    @virginmedia has someone been a bit fat-fingered and pushed out a firmware update or something in the Gloucester area? Few people are having issues with their boxes restarting - ours went with a big click of the HDD, which was a bit worrying!

    @virginmedia I have received the 360 remote control after I upgraded and when I try and update the software as instructed I get that message! I have spoken to 4 different people, no one can fix it and they refuse to send out an engineer as the box is “working correctly” ! I Beg to differ

    @virginmedia OK thanks I pay £110 a month for my service as someone who subsists on a pension and disability benefit this is a big commitment and yet every time I pick up the phone to you I am lied to, for example we are receiving a lot more calls than usual, this is a permanent refrain

    @virginmedia No, none at all, your service status has no known issues in the area. She has been on live chat with one of your colleagues and an engineer visit has been organised. Very frustrating as she is working from home

    Oh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!

    .@vmbusiness We heard today that due to repairs ours & other business broadbands @FlourishGlen will be down for 6 hours next Thursday. We will have to close and turn away 100s of customers as won't able to take payment.Surely the hospitality sector has had enough trials in 2021?

    @virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

    @virginmedia What I am seeking is a decent level of service for the money I am paying, who ever heard of a media service without an email address, that could be construed by a reasonable person to be a deliberate attempt to avoid scrutiny are you now being run by the government?

    @virginmedia Oh please. Of course it wasn't resolved - unless you mean, did we get to keep taking your money for a service you don't want? Here's a thought: how about NOT holding long-standing customers to ransom by tying them into new long contracts?

    @virginmedia how on earth do your customers actually get to speak to an agent to book an engineer? My 91 year old dad has been without TV for 48 hours because we can’t reach you and he doesn’t have a laptop or socials. Everything is automated. Dreadful customer service.

    @virginmedia So confused. I spoke to a customer service rep today who said every time you move you start a new contract. I managed to get a cheaper deal when I moved so I was lead to believe that it was an 18 month contract at new lower rate. Virgin didn’t explain to me it was a carry over

    @virginmedia He told me there was a high amount of calls on Monday. Back then it was showing as an area outage. I feel at my wits end here. I have no wifi no broadband and am being told to just wait. I've had close to nothing all day. I need wifi to do my job.

    @virginmedia It’s how @virginmedia does business. It’s been this way as long as I’ve been your customer (years). I stopped answering your calls long ago. I’m not even your customer anymore. If I don’t answer the phone you should assume I don’t want you to call. But you’ll call tomorrow.
