    @vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that @vmbusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than @virginmedia?

    I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

    @virginmedia Don't ask me to check service status. Don't ask me to reset your router. Don't ask me to ring that number to speak to a computer and don't send me a link to 'tell' me whats wrong with the Internet

    Virgin media 'help line'!!! What a joke. Reported a fault on our landline yesterday. Was told an engineer would be here today between 4pm and 7pm. No-one arrived. Spent the next 2 hours getting through.

    @virginmedia the worst customer service I have experienced. Told package was one price accepted that then found out they had cancelled one of the tivo box sets. Now the same package is £20 more for my two box sets. Getting nowhere with virgin media over the telephone and on chat.
