    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed more than 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    @CraigBrindley @virginmedia I’m sure it’s a trend mate, we had awful Broadband for nearly 6 months had to keep resetting. Again no known faults. But now seems fine.

    @virginmedia Media. I was provided with a 12 month discounted contract (having been a loyal customer for 15 years) and was told - after 7 months - that the discount would no longer be applied - in a shockingly poor bit of telephone service.

    @virginmedia Internet is okay today, but it's terrible every few days. Sometimes, it does not sustain a connection even for 5 minutes. Can't get work done. This has been an issue ever since we got the connection.

    Currently sitting at the end of my road to get signal as @VodafoneUK have severely let us down with our wifi. Promised 8th august, now the the best they say is almost a week later with no alternative for wfh! Really wish @virginmedia operated in our new area, they were brilliant.

    If I want to add the simple TV service in contract (currently £32), it's £65 in total for a basic package - if I was a new customer, it'd be £33 in total. That makes sense... @virginmedia

    @virginmedia It felt intentional i can assure you. I advised them that if we get cut off i would expect a call back. It never happened. Its the signal to the router. We have had nothing but problems since we recently joined. You are breaching the contract with the poor service.

    @virginmedia I have just tried my device through a Talk Talk broadband service and it works perfectly. Let's look at this. Worked with my old virgin hub Works now with BT hub. Works now with Talk Talk service. Doesn't work with new Virgin hub. Doesn't take Sherlock Holmes.........
