    @virginmedia your live bot is utter rubbish!! Round and round in circles then directs me to 150 each time. My broadband had been crap for months now. Almost useless working from home. I want someone to call me. Not the other way round.

    @virginmedia No, none at all, your service status has no known issues in the area. She has been on live chat with one of your colleagues and an engineer visit has been organised. Very frustrating as she is working from home

    @virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

    @virginmedia hey, quick question, is your latest hub any better i.e. offers better strength/coverage than @SkyHelpTeam hub? I ask as we have two @ring doorbells some distance from the current hub and connections are awful. Contract almost up and it’s decision time 🤔. Thx

    @virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

    @virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

    Shocking service from @virginmedia regards to install of broadband. Dates keep changing and customer service not helpful. I know we’re in a pandemic 😷 but simple communication and genuine reasons should be quite simple!

    @virginmedia Your engineer installed my router above my gas and electricity meters. I can’t move the router because of how it was installed. The signal won’t leave my living room. I have explained this 1000 times already and I’ve received no help.

    @virginmedia no Internet since midnight, says it's a problem with dns servers, router turns into a disco ball with it icons flashing green from time to time, on the router it says WiFi is working but it's not, Internet - no access, invalid ipv4, 5ghz not connected. Need asap help

    @virginmedia No more devices than usual, and when I ask to speak to them I'm told that they don't have a contact number. I emailed back to the resolution email and haven't had a response. Genuinely an appalling service I've had from Virgin Media. Only resolution is to try to sell me products.
