@virginmedia Doh just booked a technician and the status page now updated to say there is a service area fault . Do I need to cancel the technician ? Or will that happen automatically?

@virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

Oh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!

@virginmedia OK thanks I pay £110 a month for my service as someone who subsists on a pension and disability benefit this is a big commitment and yet every time I pick up the phone to you I am lied to, for example we are receiving a lot more calls than usual, this is a permanent refrain

@virginmedia Unfortunately the service is not up and running. Kelly's were here for 2 hours and relaid the cable. This didn't resolve the issue beyond occasionally connecting for 5 seconds then dropping. They waited then requested a back end reset but 40 minutes later not fixed.

@virginmedia Yes. But you’ve been working on it for 3 weeks and every time you update us it’s pushed back another week. We’ve had no Wi-Fi for 3 whole weeks! We’ve cancelled with you now but by the time we get a new provider we’ll be pushing 6 weeks with no Wi-Fi. Disgraceful service.

@virginmedia I have now (eventually) negotiated a new contract for my mother in law but had to downgrade her due to VMs extremely high costs. Spoke to four different reps at VM who all provided me with conflicting info. Poor training equals inconsistency and errors…. Not good enough
