    @virginmedia bunch of absolute scammers. Paying £80 a month for nothing. Constantly using 4g on our phones as the internet is getting less than 1mb of internet, our home security is constantly off because of this. Phone gets put down when we call for help. Absolute joke.

    @vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that @vmbusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than @virginmedia?

    @virginmedia Checked there...shows no known issues. Seems to have stabilised a bit on the last half an hour.

    I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

    @virginmedia You asked me to keep you posted, I’ve had no response. It certainly appears to be a problem with the hub because the WiFi is not really performing well. I’ve got three TiVo boxes and a C6 + broadband and it seems no one cares. Quite poor.

    @virginmedia I should have recognised that is the number I’ve been calling. Other than an online test it just leads you around in circles. No further forward, no fix, just a little more cheesed off. Really disappointing.

    Call from "Virgin Media" on Monday. Cos they'd not provided a contracted service (some features of the landline we never use), we're due a big refund. Oh aye. For an obvious scam it was v realistic and for some reason he didn't try to get any info. Cheque for £690 came today.

    @virginmedia I have tv, broadband & home phone & have done for 20+ years. Never been advised about a business deal. As said earlier, I was told of suspicious activity on my email so VM blocked account. I’ve missed multiple important emails that needed an answer today. Rebate for poor service?
