    @virginmedia I still have not heard anything about my complaint. I have also received a bill for a period after my contract has ended for services I will not use. I have been a customer for around 8 years and am not impressed at all.

    @moizmehek @virginmedia I am getting 10 Mbps against advertised speed of 108 Mbps by @virginmedia Not sure if @ASA_UK and/or @Ofcom can help as @virginmedia refuse to handle faults of WiFi and can't leave penalty free unless handled by faults team.

    @virginmedia Your customer service needs addressing, issues with both broadband and TiVo, each time told to reboot the system with no effect, this has gone on long enough

    @_peeqi @virginmedia I am getting around 10% of advertised speed by @virginmedia over WiFi when sitting 3metres from router. Faults team REFUSE to look at WiFi issues. @virginmedia won't even acknowledge complaint sent via @resolvercouk around 2 weeks ago!

    Not had a chance to watch tonight's #DadsArmyTheLostEpisodes on @goldchannel thanks to a @virginmedia outage that, according to their website, should've been fixed 3 hours ago (thanks for that!), but I'm it was as good as the two that have gone before. An undoubted triumph!

    Extremely disappointed with @virginmedia have gone back on their written word about my package. Been a customer for over 8 years and feel like I have been treated like dirt. I should get a complaint call within 7 days. I will not hold my breath. Shame on #virgin

    @virginmedia I did! The estimated time for repair keeps changing. Not having any service for a whole day nor any actual communication from you is simply not good enough #fail

    @virginmedia My service agreement ends on 10th July 2019. I do not expect the service to work past this date and hope a final statement will be prepared shortly after 10th July.

    @virginmedia As a longstanding loyal customer I would expect to be given the best deals without having to barter continuously with my provider. Thankfully there are plenty of alternatives.

    @virginmedia The complaint was made over the phone yesterday. I wanted to cancel but was told I needed to finish my contract and could only make request 30 days before the end. At that time I downgraded my contract, this was confirmed in writing. A few weeks later I requested cancellation

    @virginmedia Seems to be purely WiFi I have some items on Ethernet and also connected to a Ethernet switch and no issues. Have laptop connected to booster via Ethernet also and speed is 150+ router is 350+

    @virginmedia can’t get a refund as it is the hub is that is the problem, your system showing wifi is going in to my home, so won’t give refund your get out clause again. All I want is for my kids to be able to access their lessons without issues, increase of data would solve this

    @virginmedia Hi. So, there was an engineer booked for yesterday afternoon, and there was a known issue eventually listed. The engineer didn’t show up, the fault has now been removed from the website and our internet was down again this morning. This is day 3. What do you suggest?
