Constantly using 4g on our phones as the internet is getting less than 1mb of internet, our home security is constantly off because of this. Phone gets put down when we call for help. Absolute joke.

VM didn’t carry out cancellation but carried on billing me for 8 months instead. I’m the customer - you show me the EXACT part of your Ts&Cs that says I needed to do anything else.
