I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

Around 5:40pm 8/2/21 my broadband @virginmedia went down and during this time my son's PSN account was hacked. They changed his passwords and email associated with the account and the self-help bot didn't help at all. What can I do? @AskPS_UK
