Hi @virginmedia I need some help please. My parents internet has gone down, customer services say they need a replacement hub taking up to 7 days to arrive. My mother is disabled and my dad is her carer, both isolating. How can we get the hub delivered quicker pls?

@virginmedia As usual there are no known issues in my area. Yes before you ask I've reset my router and performed a factory reset and I'm wired. Getting fed up of this ****. You guys are actively throttling upload at this point.
