    @virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

    @virginmedia No, none at all, your service status has no known issues in the area. She has been on live chat with one of your colleagues and an engineer visit has been organised. Very frustrating as she is working from home

    @virginmedia your live bot is utter rubbish!! Round and round in circles then directs me to 150 each time. My broadband had been crap for months now. Almost useless working from home. I want someone to call me. Not the other way round.

    @virginmedia There is little point, as you won’t do anything about it, and it’s a waste of my time and effort. I know what you did, you should read the notes on file, and sort the issue. It was embarrassing to listen to and witness what happened today

    @virginmedia Changed my package, and your representative said she had to change my broadband speed. For the last hour I have been without any connection whatsoever, she disconnected me!! You technical team sorted the issue @virginmedia an embarrassing 24 hours for you!!

    @virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

    @virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

Gets absolutely harassed by their sales team, used to be on a multiple times a day basis If they focused more of their staff towards cust service and not outbound sales, they would actually have cust retention

    @virginmedia Installation should have been 2 weeks ago, cancelled the day before as groundworks not done. Installation due 8-1 today. Been told engineer due at 1.50. I have an appointment at 2.30 that I cannot cancel. Now told that groundwork and installation both booked for today
