@virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

@virginmedia After 3 days of messaging I was simply advised I had to call. This was after giving my details 3 times and query 3 times. All within same message again! Can't face ringing as service is terrible! All I wanted to know was could my loyalty discount be reinstated after expiration!

@virginmedia No they didn't advise a date on when it would happen but he said it would be done before Wednesday as that's when my virgin service are to go live. We're almost at close of business today and nothing has been so only leaves tomorrow and I have no confidence that this will be done
