    @virginmedia Hello ML; UO= ultimate oomph of course! 44 mins on phone yesterday, fobbed off, 35 minutes on chat line and bounced around finally it took 1 person who understood exactly, and 2 minutes to sort. Broadband support last night was quoting non-existent conditions to get wifi pods!

    @virginmedia Virgin have admitted they have had a fault locally to me after 2 months of complaining, first they blamed my stuff, then had me work for free and their staff didnt see the wrong in charging me for a service that has persistently failed, would you pay for failing service ?

    @virginmedia My very elderly neighbour - lives on her own - her VM services are currently down. No phone, even for emergencies. No personal alarm. This happened before some weeks ago and more than once. Service status says broadband issues in area but her phone is down as well.

    @virginmedia If I am promised a call back I should not have to wait in a cue and listed to the same 5 songs while I am on hold. If you were able to see my case you will see that I have spoken to at least 10 different people and had three cases raised to IT. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
