@virginmedia Media. I was provided with a 12 month discounted contract (having been a loyal customer for 15 years) and was told - after 7 months - that the discount would no longer be applied - in a shockingly poor bit of telephone service.

@SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed more than 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

@lisapoulton10 @virginmedia The sky TV guide on their website is updated you probably need to refresh the network settings so it recollects all the new info etc as sometimes the box doesn’t update everyday like it’s supposed to same with the virgin box’s at times
