    @virginmedia What I am seeking is a decent level of service for the money I am paying, who ever heard of a media service without an email address, that could be construed by a reasonable person to be a deliberate attempt to avoid scrutiny are you now being run by the government?

    @virginmedia Every call I make I can barely hear the other person. Happens all the time. Poor reception constantly . Because you align to Vodafone they’re hopeless round here .

    @virginmedia hi there, our hub 3 constantly has a red light on suggesting it’s overheating but it’s on the floor, uncovered, out of sunlight and not near anything else. Also have connection issues - have tried to fix using link but says I’m not at my address. I am. Thanks.

    @virginmedia Oh please. Of course it wasn't resolved - unless you mean, did we get to keep taking your money for a service you don't want? Here's a thought: how about NOT holding long-standing customers to ransom by tying them into new long contracts?

    @virginmedia I have received the 360 remote control after I upgraded and when I try and update the software as instructed I get that message! I have spoken to 4 different people, no one can fix it and they refuse to send out an engineer as the box is “working correctly” ! I Beg to differ

    @virginmedia OK thanks I pay £110 a month for my service as someone who subsists on a pension and disability benefit this is a big commitment and yet every time I pick up the phone to you I am lied to, for example we are receiving a lot more calls than usual, this is a permanent refrain

    @virginmedia I am trying to cancel my contract, but you have sent me down a conversation with a computer. You are now in breach of our contract as you have failed to cancel it or listen to me upon my request. Your customer service is embarrassing!!

    @virginmedia I received it about a week about in the post, you tell me? Surely you must know as it’s been released. The box is prompting me to upgrade as instructed on the Home Screen of the menu! But it does not work. Any help at this point is greatly appreciated

    Oh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!

    @virginmedia Doh just booked a technician and the status page now updated to say there is a service area fault . Do I need to cancel the technician ? Or will that happen automatically?

    @virginmedia I already did your survey but you knew what I thought when you tried to force me to take on an 18 month contract after my original one ended. You treat customers like a cash crop. I make sure to tell everyone not to use you. You could have kept my business when I move but not now

    @virginmedia has someone been a bit fat-fingered and pushed out a firmware update or something in the Gloucester area? Few people are having issues with their boxes restarting - ours went with a big click of the HDD, which was a bit worrying!

    @virginmedia Yes they said there is an issue which will be fixed by 12 oclock. 2.45 and 6 o’clock yesterday. This then changed to 10 this morning , 12. O’clock , 6 o’clock and now saying 10 o’clock tomorrow morning

    @virginmedia absolutely shocking service! 1 week past proposed broad and install date, still no internet. Still getting billed. No appointment details. No ability to speak to anyone who knows what is going on! Abysmal!

    @virginmedia They don't advise. They say sorry and pass you to someone else. I refused to clear the Chat last time until I received a call. Glad I did as the call was late and the agent had to contact them again so I would clear down. Then they lied to me. 13 hours and counting.

    @virginmedia No, there never is. Just my router restarts and i get an error in the logs. After a few minutes it then restarts and i get connected.
