Virgin Media engineer so say repairs neighbours phone line, but connects me to their house phone and clears off ,useless. Now up to 4hr wait time for Virgin help team to get call back ,for something that was ok before. PS my phones not working . #Virginmedia @virginmedia

@virginmedia bunch of absolute scammers. Paying £80 a month for nothing. Constantly using 4g on our phones as the internet is getting less than 1mb of internet, our home security is constantly off because of this. Phone gets put down when we call for help. Absolute joke.

@virginmedia You asked me to keep you posted, I’ve had no response. It certainly appears to be a problem with the hub because the WiFi is not really performing well. I’ve got three TiVo boxes and a C6 + broadband and it seems no one cares. Quite poor.

@virginmedia Firstly, we’ve been waiting since 28th April. Told they needed permission for cabling - fine. Said we’ll get a dongle while we wait - never got it. Told we’ve be informed regularly - never happened. Told it will be done by tomorrow (tomorrow never came..). #nonsense.
