@virginmedia I was talking to them on chat as a) our home phone is knackered, my husband mobile phone wasnt registering our home number when he was typing it on your answer service. He doesnt have twitter I do, but after hubby gave both the passwords to me he uses neither seemed to be right

@virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

@virginmedia So the girl asked to speak to him. The chat was stopped & our house phone rang its once & stopped ( I DID tell her earlier it wasnt working properly) She couldve asked for his mobile number but didnt & this couldve been sorted. Felt like both people dealt with didnt want to help

@virginmedia I am moving out at the end of Jan and want to cancel my virgin subscription. I have no forwarding address and was told you can't send out the returns box/packaging until 10 days after the disconnection but I don't have a forwarding address, nor will I have one.

We only live 6 miles from Salisbury but have no mobile coverage to most of the village and rely on our SureSignal which due to a problem of @virginmedia's making currently doesn't work meaning we can't do anything which needs a mobiles signal.

@virginmedia Yes, received a call from your sales team (apparently 'm a valued customer due to length of contract). Offered extra packages and speed for minimal increase, however, credit was not added to the account, therefore, 1st bill double the normal amount.
