@vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that @vmbusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than @virginmedia?

@virginmedia No mate. I got a text an hour after the time slot to say it’s on hold due to an issue with my services. But I don’t have any issues except packet loss and a red hot router on it’s last legs, which is why the technician was booked in the first place!

@virginmedia The full amount of compensation hasn't been added to my account. I only received £8 compensation = 1 day loss of service. I haven't had any broadband service for 45 days so I am entitled to at least £360.
