@virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

@virginmedia I understand you can’t guarantee speed. But to imply that we aren’t paying for a wireless service at all is ridiculous. If you’re not offering a wireless service why would you provide a wireless hubs. My issue isn’t speed. It’s the fact that we often have not wireless at all.
