    @virginmedia I did! The estimated time for repair keeps changing. Not having any service for a whole day nor any actual communication from you is simply not good enough #fail

    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed bet 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    @CraigBrindley @virginmedia I’m sure it’s a trend mate, we had awful Broadband for nearly 6 months had to keep resetting. Again no known faults. But now seems fine.

    @virginmedia Media. I was provided with a 12 month discounted contract (having been a loyal customer for 15 years) and was told - after 7 months - that the discount would no longer be applied - in a shockingly poor bit of telephone service.

    Dear @virginmedia, I'm a busy girl who's wasted an awful lot of time today waiting for broadband to return. Tomorrow's going to be bonkers working twice as hard to catch up. A few reassuring words that things are returning to normal would go some way to reinstating my sanity. Ta.

    @virginmedia When I had a conversation earlier on the 0345 number I was told that there appeared to be a hub fault and that I should wait 24 hours and if it didn’t improve I should call back and an engineer would come out…… now operating down at 13mb

    @virginmedia They said they’ve run diagnostics and found no issues so basically I’m making it up in my head ???? Tbh this is terrible and a waste of time paying my bill

    @virginmedia You need to get better staff! I was told the issue must be my own and my cables by 1 #useless girl yet when I called back I was told there is an outage in my area which is on the system and yet girl 1 clearly can't do her job. My cables ARE secure

    @virginmedia Agreements? Contracts? I think myself, a teacher, and my sister, an ICU nurse, have gone WAY beyond the ‘agreed’ terms of our job descriptions this past year but we’ve done our bit to help. It’s a shame you couldn’t waver this EXTORTIONATE fee given the circumstances @virginmedia

    @virginmedia This is what I don't understand.. On a very basic level, I am paying your company to provide a service. I am currently not receiving that service, so why is it then on me to try and sort your company's errors?

    @virginmedia No issues in my area but my internet has intermittent drop outs throughout the day. Makes meetings impossible because drops out for 10 seconds every few minutes. How can I get someone to look at this?
