    @Ofcom @tjpembo @virginmedia I have also been trying to cancel my account for a week now. Have repeatedly been asked if I want a better offer despite clearly stating that I just want to cancel the contract. Have tried Web chat, whatsapp and phoning all to no avail.

    @virginmedia But all you’re doing is telling me to use a system that I’ve already said doesn’t work. There are hundreds of messages about not being able to get through on the phones. And I simply cannot cancel online. I’m reporting this to @Ofcom

    @virginmedia no phone service for 2 weeks for my parents. After several attempts of trying to get through to VM they've been fobbed off with '4-6 hrs for engineers' for nearly a week. They even bought a new phone incase it was their fault. No luck. Can you sort it out please.
