    @virginmedia I have received the 360 remote control after I upgraded and when I try and update the software as instructed I get that message! I have spoken to 4 different people, no one can fix it and they refuse to send out an engineer as the box is “working correctly” ! I Beg to differ

    @kel14bt @WestBromEL Glad you got it sorted. I used to work for Virgin Media as an engineer. For it to take as long as it has, it will have been a network fault, which is much harder to solve than at the end user’s property (which I did). They could definitely communicate this better to customers.

    @virginmedia has someone been a bit fat-fingered and pushed out a firmware update or something in the Gloucester area? Few people are having issues with their boxes restarting - ours went with a big click of the HDD, which was a bit worrying!

    @virginmedia @rachieb83 The 4G signal has been shocking for over a week now, myself and partner are on your network. Where we normally have full bars on iPhone, it’s on 1 bar, very slow load speeds. This needs fixing asap.
