notreve31 (@LloydyBev123) reported from Gloucestershire, England@virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Cllr Liam Harries 🔶 (@liamharries) reported from Quedgeley, England@vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that VMBusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than residential?
-
Dr Paul Atkinson (@DrPaulAtkinson) reported from Cheltenham, England@vmbusinesshelp @terrizmo @vmbusiness This was yesterday. Your faults team were unhelpful when I finally got through after nearly an hour on hold. The significant outage seems to be well known but not by the twitter team who still have an outage from June pinned to this account!!

Eve (@rock_chick72) reported from Gloucestershire, England@virginmedia your live bot is utter rubbish!! Round and round in circles then directs me to 150 each time. My broadband had been crap for months now. Almost useless working from home. I want someone to call me. Not the other way round.
-
Margaret Joseph 💙 (@Foxelms) reported from Gloucestershire, England@virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.
-
Ian Watson (@WattsChelt) reported from Cheltenham, England@virginmedia I should have recognised that is the number I’ve been calling. Other than an online test it just leads you around in circles. No further forward, no fix, just a little more cheesed off. Really disappointing.

Angeltt (@Angeltt_tt) reported@PeteUK7 @IDHDRUM @virginmedia Win95 wouldve taken 3 weeks, not 3 months, theyre lying ******* trying to save face for their disgusting behaviour. Theyre predators, mis-selling + overcharging for services they simply arent (+ never) providing + their service as a whole is worse than running on timed dial up.
-
Noely Daniels (@noel33330) reported@JamieGBarry @virginmedia Never understand why companies do this … same goes for insurance companies.
-
Dr Stuart Woolley (@FractalDoctor) reported@PeteUK7 @virginmedia Had exactly the same situation last year with a close relative. Complete shambles that took many mails and waiting on hold on the phone to resolve, then sending back boxes of crap that would no doubt go into landfill. I'd recommend avoiding them at all costs, for anyone.
-
Tino 🐧🌋 (@TinoElduderino) reported@JamieGBarry @virginmedia They will offer you login to the website new deal if you do the chat with an agent or speak to some in the phone if you are willing to lock in for a new contract.
-
🇬🇧 FI is awesome 😎 (@GrahamCompton) reported@JamieGBarry @virginmedia Leave. Send back the equipment at their cost. Get your partner to order a new contract via a comparison site. Claim cashback. Been there, done that. Totally nuts customer service by Virgin.
