I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

@vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that @vmbusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than @virginmedia?

@virginmedia I can provide screenshots of both chats where they have made claims that the fees will be waived within 48 hours and this hasn't happened at all. So I made a complaint via email which also agreed to waive these charges again this never happened

Absolutely shocking “customer service” from @virginmedia. Hours and hours spent on the phone and chat service trying to fix a simple issue that has so far it’s taken months, with no resolution!! Maybe venting about it on Twitter will prompt someone their end to help!!

Just had a disappointing conversation with @virginmedia been a customer 15 years and they are refusing to do anything on my £50 a month bill. Sky have offered a BETTER package for £28! I don't even want a price match but it would be nice to feel valued after all this time.

@virginmedia Yeah the outcome of the complaint was that I would have the fees waived but instead I was charged the fees and then heard nothing at all and I have had nothing applied to my account
