    @virginmedia The phone line did a reboot of my router. I couldn’t talk to anyone. I’ve raised a complaint already 3 times including today but it takes time to receive any update. There was supposed to be an engineer coming earlier for the area, but don’t have updates on the resolution.

    @virginmedia 2hrs on phone - mixed msgs the whole call & finished with rudest man. Didn’t allow me to finish 1 sentence before speaking over me the whole call & told me I will be sent a letter to educate me! Wow! Think some of your staff need to go back to customer training!

    @virginmedia Then I tried reset / reboot many times. No warning of "upgrade" no help for "outage" fobbed off the phone not knowing anything else. They booked an engineer for the 24th, but said he might not be able to do anything ... I have to use my hotspot on my phone to work.

    @virginmedia Website says everything is fine. I am currently connected but every so often the internet goes down.This period of time is gradually getting shorter but I think you can appreciate that I wish to stay informed of these issues given how much I pay and how long I've been a customer

    @virginmedia Yes I upgraded x2 a week ago as my internet was terrible. Was sent a new router and it’s still terrible. I called VM and they offered me a signal booster but the phone cut out. But I don’t understand how they’ve offered that if you’re saying you don’t do them anymore

    @virginmedia It doesn't matter. I have resolved the issue by using a 3rd party router which also showed that the WiFi performance of the Virgin Hub was little better than 2 tins and a bit of string. It really is an appalling router. But hey - costs!
