    @virginmedia Changed my package, and your representative said she had to change my broadband speed. For the last hour I have been without any connection whatsoever, she disconnected me!! You technical team sorted the issue @virginmedia an embarrassing 24 hours for you!!

    @virginmedia your live bot is utter rubbish!! Round and round in circles then directs me to 150 each time. My broadband had been crap for months now. Almost useless working from home. I want someone to call me. Not the other way round.

    @virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

    Shocking service from @virginmedia regards to install of broadband. Dates keep changing and customer service not helpful. I know we’re in a pandemic 😷 but simple communication and genuine reasons should be quite simple!

    @virginhelp @Virgin @virginmedia Last night around 8 p.m was the same... streams buffering, game were lagging with 100+ ping and download speeds were between 4 and 16 mpbs... same thing happened today around 5 p.m, not sure what the issue is, any ideas? Llanelli, Wales is the location, appreciate the response 👍

    @virginmedia I’ve given a bit of time and I’m sorry, I’m really disappointed. I rarely get the 200 meg I’m meant to - lucky to get a 1/4 of that most of time with the signal regularly dropping out. I’ve done all the tests I’m meant to and the router is where it should be, taken from your site

    @virginmedia I don't use wi-fi, I'm plugged in with a cable. I'm 100% certain it's a problem with your service. I already explained all the details in the complaint but your team loves to ignore that. I'll be asking for compensation and a free switch to another provider soon.

    @virginmedia When I login online it says "You're not with Virgin Media anymore" so the contract has definitely been cancelled (thank god!). Actually no, I wasn't offered the option of providing any other information other than the password that was set up years ago.

    @virginmedia My router isn't good enough & the WiFi in the home is terrible, even when your are sat at the side of it. I need a new router but can't get through to anyone on the phone
