They tired to get out of it by saying I never accept it. About 6 hours on the phone and they finally said they where.

Jordan (@JM93__) reportedIf you can stay clear of @virginmedia always do so. Forever having days without broadband and TV services, happens at least one a month where I’ll be 36-48 hours without anything. Their customer service is scarily bad too, they just don’t care.

Dipu (@dipu412) reported@IainSankey @virginmedia Had same issues. Have kept land line, Minimum TV pkg & B/Band. Renewal in April Next yr. TV package is going. Do not need to pay for it. If reasonable reduction not offered I will have to look elsewhere. VM is overrated and expensive.
