@moizmehek @virginmedia I am getting 10 Mbps against advertised speed of 108 Mbps by @virginmedia Not sure if @ASA_UK and/or @Ofcom can help as @virginmedia refuse to handle faults of WiFi and can't leave penalty free unless handled by faults team.

@_peeqi @virginmedia I am getting around 10% of advertised speed by @virginmedia over WiFi when sitting 3metres from router. Faults team REFUSE to look at WiFi issues. @virginmedia won't even acknowledge complaint sent via @resolvercouk around 2 weeks ago!

Genuinely no idea if I've successfully left Virgin Media or not. We'd gotten to the point where I was told to return all my kit, was given my final bill date, was even told I was being debited £30. Never found out why because that's when the line went dead.

@virginmedia Have you got an infrastructure problem in Leeds LS14 area. As for the last 5 months now, constant issues with intermitten signal, then random outages in area, which gets followed by a fix for a few days, then repeats again.
