    @virginmedia The problem I'm having is that there is an awfully long wait to connect with a human, who seems to be speaking under water into a bucket, and it's a struggle to understand them, how do I connect to someone who is in the UK?

    @virginmedia You asked me to keep you posted, I’ve had no response. It certainly appears to be a problem with the hub because the WiFi is not really performing well. I’ve got three TiVo boxes and a C6 + broadband and it seems no one cares. Quite poor.

    .@virginmedia I am deeply deeply unimpressed with your customer service. You made a mistake with the delivery address for my order. I have been on the phone for over an hour and 15 min, am being transferred to the 4th person, no one takes responsibility or is able to help.

    Shocking service from @virginmedia regards to install of broadband. Dates keep changing and customer service not helpful. I know we’re in a pandemic 😷 but simple communication and genuine reasons should be quite simple!

    @virginmedia Doh just booked a technician and the status page now updated to say there is a service area fault . Do I need to cancel the technician ? Or will that happen automatically?

    @virginmedia The fact you've taken money when you shouldn't have and then wonder why your bill wasn't paid is called 'basic business'. If you compound your error by not allowing people to sign in, chances of resolution diminish. It's not rocket science.

    @virginmedia @sharonmariahall Yes excellent internet speeds & the only provider you can put the router into modem mode & add your own kit. 9 times out of 10 any WiFi issues are down to devices or where you have the router not the service. If you have a WiFi pod ensure you set up WiFi back haul.

    @virginmedia @ldp17470 Not a virgin issue perform a full power cycle by holding the front power button for 10 seconds, unplugging the power cable for 30–60 seconds, then plugging it back in.

    @virginmedia hi, we have a complete outage (waterford city) no TV, no Internet. We have attempted all options, so don't send us links to your website. This is going on for 3.5 hrs. Modem flashing red, can't get work done, & unable to even watch TV. What is going on?

    @virginmedia I've just wasted 55 minutes of my life trying to talk to your 'customer services' dept. Both the staff members I spoke to could barely communicate in English, and the line kept breaking up... until it died altogether. Wasted time, no resolution, and huge frustration. You're supposed to be a COMMUNICATIONS company! What am I expected to do now? Go through that same shambolic exercise again?
