@vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that @vmbusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than @virginmedia?

I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

@virginmedia Spent tens of hours with people trying to "help" on this number .. this is why I am resorting to twitter. Anyway, as I write I have given up. It will I know be much easier to talk to a person in an EE or O2 shop than use chatbots and the like with Virgin Media. Goodbye
