@moizmehek @virginmedia I am getting 10 Mbps against advertised speed of 108 Mbps by @virginmedia Not sure if @ASA_UK and/or @Ofcom can help as @virginmedia refuse to handle faults of WiFi and can't leave penalty free unless handled by faults team.

I lost complete service for nearly 2 weeks was promised a bill reduction which was never honoured and the alleged 10 days for the next part to be fixed is now 6 months and counting so not exactly trustworthy
