@_peeqi @virginmedia I am getting around 10% of advertised speed by @virginmedia over WiFi when sitting 3metres from router. Faults team REFUSE to look at WiFi issues. @virginmedia won't even acknowledge complaint sent via @resolvercouk around 2 weeks ago!

@moizmehek @virginmedia I am getting 10 Mbps against advertised speed of 108 Mbps by @virginmedia Not sure if @ASA_UK and/or @Ofcom can help as @virginmedia refuse to handle faults of WiFi and can't leave penalty free unless handled by faults team.

@virginmedia called virgin to discuss my existing deal, could hardly understand him, was put on hold for a long time without explanation and he came back with a better deal but again was very hard to understand. Terrible service, looking around.

@virginmedia Constantly going around in circles - the bot, then a human, same questions, speedtest, then seemed to establish that I need Hub3 as only have Hub2. Then transferred to tech team, 4 hour wait queue , then a are you still needing help - yes or no, text yes then back to bot

@virginmedia @Flav_Bateman @lawrence_bury Hi the WiFi signal doesn’t cover our back bedrooms, we’re in a 3 bed semi so it’s not as though we have a huge house lol. We didn’t have this problem with sky but I believe their 2nd boxes act like a WiFi booster? We have a 2nd box with you but I’m not sure if yours work the same
