@virginmedia Changed my package, and your representative said she had to change my broadband speed. For the last hour I have been without any connection whatsoever, she disconnected me!! You technical team sorted the issue @virginmedia an embarrassing 24 hours for you!!

@virginmedia Hello, when I had no broadband yesterday I rebooted my Hub3 and it took ages to come on, yellow light, another reboot. Today my son switched it off by mistake & we’ve had same thing. Service status says our area is fine but it can’t run tests. Any ideas? Thanks.

@virginmedia EVERY evening my internet drops to around 4mb. I test my connection and says there is an issue and if continues after 24 hours, you'll help with a technician, tried 24 hours later, and another 24 hour for nearly a week and no change. Please help
