    @virginmedia I did! The estimated time for repair keeps changing. Not having any service for a whole day nor any actual communication from you is simply not good enough #fail

    @virginmedia Media. I was provided with a 12 month discounted contract (having been a loyal customer for 15 years) and was told - after 7 months - that the discount would no longer be applied - in a shockingly poor bit of telephone service.

    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed more than 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    @virginmedia So the girl asked to speak to him. The chat was stopped & our house phone rang its once & stopped ( I DID tell her earlier it wasnt working properly) She couldve asked for his mobile number but didnt & this couldve been sorted. Felt like both people dealt with didnt want to help

    @virginmedia Been chatting to o e of your girls online Rowela. She wanted to speak to my husband. Our hiusephone has just rang... briefly a couple of times but I DID tell her that our house phone isnt working properly.... it rings once, poss twice & stops & makes awful noises if we call out

    Dear @virginmedia, I'm a busy girl who's wasted an awful lot of time today waiting for broadband to return. Tomorrow's going to be bonkers working twice as hard to catch up. A few reassuring words that things are returning to normal would go some way to reinstating my sanity. Ta.

    @virginmedia I was talking to them on chat as a) our home phone is knackered, my husband mobile phone wasnt registering our home number when he was typing it on your answer service. He doesnt have twitter I do, but after hubby gave both the passwords to me he uses neither seemed to be right

    @SkyHelpTeam disappointing customer service, 3 days and can’t contact sky!!!! No option online to remove a package, you have to phone... #disappointed #poorcustomerservice @virginmedia @AmazonUK

    @virginmedia It was about changing my package. I’ve tried telephoning but lines are busy. I also used webchat who weren’t helpful. I’ve checked your page to log a complaint, but that doesn’t give me satisfactory options.

    hey @virginmedia my broadband is off, your emails are calling me $vm_first_name your customer support person hung up on me because their system froze and your online bot agent tries to upgrade me. Massive customer service fail. #horrific

    @virginmedia My connection seems OK now. However I am having major issues with a virgin media powerline booster. I'm currently on the 350mbps broadband but the booster is only transmitting approx 30mbps. Customer services have been no help on this matter either

    @virginmedia I have. No real help there, or via customer support. They tell me it's not VM problem, and it's the websites I'm trying to get on. VPN on and I can access the sites I want. My IP is blacklisted but not by me, back from 2008, and you lot aren't sorting this for me. Thanks

    @virginmedia As customers we understand things go wrong that’s life, but good Customer Svc dictates, all customers should be treated equally. Those elderly/vulnerable customers who rely on TV as a lifeline didn’t get that yesterday and needs to be rectified in future.
