@virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

@virginmedia About 12 would be good. Phone is now working with nothing being touched so really need to find out what the problem is. We can't risk her safety because of a fault. There must be a way to ensure help is available. Asking for my mothers password is useless she doesn't know it
