    @vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that @vmbusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than @virginmedia?

    @virginmedia House phone rarely used as its unreliable but its easier for speaking to my dad who is deaf as he sometimes struggles2hear me on my Virgin mob with patchy signal.I’ve been in hospital all week so this is the first time in over a wk I’ve tried.I just can’t rely on it being there.

    @virginmedia There's a flashing green light. I have done a check to see if anything local could be the problem but it's not brought anything up. Just said there is a problem connecting. As I said this is about the 5th time in two weeks. So we have checked and rechecked cables etc
