-
Paul (@paulhewlett1983) reported from Gloucestershire, England@virginmedia I have received the 360 remote control after I upgraded and when I try and update the software as instructed I get that message! I have spoken to 4 different people, no one can fix it and they refuse to send out an engineer as the box is “working correctly” ! I Beg to differ

-
Richard (@Gooner_Richard) reported from Gloucestershire, England@kel14bt @WestBromEL Glad you got it sorted. I used to work for Virgin Media as an engineer. For it to take as long as it has, it will have been a network fault, which is much harder to solve than at the end user’s property (which I did). They could definitely communicate this better to customers.
-
Russ (@Mr_Stage) reported from Cirencester, England@JustinMMcGee @STEcopywriting @virginmedia Beat me to it. I play hoping network connectivity doesn’t come back.

Paul (@paulhewlett1983) reported from Gloucestershire, England@virginmedia I received it about a week about in the post, you tell me? Surely you must know as it’s been released. Cllr Liam Harries 🔶 (@liamharries) reported from Quedgeley, England@vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that VMBusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than residential?
-
K (@serebro333) reported from Gloucestershire, England@virginmedia hey, quick question, is your latest hub any better i.e. offers better strength/coverage than @SkyHelpTeam hub? I ask as we have two @ring doorbells some distance from the current hub and connections are awful. Contract almost up and it’s decision time 🤔. Thx
