@virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

god help me i've just gone back to virgin media. we always had issues and unreasonable price hikes for the many years we used them before. but as then, they are the fastest option for upload speed. i'll be offline from 8th when we move to the 15th it looks like
