    @virginmedia I just spent one and a half hours on the phone to Virgin Media help desk , I was put on hold for the technical dept, while holding I was cut off . I’m trying to solve a problem you created and suffering for it. It’s not acceptable

    @virginmedia Changed my package, and your representative said she had to change my broadband speed. For the last hour I have been without any connection whatsoever, she disconnected me!! You technical team sorted the issue @virginmedia an embarrassing 24 hours for you!!

    @virginmedia your live bot is utter rubbish!! Round and round in circles then directs me to 150 each time. My broadband had been crap for months now. Almost useless working from home. I want someone to call me. Not the other way round.

    @virginmedia You clearly have not looked at the screenshot which came from virgin ? Did you not recognise it . Maybe virgin Cs should check with their marketing team and do some work rather than asking customer to prove. It's a regular exclusive deal between mse+ virgin . I don't make this up

    @virginmedia It does now appear (via the helpline) that Virgin acknowledge their local transmitter is faulty but can't say when it will be fixed. My relative is not wanting to switch but no mobile signal for 10 days so far means there's really no choice.

    @virginmedia 3 days in a row of my wifi being for hours at a time. I expect when I pay for a service I get it especially when I'm a freepancer so the time the Internet is off I don't earn money seriously thinking of switching

    @virginmedia Yes. You won’t install wires because it’ll cost more than a budget that’s set for civil works. No one mentioned this and I’m now desperately trying to cancel our cancellation with Sky (despite you telling me to cancel it). Complaint with your team pending.
