    I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

    @virginmedia I thought Sky were bad customer service and care VMare 100x worse. Wasted 2 days constantly back forth trying communicate with incompetent staff with new deal that offered & agreed only to get contract and some of elements have completely changed. Total shambles

    @virginmedia Yes, I am both a VM and O2 account holder. I can access “my Virgin Media” ok. I can also get text messages from other sources (eg PayPal) so I don’t think my phone is the problem I seem to have registered for your new service but am now stuck on linking my O2 account

    @virginmedia your my virgin media site is broken. To use it, I have having to re-register and it’s sending out the 2FA codes too late or just timing out while trying to register. I need to check a setting as my work VPN is being partially blocked.

    @ITV Hi just wondering if this is a fault with ITV or my @virginmedia Stream Box when I watch Emmerdale I constantly have Audio Description enabled even though it’s been deactivated on the box and when I scroll to Audio it only shows subtitles, any advice regarding this issue

    @virginmedia For once a positive response , i accidentally cut the incoming cable for Virgin media , made a call for the issue to be fixed , owned up to causing the damage myself , called at 12,46 issue resolved and fixed at 14,15 today 11/07/25 excellent service for once .
