    Virgin Media engineer so say repairs neighbours phone line, but connects me to their house phone and clears off ,useless. Now up to 4hr wait time for Virgin help team to get call back ,for something that was ok before. PS my phones not working . #Virginmedia @virginmedia

    @virginmedia ive been a loyal customer of @virginmedia for more than 15 years ... I don't want a link, I can't log into my account, I don't want another fruitless encounter with some poor call-centre person. I want to talk with a manager. I ideally within my lifetime.

    Called virgin media as our 100mb broadband jumped from £32 to £52 at end of contract. First person got us down to 43, or 46 for 200mb. Still expensive. Called back, different team, only offered packages >£60. Got transferred to someone else, £37, 200mb. Instant doubles speed :)

    @virginmedia we have just started having issues again with high latency the second it hit 4pm and the hub keeps rebooting this is getting out or hand. This area obviously has a massive usage with virgin and their isn't enough bandwidth in the local area.

    @virginmedia I have just spoken to someone at virgin media for over an hour. Apparently the works manager is sending the letter to me by end of day tomorrow. The customer service person is also going to call me before 4pm tomorrow. If none of this happens I will go to @SkyUK instead
