  @virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

  @virginmedia You asked me to keep you posted, I’ve had no response. It certainly appears to be a problem with the hub because the WiFi is not really performing well. I’ve got three TiVo boxes and a C6 + broadband and it seems no one cares. Quite poor.

  @virginmedia your live bot is utter rubbish!! Round and round in circles then directs me to 150 each time. My broadband had been crap for months now. Almost useless working from home. I want someone to call me. Not the other way round.

  @status_is_down Yes, no TV services in North Lanarkshire for 7 hours or so. This is an opportunity for the Mumbai scammers to contact VM customers moaning online and they pretend to be Virgin media. Be careful folks it's happened to me a few times. Never reply to unsolicited messages.
