    @virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

    @Tiffanylouiseex @virginmedia Yeah I run a business and trade from home and sometimes it can be a complete nightmare, realistically though they won’t be able to do anything remotely 9 times out of 10 and you just have to wait for an engineer. Worst part is the “have you tried turning it off and on”

    @virginmedia Twenty five years a customer. £135 a month at the end. Multiple calls to ask for a reasonable monthly bill. £135 monthly to £45 monthly to a competitive supplier. Your systems are top notch I admit, keeping your system competitive in the market, price wise, is a problem.
