Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Conjured Undead 🧟♂️ (@conjuredundead) reported@virginmedia . Can someone please give me an update on an intermittent service issue dating back to 30/7/26? We’ve been told there’s a service cable issue but no update on a “fix” and the disruption is costing me as I can’t work from home, because broadband is unstable. Thanks.
-
Cookie (@chrissincl29564) reported@stephenm68 @virginmedia That is awful. Virgin media have really done down hill in looking after their customers. All they care about is customer acquisition
-
Gary Adams (@GazzaAdams) reported@UKDan86 @virginmedia I have read the T&Cs, Dan. Working from home isn't the basis of my complaint — paying for a broadband service that's been repeatedly intermittent for four weeks is. Virgin Media themselves acknowledge an ongoing fault. Whether I use my connection for work, Netflix or watching cat videos is irrelevant to expecting the service I'm paying for to actually work.
-
Chris4RAFC (@Chris4RAFC) reported@Smallworth_xx @virginmedia my son had the same problem but lucky he went to the Wycombe match on Saturday but tonight had to watch it via the sky sports app as he is with Virgin too, luckily I am with sky and could watch my team Saturday on the red button and i watched a game tonight and no issues

-
Meersham (@Schmuley_Schlo) reported@heid_the_baw_ @virginmedia I chose plusnet because their customer service is good, never had much trouble been with them for years now after switching every couple of years
-
Iain Sankey (@IainSankey) reportedSo, after three long telephone calls, I'm back to square one. Now, I'm going to have to look for an alternative internet supplier. I wouldn't mind so much, but I've been a customer of @virginmedia for about 30 years! 😡
-
