    @virginmedia have been a customer for over 12 years. Try to access online account, none of the login data works. So try Name, account no, area code. I don’t exist yet you are happy to take £48+ a month from me, & tell me my bill is about to be increased. #customerservice #Awful

    Virgin Media engineer so say repairs neighbours phone line, but connects me to their house phone and clears off ,useless. Now up to 4hr wait time for Virgin help team to get call back ,for something that was ok before. PS my phones not working . #Virginmedia @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Everything logs onto the router via wifi. No idea how to check the speed at the router, but I used to be able to clock the full 280Mbps down with my iPad sitting in the near the router, and that routinely reports 10-20% of advertised speed and has done so for at least a month.

    @virginmedia I then got a text via WhatsApp to say contact you between working hours up until 6pm! That was at 5pm!! Yer another Vodaphone when it comes to Customer service!! Disgraceful!!!

    @virginmedia Yes, three times. Every time I am told I will be contacted but never am. Then I get an email or letter saying you tried to contact me, but never have. No missed calls or emails in junk boxes.

    @virginmedia No, the service is still intermittently failing. However, major, major breakthrough today. Made yet another call and all the gods at once must have been looking down on me - I made a connection to a UK call taker. My God, what a difference, at last, real customer service.
