    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed bet 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    @virginmedia I was talking to them on chat as a) our home phone is knackered, my husband mobile phone wasnt registering our home number when he was typing it on your answer service. He doesnt have twitter I do, but after hubby gave both the passwords to me he uses neither seemed to be right

    Dear @virginmedia, I'm a busy girl who's wasted an awful lot of time today waiting for broadband to return. Tomorrow's going to be bonkers working twice as hard to catch up. A few reassuring words that things are returning to normal would go some way to reinstating my sanity. Ta.

    @virginmedia Media. I was provided with a 12 month discounted contract (having been a loyal customer for 15 years) and was told - after 7 months - that the discount would no longer be applied - in a shockingly poor bit of telephone service.

    @virginmedia Been chatting to o e of your girls online Rowela. She wanted to speak to my husband. Our hiusephone has just rang... briefly a couple of times but I DID tell her that our house phone isnt working properly.... it rings once, poss twice & stops & makes awful noises if we call out

    @virginmedia WiFi down for two days now, status check for the area says all fine but clearly it’s not. Was notified that you were “upgrading” to give us a better service but since then had nothing but issues. Ran every diagnostic test you have but still not connecting. Help pls

    @bt_uk we've had speeds of less than 5mbps all week in East London...had to hotspot to take meetings. Called up multiple times before and even had an engineer come to check things out. Checks 'passed'. Is it even worth calling? Pretty poor form. @virginmedia @Hyperoptic save us?!

    @virginmedia My IT department at work think that your IT department simply need to activate the mailbox (I got so frustrated with @virginmedia that I asked what they thought, and they said it should have been resolved on my FIRST call or if not then, definitely my FIRST complaint!) 🤦

    @virginmedia I find the actual broadband to be reliable and good. Your customer service, that’s the problem right now. Used to be better.
