@CraigBrindley @virginmedia I’m sure it’s a trend mate, we had awful Broadband for nearly 6 months had to keep resetting. Again no known faults. But now seems fine.

@moizmehek @virginmedia I am getting 10 Mbps against advertised speed of 108 Mbps by @virginmedia Not sure if @ASA_UK and/or @Ofcom can help as @virginmedia refuse to handle faults of WiFi and can't leave penalty free unless handled by faults team.

@_peeqi @virginmedia I am getting around 10% of advertised speed by @virginmedia over WiFi when sitting 3metres from router. Faults team REFUSE to look at WiFi issues. @virginmedia won't even acknowledge complaint sent via @resolvercouk around 2 weeks ago!

@virginmedia Highly disappointed with your services 2day. Install incomplete 2 b told you will return tomorrow 2 finish, but now received a call 2 tell me the 1st May is next available date. Not good enough considerin I am a customer just moving house, organised in march.

@virginmedia No. Apparently the WiFi signal is great. Yet I can’t load a web page or take a Teams call... upstairs it’s not so good, so the app suggested paying you more money each month to make it less bad!!! The signal is intermittent, and the speeds, even sat next to the *** are terrible

@virginmedia Hub 3.0 and the range is rubbish. Only covers half my property and if more than 2 devices are connected it won’t let a 3rd access internet. It’s not suitable and I need a upgrade or change supplier. I have been a customer for around 18 years and not happy
