    @virginmedia I should have recognised that is the number I’ve been calling. Other than an online test it just leads you around in circles. No further forward, no fix, just a little more cheesed off. Really disappointing.

    @virginmedia You asked me to keep you posted, I’ve had no response. It certainly appears to be a problem with the hub because the WiFi is not really performing well. I’ve got three TiVo boxes and a C6 + broadband and it seems no one cares. Quite poor.

    Hi @virginmedia I need some help please. My parents internet has gone down, customer services say they need a replacement hub taking up to 7 days to arrive. My mother is disabled and my dad is her carer, both isolating. How can we get the hub delivered quicker pls?

    @o2 @virgin @virginmedia CEO LUTZ SCHUELER received a call from your office regarding my complaint and when I asked a direct question rather than answer your representative went silent before abruptly disconnected the call with no warning. Great customer service.

    A man in his late teens is in a critical condition following a crash involving an e-scooter in Co Longford. The single-vehicle incident happened on Battery Road in Longford Town at around 10.40pm last night. He was taken to Regional Hospital Mullingar with serious injuries.     @caz_fizz @MelJanie @virginmedia Virgin are terrible now. Since the Welsh and North East staff were laid off. The overseas workers are untrained and promise the earth but deliver nothing and cause hours of phone calls for issues that could and should be solved in 3 minutes.

    @Andycave @virginmedia Mate, we had them. They were just awful. We switched to BT. Much better. Yes Virgin Media made BT look good. Constant grief with Virgin. No problem with BT.

    @ConorPDunne I agree Connor. It’s time for a complete change of direction for RTÉ. I’ve lost interest in the LLS and RoT. I get RoT brings tourism to Kerry but it’s time for a change. RTÉ is still living in the times gone past. What exactly are we paying TV licence for? Virgin Media is as bad
