@virginmedia I was talking to them on chat as a) our home phone is knackered, my husband mobile phone wasnt registering our home number when he was typing it on your answer service. He doesnt have twitter I do, but after hubby gave both the passwords to me he uses neither seemed to be right

@virginmedia Complaints team contacted me at tea time - the yodel driver has left the company and yodel accept my phone was ‘lost in transit’ 🙄 why Virgin still use yodel with all the stuff that goes missing I don’t know. But issue now resolved and new phone on route.
