    @virginmedia No, none at all, your service status has no known issues in the area. She has been on live chat with one of your colleagues and an engineer visit has been organised. Very frustrating as she is working from home

    @virginmedia Oh please. Of course it wasn't resolved - unless you mean, did we get to keep taking your money for a service you don't want? Here's a thought: how about NOT holding long-standing customers to ransom by tying them into new long contracts?

    Oh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!

    @virginmedia I have tried to cancel as you are not at my new build and your staff have hung up on me 4 times. @BBCWatchdog please help me. I’ve heard virgin are difficult to get away from.

    @virginmedia Doh just booked a technician and the status page now updated to say there is a service area fault . Do I need to cancel the technician ? Or will that happen automatically?

    @virginmedia hey, quick question, is your latest hub any better i.e. offers better strength/coverage than @SkyHelpTeam hub? I ask as we have two @ring doorbells some distance from the current hub and connections are awful. Contract almost up and it’s decision time 🤔. Thx

    If Virgin Media gave as much attention to customers when they have real problems, gave you a service , paid money back that would be great .But no, they just plague the life out of you regarding a TiVo box collection. I have confirmed already @virginmedia #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

    @virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

    @virginmedia hi - I’ve just ordered a family pack of Virgin mobile SIMs because O2 coverage is poor where we live… I’ve only just read about the merger. Does your network still run on Vodafone or are you now O2 also?

    @virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

    @virginmedia I already did your survey but you knew what I thought when you tried to force me to take on an 18 month contract after my original one ended. You treat customers like a cash crop. I make sure to tell everyone not to use you. You could have kept my business when I move but not now

    @virginmedia The solution offered was that tech support would arrive to my house “urgently” and “ASAP”. I then got an appointment notification for Thursday 15 July - almost a week away. I am working from home and can not wait a week for this appointment.

    @virginmedia Well it’s not that I feel a certain way. I would like you to help me. I started paying for my internet yesterday and it won’t be working for a week which is a week on from my start date. I will need a rebate for the first week of “service”.

    @virginmedia We got through OK every time but your staff were lacking any understanding, knowledge or customer care. The text service was clearly copy & paste answers which made it impersonal and uncaring. We’ll see what next week brings... #anyonehaveanumberforsky?
