@virginmedia Managed to do a full re-boot on the modem and still having same issues - when trying to run online games the issue persists. Example would be Modern Warfare, it stays on the load screen then disconnects giving an error code that references poor or unstable internet

@virginmedia internet has cut out, VM support has been next to useless. Apparently nearby "construction" has damaged cables. Yet VM Service Status shows no issues, all VM Support suggested is to send an engineer to my home to fix an issue caused by "construction".

@JimSterling @virginmedia Virgin and Sky are both legendarily ****, I'd go to one of the smaller brands, I know no one likes giving money to BT but any of their offshoot services like EE or Talk talk have done me just fine since they can actually negotiate with openreach.
