Paul (@paulhewlett1983) reported from Gloucestershire, England@virginmedia I received my 360 remote today and the box will not update says migration is not possible! Help?
-
Graham Fletcher (@1grahamfletcher) reported from Cheltenham, England@virginmedia There is little point, as you won’t do anything about it, and it’s a waste of my time and effort. I know what you did, you should read the notes on file, and sort the issue. It was embarrassing to listen to and witness what happened today
-
Colette Etheridge (@Lettie73) reported from Quedgeley, England@virginmedia please can you provide the correct contact details for making a complaint.
-
Lord Lefty cultural attachè for Gloucestershire (@the_fbpe) reported from Brockworth, England@virginmedia OK thanks I pay £110 a month for my service as someone who subsists on a pension and disability benefit this is a big commitment and yet every time I pick up the phone to you I am lied to, for example we are receiving a lot more calls than usual, this is a permanent refrain
-
notreve31 (@LloydyBev123) reported from Gloucestershire, England@virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change
-
maiella (@maiellamipiace) reported from Gloucestershire, EnglandOh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!
-
Danny (@NoNotLoganPaul) reported from Gloucestershire, England@virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.
-
Ian Watson (@WattsChelt) reported from Cheltenham, England@virginmedia I should have recognised that is the number I’ve been calling. Other than an online test it just leads you around in circles. No further forward, no fix, just a little more cheesed off. Really disappointing.
-
Sarah Kemmett 🧜♀️🥂🦄 (@sarahk0905) reported from Gloucestershire, EnglandHi @virginmedia I need some help please. My parents internet has gone down, customer services say they need a replacement hub taking up to 7 days to arrive. My mother is disabled and my dad is her carer, both isolating. How can we get the hub delivered quicker pls?
-
James Lawlor (@TheJamesLawlor) reported from Brockworth, England@virginmedia Don't ask me to check service status. Don't ask me to reset your router. Don't ask me to ring that number to speak to a computer and don't send me a link to 'tell' me whats wrong with the Internet
-
Original Wild (@wild_original) reported from Churchdown, England@virginmedia Had an email to say my Netflix A/C has been cancelled even though I’ve paid you my subscription - no one on live chat for almost an hour now to help - anyone there?!

-
Claire Cleevely (@CCleevely) reported from Churchdown, England@virginmedia have been a customer for over 12 years. Try to access online account, none of the login data works. So try Name, account no, area code. I don’t exist yet you are happy to take £48+ a month from me, & tell me my bill is about to be increased. #customerservice #Awful
-
Dave.C 🏴☠️#FBPE #Rejoin (@Davinci9999C) reported from Cheltenham, England@virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.
-
The Michael Hunt (@MichaelAlanHunt) reported from Gloucestershire, England@virginmedia Your estimated fix time was 3pm, then 4pm, then 5pm, then 7pm. You,ve probably changed it to 9p now, having failed to fix your faulty network

Richard Geraint Evans (@RGE_Art) reported@JFab208 @virginmedia I hope you don't have to endure the hell that is modern day corporate customer services ...
-
Gary Adams (@GazzaAdams) reported@UKDan86 @virginmedia I have read the T&Cs, Dan. Working from home isn't the basis of my complaint — paying for a broadband service that's been repeatedly intermittent for four weeks is. Virgin Media themselves acknowledge an ongoing fault. Whether I use my connection for work, Netflix or watching cat videos is irrelevant to expecting the service I'm paying for to actually work.
-
Niecie (@devorahfurman) reported@virginmedia @JohnMac22756388 We can read what the text says but why are people getting it who haven’t reported a problem and please don’t talk about DM s we need to send because nobody at virgin can ever help when we do !!!!
-
Amy (@AmyDonalson_X) reported@virginmedia please explain to me how after my package ran out and I renewed with a different package in JULY it’s taken 3 phone calls, 5 online conversations and 4 different bill amounts for September/October to still have no resolution or idea how much my next bill will be??

Stephen Maddock (@stephenm68) reportedDay 23 without our @virginmedia broadband (or phone, or TV) so I’ve celebrated by spending 90 minutes on hold with the “Customer Services” team and responding to the email from the Complaints team telling me that they had fixed my issue (spoiler: they hadn’t). Pathetic!
