Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

He held a minority stake of roughly 10% and licensed the Virgin brand name to the business until the company was bought out by Liberty Global in 2013.

Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.
