    @virginmedia Media. I was provided with a 12 month discounted contract (having been a loyal customer for 15 years) and was told - after 7 months - that the discount would no longer be applied - in a shockingly poor bit of telephone service.

    @virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

    @virginmedia I was talking to them on chat as a) our home phone is knackered, my husband mobile phone wasnt registering our home number when he was typing it on your answer service. He doesnt have twitter I do, but after hubby gave both the passwords to me he uses neither seemed to be right

    @virginmedia Your estimated fix time was 3pm, then 4pm, then 5pm, then 7pm. You,ve probably changed it to 9p now, having failed to fix your faulty network

    @virginmedia So the girl asked to speak to him. The chat was stopped & our house phone rang its once & stopped ( I DID tell her earlier it wasnt working properly) She couldve asked for his mobile number but didnt & this couldve been sorted. Felt like both people dealt with didnt want to help

    @virginmedia Yes! Ring me when you say you will! I was promised a call back within 24 hrs and guess what - nothing! It has to be after 1800 I need to get my logged complaint resolved! Ps I have this logged with the omnibus

    @virginmedia Been chatting to o e of your girls online Rowela. She wanted to speak to my husband. Our hiusephone has just rang... briefly a couple of times but I DID tell her that our house phone isnt working properly.... it rings once, poss twice & stops & makes awful noises if we call out

    @virginmedia Maybe you missed the bit where i said the ETA for a fix had been moved forward yet another 24hours. Your service status website has done this the last 4 days, every day it says estimated fix by 10am, then when thats not met just moves forward again.

    @virginmedia Yep - you gave me an installation date in February, then immediately changed it to April - which potentially left me 2 months without connectivity. Then you promised me a dongle (twice) to cover the 2 months - the dongle never arrived I could go on.....

    Day 5 of having no @virginmedia Internet. They have once again moved the ETA for the fix forward a further 24hours. Think it's time to cancel.

    Got to love when @virginmedia send you a ยฃ7 increase letter but the internet has been the worst its ever been for us with constant cut outs and down time despite boosters from Virgin attached. Make sure it works right before charging more for a sub par service!๐Ÿ˜ก

    @virginmedia Thanks, I just spoke with someone on web chat who have again said my contract has been changed now so hopefully the next bill will be correct. If itโ€™s not then I will message again to see if you can help

    @virginmedia @richardbranson After 21 hours finally managed to issue a 30 day notice for my termination. Word of advice; offer the best deals to your loyal customers. Donโ€™t wait until we want to cancel to offer the best deals seen. I guess Iโ€™ve learned a new tactic to reduce my future internet bills. Thanks
