    @virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

    @virginmedia I very much doubt .. to go more round in circles with virgin ... Have had a new hub supposedly since virgin now gives out refurbished ones , connection at exchange has been checked , wires replaced inside and out yet the same issues still reoccurring
