmedia Media. I was provided with a 12 month discounted contract (having been a loyal customer for 15 years) and was told - after 7 months - that the discount would no longer be applied - in a shockingly poor bit of telephone service.

@virginmedia I've done that, and I've reset the router, run checks etc. The problem is at your end. We have had endless disruption in recent weeks when we are in the middle of important meetings (or teaching in my case. The service is very poor and not worth the money.
