    @virginmedia Thx John. If whatsapp is something for mobile (smart) phones, I don't have that as an option. I can do regular phone calls, but I've been trying that and Virgin 'support' has been found lacking.

    @virginmedia Cleared the screenshots i sent were via chrome rather than my default of safari. I have just cleared safari cache as well now and same issue persists.
