    @virginmedia I have tried to cancel as you are not at my new build and your staff have hung up on me 4 times. @BBCWatchdog please help me. I’ve heard virgin are difficult to get away from.

    @virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

    If Virgin Media gave as much attention to customers when they have real problems, gave you a service , paid money back that would be great .But no, they just plague the life out of you regarding a TiVo box collection. I have confirmed already @virginmedia #virginmedia

    @virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

    @virginmedia I already did your survey but you knew what I thought when you tried to force me to take on an 18 month contract after my original one ended. You treat customers like a cash crop. I make sure to tell everyone not to use you. You could have kept my business when I move but not now

    @virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

    @virginmedia need to sort out their signal issues because I’ve practically had no WiFi on and off for like 3 weeks what a joke! My dads not happy when trying to work from home 🙄

    @virginmedia Every call I make I can barely hear the other person. Happens all the time. Poor reception constantly . Because you align to Vodafone they’re hopeless round here .

    Oh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!

    @virginmedia hey, quick question, is your latest hub any better i.e. offers better strength/coverage than @SkyHelpTeam hub? I ask as we have two @ring doorbells some distance from the current hub and connections are awful. Contract almost up and it’s decision time 🤔. Thx

    @virginmedia No, none at all, your service status has no known issues in the area. She has been on live chat with one of your colleagues and an engineer visit has been organised. Very frustrating as she is working from home

    @smoggyontour86 @virginmedia Go with BT. They’re very good. Very responsive if anything ever goes wrong, too (which is rare). Remote fixes via the app or engineer out next day. We had a few teething problems moving in because it was a new build set-up, but no problems since. Can’t fault them.

    @virginmedia Actually hasn’t been sorted lied to again by the look of things contract was supposed to be 30 rolling contract now contract documents say 18 month contract don’t think so at all. Absolute farce of a service if I’m honest.

    @virginmedia @criminographer Let us be clear...this was not originally a fault before @virginmedia decided to start work to 'improve our service'. Evidently, you are not providing an estimate but simply adding an arbitrary time to the service page when it is clear nothing has been completed.

    @virginmedia These change 3 times a day. They are redundant now. We want to be kept informed what the delay is for, not just told to keep ringing a line and checking a website - both of which just provide poor estimations.
