    @virginmedia I already did your survey but you knew what I thought when you tried to force me to take on an 18 month contract after my original one ended. You treat customers like a cash crop. I make sure to tell everyone not to use you. You could have kept my business when I move but not now

    @virginmedia OK thanks I pay £110 a month for my service as someone who subsists on a pension and disability benefit this is a big commitment and yet every time I pick up the phone to you I am lied to, for example we are receiving a lot more calls than usual, this is a permanent refrain

    @virginmedia Every call I make I can barely hear the other person. Happens all the time. Poor reception constantly . Because you align to Vodafone they’re hopeless round here .

    @virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

    @virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

    @virginmedia I have tried to cancel as you are not at my new build and your staff have hung up on me 4 times. @BBCWatchdog please help me. I’ve heard virgin are difficult to get away from.

    @virginmedia No, none at all, your service status has no known issues in the area. She has been on live chat with one of your colleagues and an engineer visit has been organised. Very frustrating as she is working from home

    Oh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!

    @__Tjsmith @virginmedia Honestly virgin media are the worst ISP, I literally never get above 20mbps down and 31mbps up despite paying for 250mbps, But the second I call for a technician to have a look it magically always hits 250 and they keep saying there's nothing wrong 😤

    @virginmedia (2/2) by delaying as you have, we’ve been charged two direct debits for services we aren’t receiving and couldn’t cancel for fear that you would negatively impact our credit score. Virgin do not care about its customers, we’ve been let down by every single dept. Incl. the CEOs

    @virginmedia @richardbranson Who at VM can help me! I have kids with no internet access for School is 4 Jan. I was prnised it would be done 8 Jan and then 19 Jan. And now being told still not pos. How would you feel if your kids were missing out on school due to tier 4.

    @dano_afc @virginmedia Agree with this. I did manage to speak with somebody this morning and who said he'd call me back by 10.15. He called at 10.20 for 1s then hung up. I tried calling back and was on the line for 40mins then got cut off. Really poor service.

    Nah having virgin media broadband is THE worst! How can I basically run out of mobile data (40GB) because the wifi just stops when it wants to!
