    @virginmedia There is little point, as you won’t do anything about it, and it’s a waste of my time and effort. I know what you did, you should read the notes on file, and sort the issue. It was embarrassing to listen to and witness what happened today

    @virginmedia have been a customer for over 12 years. Try to access online account, none of the login data works. So try Name, account no, area code. I don’t exist yet you are happy to take £48+ a month from me, & tell me my bill is about to be increased. #customerservice #Awful

    @virginmedia No, none at all, your service status has no known issues in the area. She has been on live chat with one of your colleagues and an engineer visit has been organised. Very frustrating as she is working from home

    @vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that @vmbusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than @virginmedia?

    @virginmedia every night this week broadbands gone down at the same time. Do a check no issues, check again no issues check again intermittent issues check back in 24 hours. It’s not as if broadband is new, surely you should know what you’re doing by now? Fix it and get reliable!
