-
maiella (@maiellamipiace) reported from Gloucestershire, EnglandOh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!
-

Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
GlenEagle. Better society now for disabled. (@BurnheadMax) reported@virginmedia The fact you've taken money when you shouldn't have and then wonder why your bill wasn't paid is called 'basic business'. If you compound your error by not allowing people to sign in, chances of resolution diminish. It's not rocket science.
-
Sprout57 (@pwcwright) reported@misselledee @virginmedia Yes, you can cancel. They have failed to uphold their end of the contract, including the no-show appointments
-
Addy (@iadnan9) reported@AlloquiStrix @virginmedia Reported an issue 2 months ago and only just received a response. The advice given was unhelpful, careless, and frankly unprofessional. The issue is still ongoing with Now being told it could take another 28 days for a follow-up. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time.
-
Caroline Masden (@Carolineforaday) reportedTired of paying for multiple subscriptions like Sky, BT Sport, Virgin Media, Now TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV+? I have got the solution. This IPTV @8k_Best_IPTV23 offers: • 300,000+ live channels • 65,000+ VODs • PPV events • Netflix • 78,000+ movies
-
James Norris (@nozzla) reported@virginmedia WiFi and TV not working this morning and can't seem to fix it. Is the service down?

-
Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reportedAn in-place upgrade which is causing a 10 day outage - pretty awful planning @virginmedia. And telling us it would be fixed in 1 day, then 2 days, then 4 days, then 3 days, then 4 days, then 10 days - is a bit of a joke.
-
Jemski (@jemski7) reported@virginmedia well done. You’ve lost me as a customer of 25 years because you wouldn’t supply me just broadband like you do for new customers. That’s is some ****** up priorities. Good riddance to you.
-
Dee Ess 🇬🇧 (@gowlos60) reported@JeanDifford It's made very clear that you do if you want to: 'Watch or record live TV on any pay TV service, like Sky, Virgin Media or EE TV. Watch live TV on streaming services like YouTube, Channel 4, Amazon Prime Video or any international channels'. I don't want a criminal record.
