Lord Lefty cultural attachè for Gloucestershire (@the_fbpe) reported from Brockworth, England@virginmedia OK thanks I pay £110 a month for my service as someone who subsists on a pension and disability benefit this is a big commitment and yet every time I pick up the phone to you I am lied to, for example we are receiving a lot more calls than usual, this is a permanent refrain

maiella (@maiellamipiace) reported from Gloucestershire, EnglandOh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!
-

Graham Fletcher (@1grahamfletcher) reported from Cheltenham, England@Keithsimon1973 @virginmedia I would Keith, but they want to do it over their text service
-
Richard (@Gooner_Richard) reported from Gloucestershire, England@kel14bt @WestBromEL Glad you got it sorted. I used to work for Virgin Media as an engineer. For it to take as long as it has, it will have been a network fault, which is much harder to solve than at the end user’s property (which I did). They could definitely communicate this better to customers.
