    @virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

    @virginmedia You’ve pushed my install date on two occasions by over a fortnight each time. Order on 5th May, with install date of 31st May. Now install due on 30th June. Some issue with construction, but you’ve had ample time to sort it… Could you all WFH for 2 months with no broadband?

    @virginmedia Hi, we are on the "M100 Fibre Broadband" package, the down speed is fine today, its the upload, 0.45Mbps is ridiculous.
