    @virginmedia You asked me to keep you posted, I’ve had no response. It certainly appears to be a problem with the hub because the WiFi is not really performing well. I’ve got three TiVo boxes and a C6 + broadband and it seems no one cares. Quite poor.

    @virginmedia bunch of absolute scammers. Paying £80 a month for nothing. Constantly using 4g on our phones as the internet is getting less than 1mb of internet, our home security is constantly off because of this. Phone gets put down when we call for help. Absolute joke.

    @virginmedia I should have recognised that is the number I’ve been calling. Other than an online test it just leads you around in circles. No further forward, no fix, just a little more cheesed off. Really disappointing.

    I ask this genuinely, is there a company with worse customer service than @virginmedia? I'm now 5 hours in, speaking to person 7/8 to cancel an order I'd been told hadn't gone through. Every person I speak to tells me opposite of the last on whether order is placed/cancelled! 😭

    @virginmedia 3 days total loss of service (phone/broadband/TV) in Dec, yet customer service says I'm not entitled to refund or comp, despite having to take 3 days off work, buy in mobile data & waste hours on the phone to you.A joke surely?Esp as you're about to price hike again!
