@virginmedia You asked me to keep you posted, I’ve had no response. It certainly appears to be a problem with the hub because the WiFi is not really performing well. I’ve got three TiVo boxes and a C6 + broadband and it seems no one cares. Quite poor.

@virginmedia bunch of absolute scammers. Paying £80 a month for nothing. Constantly using 4g on our phones as the internet is getting less than 1mb of internet, our home security is constantly off because of this. Phone gets put down when we call for help. Absolute joke.

@virginmedia Engineer had left by the time I got back. My broadband connection was working when I left the house. Service checker does show an issue in the area. Call Centre said it should be fixed by 6pm.
