    @virginmedia Been chatting to o e of your girls online Rowela. She wanted to speak to my husband. Our hiusephone has just rang... briefly a couple of times but I DID tell her that our house phone isnt working properly.... it rings once, poss twice & stops & makes awful noises if we call out

    @virginmedia Media. I was provided with a 12 month discounted contract (having been a loyal customer for 15 years) and was told - after 7 months - that the discount would no longer be applied - in a shockingly poor bit of telephone service.

    @virginmedia Yes! Ring me when you say you will! I was promised a call back within 24 hrs and guess what - nothing! It has to be after 1800 I need to get my logged complaint resolved! Ps I have this logged with the omnibus

    @virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

    @Lambpie1973 @virginmedia They should refund you for lost service, though you've probably got to fill in a form on their website. Tricky when your internet is down

    @virginmedia I was talking to them on chat as a) our home phone is knackered, my husband mobile phone wasnt registering our home number when he was typing it on your answer service. He doesnt have twitter I do, but after hubby gave both the passwords to me he uses neither seemed to be right

    @virginmedia Reference your sales call today trying to get me to upgrade my phone/contract. If you had just started with telling me the price rather than taking 15 minutes to tell me what a loyal customer I am & what fabulous deals you have, you could’ve saved yourself some time.

    @virginmedia So the girl asked to speak to him. The chat was stopped & our house phone rang its once & stopped ( I DID tell her earlier it wasnt working properly) She couldve asked for his mobile number but didnt & this couldve been sorted. Felt like both people dealt with didnt want to help

    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed bet 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    @virginmedia I tried this but sadly you employe rude and people that refuse to do anything. I’m literally trying everyone to get help from you but you won’t do anything. I have cancelled my dd so no payments will be able to be taken. Maybe then someone actually might phone and help

    Appalling customer service from @virginmedia !Truly shocking trying to get a phone contract from Saturday,with promised next day delivery,passed checks and numerous chats,have no idea what is happening! No phone,no concrete information. Making me want to cancel the whole thing!😡

    @virginmedia I tried that 20 times already. The issue is not with the speed, or with the service status. It's with the package loss and late packages. And it happens every day, and it means I can't play any FPS games even if I pay > £60/month for this service.

    Hey @virginmedia Is time for you to improve the Upload speed, we are not in the 90s anymore and internet has changed, having 500Mb Down and 35Mb up is ridiculous. I understand DOCSIS won't give symmetric speed, but at least 100 Up should be the standard.

    My mum hasn't had @virginmedia services properly for months. She has pixelated TV, dead landline, and internet being down for hours at a time. They've told her @Ofcom says she can't have any compensation. Does that sound right?? They also keep extending the date it will get fixed
