    Virgin Media engineer so say repairs neighbours phone line, but connects me to their house phone and clears off ,useless. Now up to 4hr wait time for Virgin help team to get call back ,for something that was ok before. PS my phones not working . #Virginmedia @virginmedia

    @virginmedia do you not think that adding £20 to my bill in the space of a year is quite a lot? Long, long-term customer here waited 30 mins on the phone to be told there were no cheaper TV/BB bundles for me for under £65 pm. That's madness. I'll be looking to switch ASAP.
