    Britain seem so broken. Little heat, cant cope, little snow, everything stops, little rain- flooding. WC telecast on 1080 by @ITVX and even that @virginmedia can’t cope on 350 line, outdated infra. Takes 15 minutes for router to reboot. Unbelievable.

    @EE How would I go about raising a complaint? I’ve spoken to Virgin Media who have said this happens a lot with EE putting through broadband or checking when no permission is given or basing an upgrade deal on it. Store didn’t want to know.
