    @virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

    Oh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!

    @virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

    @virginmedia I already did your survey but you knew what I thought when you tried to force me to take on an 18 month contract after my original one ended. You treat customers like a cash crop. I make sure to tell everyone not to use you. You could have kept my business when I move but not now

    @virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

    @virginmedia Every call I make I can barely hear the other person. Happens all the time. Poor reception constantly . Because you align to Vodafone they’re hopeless round here .

    @virginmedia broadband down for a third day! What a joke of a company. They know they're coming back each day to sit in the cabinets, but keep it all quiet. They make it works for a few hours a day, so they don't have to pay any compensation! I need it for work!!! Useless.

    Loads more done today, but disappointing service from a couple of big companies (@virginmedia and @Sofology) has left me feeling down. Neither of them care about taking your money and just leaving you in the lurch despite saying they will deliver. 😞
