    @virginmedia has someone been a bit fat-fingered and pushed out a firmware update or something in the Gloucester area? Few people are having issues with their boxes restarting - ours went with a big click of the HDD, which was a bit worrying!

    @virginmedia I already did your survey but you knew what I thought when you tried to force me to take on an 18 month contract after my original one ended. You treat customers like a cash crop. I make sure to tell everyone not to use you. You could have kept my business when I move but not now

    @virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

    Oh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!

    @virginmedia No, none at all, your service status has no known issues in the area. She has been on live chat with one of your colleagues and an engineer visit has been organised. Very frustrating as she is working from home

    @virginmedia What I am seeking is a decent level of service for the money I am paying, who ever heard of a media service without an email address, that could be construed by a reasonable person to be a deliberate attempt to avoid scrutiny are you now being run by the government?

    @virginmedia OK thanks I pay £110 a month for my service as someone who subsists on a pension and disability benefit this is a big commitment and yet every time I pick up the phone to you I am lied to, for example we are receiving a lot more calls than usual, this is a permanent refrain

    @virginmedia Doh just booked a technician and the status page now updated to say there is a service area fault . Do I need to cancel the technician ? Or will that happen automatically?

    @virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

    @virginmedia I can now only assume you’re the worst company in history. Threatening emails because a customer has no option but to cancel Direct Debits when you can’t manage your end of an agreement is not on. Cutting off customers who are willing to resolve issues is disgusting

    @virginmedia Online? How can I see when there’s no internet??!!!! Since last Thursday (6 days ago) whenever I call the Virgin Media number there’s a message saying engineers are working on fixing the ‘intermittent’ issue in the NW5 2LL area!! SIX DAYS!!

    @virginmedia Over charging, overseas C/S operatives that hang up if they can’t answer your queries, I spent over 3 hours on the phone spoke to 5 different people and in the end just decided to pay my bill as asked as it was costing me more to be on the phone for that long appalling service

    @anthonymckenna3 @virginmedia Looks like Jon Slater is still up to his old tricks he said virgin would pay for my previous provider, Vodafone’s cancellation fee (£49.80) why is he still working for virgin surely they would have sacked him for this but clearly virgin is a bad company

    @virginmedia on my working breaks and lunch breaks trying to get this sorted out and just going round and round in circles. Nobody does what they say they are going to do. Promises of call backs never happen and apologies and amendments of the bill never happen.
