I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

.@virginmedia I am deeply deeply unimpressed with your customer service. You made a mistake with the delivery address for my order. I have been on the phone for over an hour and 15 min, am being transferred to the 4th person, no one takes responsibility or is able to help.

@vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that @vmbusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than @virginmedia?

@virginmedia The error codes on the tv are always different. Our expectation of the virgin TV failing is so high that we now rarely watch the TV as it frustrates us so much when we plant to watch it and we can’t. It can’t be a WiFi problem as 1 virgin box is hardwired in & that’s the worst 1

@virginmedia Yes it was the other engineer that noticed the problem he removed them and said everything will now work but it doesn’t. No outdoor lights working, no heating working and no printers working as all are WiFi enabled
