    I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

    @vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that @vmbusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than @virginmedia?

    @virginmedia Hi, there is no need anymore I tried to cancel with virgin and between asking about my 14 day cool off and finding a new provider someone had changed my account back to before I was mis sold. So I will just stay on my old contract until July and then leave
