    @virginmedia Changed my package, and your representative said she had to change my broadband speed. For the last hour I have been without any connection whatsoever, she disconnected me!! You technical team sorted the issue @virginmedia an embarrassing 24 hours for you!!

    Virgin Media engineer so say repairs neighbours phone line, but connects me to their house phone and clears off ,useless. Now up to 4hr wait time for Virgin help team to get call back ,for something that was ok before. PS my phones not working . #Virginmedia @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I just spent one and a half hours on the phone to Virgin Media help desk , I was put on hold for the technical dept, while holding I was cut off . I’m trying to solve a problem you created and suffering for it. It’s not acceptable

    @virginmedia have been a customer for over 12 years. Try to access online account, none of the login data works. So try Name, account no, area code. I don’t exist yet you are happy to take £48+ a month from me, & tell me my bill is about to be increased. #customerservice #Awful

    @virginmedia So, Kelly's communications did not turn up today as previously promised by @virginmedia I've called customer services and been told someone will come on the 3rd February, however, they made it sound as if this would be a virgin engineer rather than Kelly's whom we're waiting on

    @virginmedia I have spoken to my neighbour, who said though they did have an issue, their services are all up and running. They had an engineer and noticed one up the road. If it’s a area fault why hasn’t any of the engineers checked with us to see if ours is OK?

    @virginmedia Yes, but they can’t come until Friday 20th Jan. Doesn’t make sense that my direct neighbour has had an engineer? Wouldn’t it make sense to check our service too, if it’s an area fault like we’re being told?

    @virginmedia It’s working better then ever…the engineer on Saturday thought he’d fixed it by changing the hub. Andrew today realised it was a weak signal from the cable to the router. Both were lovely guys though, and we got there in the end, so credit to them both.
