Over 40 minutes (and waiting mainly on hold) for @skytv to sort out the fact I can’t download any content. I’m apparently a “Diamond Customer” as I’ve been with sky for about 20 years. Not for much longer. @virginmedia what offers do you have for disgruntled Sky customers?

@kel14bt @WestBromEL Glad you got it sorted. I used to work for Virgin Media as an engineer. For it to take as long as it has, it will have been a network fault, which is much harder to solve than at the end user’s property (which I did). They could definitely communicate this better to customers.

@virginmedia I have received the 360 remote control after I upgraded and when I try and update the software as instructed I get that message! I have spoken to 4 different people, no one can fix it and they refuse to send out an engineer as the box is “working correctly” ! I Beg to differ

@virginmedia why is your customer service so appalling? Tried calling three times this evening and got cut off every time. I even asked one agent to make sure that they called me back if I was cut off and guess what, they didn't! Two hours of my life that I will never get back😒
