How can it be that @vmbusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than @virginmedia?

Dave.C 🏴☠️#FBPE #Rejoin (@Davinci9999C) reported from Cheltenham, England@virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.
-

-
Sarah Godfrey (@Sarah_E_Godfrey) reported from Bishop's Cleeve, England@virginmedia hi there, our hub 3 constantly has a red light on suggesting it’s overheating but it’s on the floor, uncovered, out of sunlight and not near anything else. Also have connection issues - have tried to fix using link but says I’m not at my address. I am. Thanks.
-
Dominic Williams (@DomWUK) reported from Painswick, England.@virginmedia I am deeply deeply unimpressed with your customer service. You made a mistake with the delivery address for my order. I have been on the phone for over an hour and 15 min, am being transferred to the 4th person, no one takes responsibility or is able to help.
-
maiella (@maiellamipiace) reported from Gloucestershire, EnglandOh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!
-
booksbythewoods (@booksbythewoods) reported from Cheltenham, England@virginmedia Morning, it's still not working I'm afraid. Same situation as yesterday
-
Ian Watson (@WattsChelt) reported from Cheltenham, England@virginmedia You asked me to keep you posted, I’ve had no response. It certainly appears to be a problem with the hub because the WiFi is not really performing well. I’ve got three TiVo boxes and a C6 + broadband and it seems no one cares. Quite poor.

Jessica Simpson 😺🐶🐾 (@Jess_Simpson645) reportedHad quite a battle with Virginmedia this morning when reporting a fault . Wanted me to crawl down on the floor and reach behind the cupboard to start unplugging and then plugging things back in again. Explained in the to her that I have arthritis in my spine as an elderly person and I’m result took a real battle to get them to send a Technician out - apart from anything else tiring having to navigate all the various menus to even get to speak to a human being. Really beginning to wish I had not renewed my contract with #Virginmedia and had gone elsewhere @virginmedia .
-
Adam Sowden (@Sowds89) reported@virginmedia can you help me with an on going issue. I’ve phone 3 times and nobody has fixed the issue. Thanks

Startup Heist (@startupheist) reportedLook up Scammer Payback on YouTube. This guy has 8.6 million subscribers. Over a billion views. His whole thing is picking up scam calls and keeping scammers talking for as long as humanly possible. Sometimes 40 minutes. All of it recorded, edited, posted. Content gold. Kitboga does the same thing. 3.6 million subs. Makes about $450K a year wasting scammers' time. These legends built an entire content genre out of revenge customer service. And they're both doing it manually in 2026. See the pattern? Smell the opportunity? Not yet? Okay: Virgin Media actually built an AI granny called Daisy in 2024. She answered scam calls, confused the hell out of scammers, kept them on the line for 40-50 minutes. 1,800 pieces of media coverage. After paying £20K to robo-granny and winning some big deal marketing award, they pat themselves on the back and just sayonara everybody. See it now? 52.5 billion robocalls hit Americans last year. 71% of people say they want a way to get back at scammers. The creators already proved the audience. The AI already proved it works. The product that puts them together — an app where an AI persona answers your suspicious calls, wastes their time, and turns the transcript into a clip you can post — is sitting right there. Jolly Roger Telephone Company already does a basic version. $1.2 million a year at $24 per subscriber. Running on ChatGPT. That's with zero creator tools and zero viral mechanics. Add auto-clipping, captions, one-click export to Shorts and Reels, and every scam call becomes a piece of content. The consumer app gets people in. The creator layer is where it prints. Use our playbook, or not, seriously someone build this already.

bread (@breadtoastiee) reported@virginmedia There's been no sudden power loss that could cause corruption or any factors like that, every other recording available on the box is perfectly watchable, and the recording was complete (as mentioned above). It seems to only be those 3 channels that closed that i'm having issues
