@virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

@virginmedia No I check whenever it gets really bad but nothing ever shows up. When I did the speedtest I made sure I was near the box to ensure I was getting the best reading possible but it was still only near 90Mbps and I was the only person in the house at the time.

@virginmedia Nothing says the lines are down for routine maintenance been like that since Tuesday. It was out for delivery Monday then never turned up and tracking said was out for delivery yesterday then said car left at neighbours now saying waiting to receive from you.
