Hi @virginmedia I need some help please. My parents internet has gone down, customer services say they need a replacement hub taking up to 7 days to arrive. My mother is disabled and my dad is her carer, both isolating. How can we get the hub delivered quicker pls?

I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

@rebecca_curtis @virginmedia Fair enough. I have had similar with MacBooks having problems where the 2.5 and 5Ghz WiFi networks had the same name. Give them different names and see if that fixes.

@virginmedia Yes, tried all those. There is an area outage (which VM knew about but still let us take out a contract). Virgin advice is to sit it out for 4wks. Have asked for a manager to call to confirm whether I can buy a Dongle and expense costs to VM.
