I have spoken to 4 different people, no one can fix it and they refuse to send out an engineer as the box is “working correctly” ! I Beg to differ

Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

I pay you a lot of money. To be over 2 weeks with no WiFi is unacceptable. No details either and your hotline has a wait time of over 45 mins.
