@_peeqi @virginmedia I am getting around 10% of advertised speed by @virginmedia over WiFi when sitting 3metres from router. Faults team REFUSE to look at WiFi issues. @virginmedia won't even acknowledge complaint sent via @resolvercouk around 2 weeks ago!

@virginmedia more problems with Virgin. This has been continuous for the last 11 days. My advice to anyone. Dont use virgin as they don't accept its their fault and don't make it easy to leave the contract when you are not getting any Internet multiple times over 11 days.
