    @virginmedia hey, quick question, is your latest hub any better i.e. offers better strength/coverage than @SkyHelpTeam hub? I ask as we have two @ring doorbells some distance from the current hub and connections are awful. Contract almost up and it’s decision time 🤔. Thx

    @virginmedia I already did your survey but you knew what I thought when you tried to force me to take on an 18 month contract after my original one ended. You treat customers like a cash crop. I make sure to tell everyone not to use you. You could have kept my business when I move but not now

    @virginmedia Every call I make I can barely hear the other person. Happens all the time. Poor reception constantly . Because you align to Vodafone they’re hopeless round here .

    @virginmedia Doh just booked a technician and the status page now updated to say there is a service area fault . Do I need to cancel the technician ? Or will that happen automatically?

    Oh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!

    @virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

    @virginmedia No, none at all, your service status has no known issues in the area. She has been on live chat with one of your colleagues and an engineer visit has been organised. Very frustrating as she is working from home

    @virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

    @EyeEdinburgh @virginmedia Yeah, I had the exact same issue - the broadband hub sits upstairs, the phone hub downstairs. Fortunately I've got multiple chargers for the landline, so I plugged the base station into the hub and moved a charger downstairs.

    @virginmedia I’ve rebooted multiple times and installed all updates. There are 5 network providers available and Virgin is at the top, there is just no signal when I click it. I’ve had one bar for a few minutes this morning and my texts came through, but it’s back to nothing now.

    @virginmedia Additionally, other areas around Guildford are similarly very bad compared to when it was excellent when Vodafone provided your service. So there's little choice for us but to leave Virgin Mobile. It was a huge mistake by VM to move to O2.

    @virginmedia After speaking to 14 different people another appt was booked for today. I rang this morning to check the engineer would call and was told there was no note for them to do so. Spoke to a ‘manager’ who said there was a note. This is a reoccurring problem; no consistency!

    @EggsyGLC @16_bit_baldy @virginmedia Best of luck with the complaint. I did the same about speeds a few years back. The resolution was that they couldn't see a speed decrease to the router. So they closed it without notification. My word against theirs. Best of luck with it.
