  @virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

  @virginmedia I am paying for a service you cannot deliver. Multiple failed engineer visits (Dec 24, Jan 22) and internet is still broken. you demand an illegal cancellation fee? I have raised a formal complaint: C-010626172 (Yeliz Guven Bilgin). Sort this out under Ofcom rules.

  @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Go on the open reach network my man. Essentially all providers use it except virgin meaning the competition is high for retaining customers. Usually aim for a 24 hour service visit from an open reach engineer. Virgin are the worst BB provider, period.

  @virginmedia services down in my whole area since Thursday night. Only got a message at 18.30 yesterday that they had an engineer on site. Child trying to revise for their GCSEs has no Internet access.
