Virgin Media engineer so say repairs neighbours phone line, but connects me to their house phone and clears off ,useless. Now up to 4hr wait time for Virgin help team to get call back ,for something that was ok before. PS my phones not working . #Virginmedia @virginmedia

I called them again, and the customer service rep told me she'd call me back in an hour, she never did. I'm sick and tired of it.

@virginmedia @JoshLeMarquand The stream on my uncle's MacBook is so poor now for all Virgin TV Go channels, he cannot watch anything. He has no TV so the laptop is all he has. All other streaming services - Amazon, Netflix, everything, are perfect. Only Virgin TV Go is terrible. Complete waste of money.

@virginmedia based on the fact that 1000’s of people are tweeting you saying they have shocking / non-existent upload speed, I’d imagine it’s quite a few. Us and our neighbours both affected, so clearly an issue in our area... All I got was a Customer Reference # - is that it?

@rosemariee_ @virginmedia I was with virgin forever and had these automatic speed updates three times. I never had to do anything, never had to unplug or restart my router. A snap of the finger and my speed was faster. Hard to say if the issues are relwree or not Hopefully they sort it and compensate you
