@virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

@prateekbuch @virginmedia Virgin is the worst provider we have ever been with. Only place we can get sort of Wi-Fi is the living room. We can’t get it in the kitchen or upstairs. It’s disgusting even the customer service is bad!
