@virginmedia I'm going to revive this thread. It's now over a month since my issues started and you've been unable to resolve them, won't compensate until it's fixed (if it ever does get fixed) and refuse to provide me with an alternative internet solution. This is such poor service.

@virginmedia I have been through all of this. There is an issue logged since mid August. It does not show on your useless issue checker (website or app)! But it does show and is logged on your internal systems. The estimated fix time KEEPS CHANGING BECAUSE YOU ARE USELESS.
