@virginmedia bunch of absolute scammers. Paying £80 a month for nothing. Constantly using 4g on our phones as the internet is getting less than 1mb of internet, our home security is constantly off because of this. Phone gets put down when we call for help. Absolute joke.

@virginmedia You asked me to keep you posted, I’ve had no response. It certainly appears to be a problem with the hub because the WiFi is not really performing well. I’ve got three TiVo boxes and a C6 + broadband and it seems no one cares. Quite poor.

@virginmedia MAC filtering has never worked as far as I know. Many posts on the forums going back several years but apparently never fixed. Reboot is a lottery can be 3 or 4 reboots before it comes up with both SSIDs broadcasting.

@virginmedia The 3rd engineer said the only issue that would explain my broadband not working would be an outage in the area. That isn't the case. So the issue has been wrongly reported by 3 of the last engineers & your service hasn't allowed me to wfh for over 2 weeks now in a pandemic.
