I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

Honestly gutted with Virgin Media. I've been trying to get ahold of them via phone and webchat which does not work. I finally gave up and filled in a form to the complaints team, my resolution being "please just give me a new router as the app tells me it doesn't support it."

@virginmedia through privacy people about virgin and mobile watchdog even waiting on deadlock letter but still time for that do. It's been issue after issue and lie misleading information so much so never know who's telling me the truth just want good service and be treated correctly 2/2
