  • Hannah_S39
Hannah ❤️ (@Hannah_S39) reported from Cheltenham, England

@virginmedia need to sort out their signal issues because I’ve practically had no WiFi on and off for like 3 weeks what a joke! My dads not happy when trying to work from home 🙄

  • AlexBennettUK
Alex Bennett (@AlexBennettUK) reported from Gloucestershire, England

Over 40 minutes (and waiting mainly on hold) for @skytv to sort out the fact I can’t download any content. I’m apparently a “Diamond Customer” as I’ve been with sky for about 20 years. Not for much longer. @virginmedia what offers do you have for disgruntled Sky customers?

  • Gooner_Richard
Richard (@Gooner_Richard) reported from Gloucestershire, England

@virginmedia Hi, is there an issue with your online services at present? I don’t appear able to use Virgin TV Go. My TV and broadband services are both working fine.

  • Hannah_S39
Hannah x (@Hannah_S39) reported from Cheltenham, England

So the entire @virginmedia has gone down 🙄 I WANTED TO WATCH LIAR AT 9PM

  • DrPaulAtkinson
Dr Paul Atkinson (@DrPaulAtkinson) reported from Cheltenham, England

@vmbusinesshelp @terrizmo @vmbusiness This was yesterday. Your faults team were unhelpful when I finally got through after nearly an hour on hold. The significant outage seems to be well known but not by the twitter team who still have an outage from June pinned to this account!!

  • WattsChelt
Ian Watson (@WattsChelt) reported from Brockworth, England

@virginmedia On the basis that I can’t get through to anyone in Virgin and the online help isn’t helping, will anyone respond to my Tweet of 15 hours ago?

  • claire_pearce
claire pearce (@claire_pearce) reported from Minchinhampton, England

I will never ever buy @virginmedia I will never ever fly with @VirginAtlantic ever again, @richardbranson you complete and utter bastard.

  • WattsChelt
Ian Watson (@WattsChelt) reported from Cheltenham, England

@virginmedia You asked me to keep you posted, I’ve had no response. It certainly appears to be a problem with the hub because the WiFi is not really performing well. I’ve got three TiVo boxes and a C6 + broadband and it seems no one cares. Quite poor.

  • shon_douglas
Shôn Douglas (@shon_douglas) reported from Cheltenham, England

@virginmedia Checked there...shows no known issues. Seems to have stabilised a bit on the last half an hour.

  • Fun_and_James
James Clarke (@Fun_and_James) reported from Gloucestershire, England

@virginmedia hi - I’ve just ordered a family pack of Virgin mobile SIMs because O2 coverage is poor where we live… I’ve only just read about the merger. Does your network still run on Vodafone or are you now O2 also?

  • 1grahamfletcher
Graham Fletcher (@1grahamfletcher) reported from Cheltenham, England

@virginmedia in light of the outage issues today, can someone get in touch with me tomorrow as I want to cancel my contract and move to @skytv and use their Sky Glass technology

  • natsc0tt
    N A T A L I E👼🏼 (@natsc0tt) reported from Cheltenham, England

@virginmedia bunch of absolute scammers. Paying £80 a month for nothing. Constantly using 4g on our phones as the internet is getting less than 1mb of internet, our home security is constantly off because of this. Phone gets put down when we call for help. Absolute joke.

  • garethbalmer
Gareth Balmer (@garethbalmer) reported from Gloucestershire, England

@virginmedia has someone been a bit fat-fingered and pushed out a firmware update or something in the Gloucester area? Few people are having issues with their boxes restarting - ours went with a big click of the HDD, which was a bit worrying!

  • KW_GuinnessH
Krystyna Wynn (@KW_GuinnessH) reported from Gloucestershire, England

@virginmedia just been on hold to speak with someone for 1 hour 5 minutes and finally was getting through then “the other person has cleared” we have no WiFi since you upgraded me earlier, please help

  • the_fbpe
Lord Lefty cultural attachè for Gloucestershire (@the_fbpe) reported from Brockworth, England

@virginmedia 1. I never get to speak to someone who speaks English as their mother tongue, 2. Despite being a customer for a number of years and spending more than £100 a month, I have been hit with a late payment charge because I had a heart attack and was in hospital,

  • MichaelAlanHunt
The Michael Hunt (@MichaelAlanHunt) reported from Gloucestershire, England

@virginmedia your connection's up and down today more often than a *****'s drawers! Bloody fix it!

  • the_fbpe
Lord Lefty cultural attachè for Gloucestershire (@the_fbpe) reported from Brockworth, England

@virginmedia I will be leaving virgin if my service doesn't improve drastically and quickly

  • MichaelAlanHunt
The Michael Hunt (@MichaelAlanHunt) reported from Gloucestershire, England

@ionasurveyor @virginmedia Virgin's customer service is quite frankly crap

  • joe_joeharper
Joe Harper (@joe_joeharper) reported from Cheltenham, England

@virginmedia love lying about putting you on a rolling contract and then hitting you with a £200 pound cancellation fee when you try to cancel after you’re forced to move home. Nice work!

  • WoodyWitters
Anya Wood PR (@WoodyWitters) reported from Cheltenham, England

@virginmedia Hi. I am still having issues with my business WiFi so it has not been fixed. I have intermittent service with it dropping out for a good five mins before coming back again.

  • JonAshman2
    Jon Ashman (@JonAshman2) reported

@virginmedia I’m paying £176.00 per month for your services so quite frankly an apology isn’t good enough I’ll contact yourselves later regarding my contract the service you now offer is woeful

  • tpembe1
    Troy Pemberton (@tpembe1) reported

@virginmedia Just rang customer service and now been promised a date of 8th of July at 3pm. Like I said previously the date keeps moving.

  • bushmills7d
    Paul Williams (@bushmills7d) reported

@virginmedia another day with out service. That was nearly all day yesterday and so far 4 hours today. That’s three times this week so far. But I bet you’ll still take your money for no service

  • iam_samedoho
    Sam Ed (@iam_samedoho) reported

@OgaHans MTN is one of the biggest network operators in Nigeria. EE, Virgin Media O2, Vodafone, and Three are the major network operators in the UK. EE coverage is very good because BT owns and operates it using its existing infrastructure. Most of the smaller network operators are resellers. They bulk-buy wholesale - network minutes, texts, and data at a heavily discounted rate from (like EE, VMO2, or VodafoneThree) and resell it to people. Their coverage isn't good because they are limited. They are only competitive on price, not on coverage.

  • haditaminuteago
    TinaThomas (@haditaminuteago) reported

@virginmedia our internet has gone down, AI bot says we need a new hub and will send one in 3 to 5 days . Will I get a refund for the days I have no service?

  • waughzone
    Duncan Waugh (@waughzone) reported

@virginmedia No change. Service still intermittent at best.

  • LessGrumpy
    GrumpyByName 🇮🇱 (@LessGrumpy) reported

@virginmedia Wrong. Insurers got slaughtered for this sort of behaviour and rightly so. I’m still paying a third more than the price you would offer a new customer. Case number is C-2906261078.

  • mrsluc
    Sandra Robinson (@mrsluc) reported

@YeshuaFoxtrot @virginmedia I read on here everyday about issues, I have to be honest they are the best I've had. Three years and never an issue, well apart from the persistant cold calls. I sympathise with people who do, I was with Sky and had to reset my modem 3 times a day.

  • ACLegalServices
    Legal Eagle. (@ACLegalServices) reported

@virginmedia I am seriously thinking of leaving Virgin after 25 years or so as you are about to double my bill to £62.00 a month for speeds of 120mbps. Any recommendations to replace them with a reliable service, that I have had with Virgin. Difficult to talk to them on phone

  • chrisgibbons31
