maiella (@maiellamipiace) reported from Gloucestershire, England@virginmedia Oh please. Of course it wasn't resolved - unless you mean, did we get to keep taking your money for a service you don't want? Here's a thought: how about NOT holding long-standing customers to ransom by tying them into new long contracts?
-
Dominic Williams (@DomWUK) reported from Painswick, England.@virginmedia I am deeply deeply unimpressed with your customer service. You made a mistake with the delivery address for my order. I have been on the phone for over an hour and 15 min, am being transferred to the 4th person, no one takes responsibility or is able to help.
-
Danny (@NoNotLoganPaul) reported from Gloucestershire, England@virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.
-
Lord Lefty cultural attachè for Gloucestershire (@the_fbpe) reported from Brockworth, England@virginmedia I should very much like to speak to someone about this month's bill which is 30% bigger than normal, I have been a customer for a long time but now I'm not sure that the worsening service that I am receiving is worth it acc no,508459006,

-
TB (@Peerabeee) reported@virginmedia I am paying for a service you cannot deliver. Multiple failed engineer visits (Dec 24, Jan 22) & internet is still broken. Now you demand an illegal cancellation fee? Formal complaint raised: C-010626172 (Yeliz Guven Bilgin). @Ofcom #VirginMedia #Ofcom #Broadband

Sadie~Jane (@sadiejane29) reported@virginmedia I was meant to get a call back over 2 weeks ago from Maddie. Still waiting 🤔 Clearly saw the state of the complain & decided you couldn't be bothered. Every time my mum has rang, you have documented it as something completely different. Terrible service really 😑
-
Fergal Hickey (@fergal_hickey) reported@VirginMediaIE Shocking Virgin Media Mobile. Can’t receive calls from Vodafone numbers for 6wks now. Now told it’s a widespread problem after being fobbed off for a month. Not good enough - VM should have been honest with subscribers and advised them but chose deceit instead
-
Belle BTE (@barbzinsa) reported@virginmedia Broadband is down in Richmond Hill TW10, do you know how long it will take to fix the signal?
-
Dave Banks (@DaveJBanks) reported@virginmedia what's the problem and how long is the fix likely to take please? (LE8)
-
Mr Nash (@Nasher6328) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Under UK law (primarily the Consumer Rights Act 2015), broadband services must be provided with reasonable care and skill and be of satisfactory quality. A complete outage lasting 7 weeks is almost certainly a breach, giving you the right to end the contract and seek a remedy (like cancellation without penalty or a refund for the affected period). Virgin Media participates in Ofcom's automatic compensation scheme for total loss of service (no internet at all via wired connection). You should already be getting ~£10.34 per day automatically after the first 2 full working days of reporting the fault. This doesn't directly let you cancel penalty-free, but it supports your case.
-
Iso (@Isomniax) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Pretty sure they’ve actually broken contract here
