How can it be that @vmbusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than @virginmedia?

Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

It certainly appears to be a problem with the hub because the WiFi is not really performing well. I’ve got three TiVo boxes and a C6 + broadband and it seems no one cares. Quite poor.

Many disabled customers are put in danger bc their equipment & emergency equipment use Virgin. They charge a lot of money for a terrible service.
