@moizmehek @virginmedia I am getting 10 Mbps against advertised speed of 108 Mbps by @virginmedia Not sure if @ASA_UK and/or @Ofcom can help as @virginmedia refuse to handle faults of WiFi and can't leave penalty free unless handled by faults team.

@virginmedia The complaint was made over the phone yesterday. I wanted to cancel but was told I needed to finish my contract and could only make request 30 days before the end. At that time I downgraded my contract, this was confirmed in writing. A few weeks later I requested cancellation

@virginmedia disgusted with the customer service from virgin media. My Nan is 80 years old and is trying to get a PUK code to keep her phone number and your staff hung up on her because she couldn’t remember her password!!!

@virginmedia I still have not heard anything about my complaint. I have also received a bill for a period after my contract has ended for services I will not use. I have been a customer for around 8 years and am not impressed at all.

@_peeqi @virginmedia I am getting around 10% of advertised speed by @virginmedia over WiFi when sitting 3metres from router. Faults team REFUSE to look at WiFi issues. @virginmedia won't even acknowledge complaint sent via @resolvercouk around 2 weeks ago!

Extremely disappointed with @virginmedia have gone back on their written word about my package. Been a customer for over 8 years and feel like I have been treated like dirt. I should get a complaint call within 7 days. I will not hold my breath. Shame on #virgin

@virginmedia Call back was in regards to poor service received. 28 days to sort a complaint? Complaint was raised back in February this year!!! I was told at one point a manager would call me back within 3 days. That was late Feb/early March. No one has called. Feel let down #poorservice

@virginmedia Hello - yes because of Covid restrictions. And yet you seem to be installing new customers with no problem (I had virgin installed and removed during lockdown 1!) Other companies are coming out to do home installations too, so can’t understand it, especially when it’s really imp.
