    Virgin Media engineer so say repairs neighbours phone line, but connects me to their house phone and clears off ,useless. Now up to 4hr wait time for Virgin help team to get call back ,for something that was ok before. PS my phones not working . #Virginmedia @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Changed my package, and your representative said she had to change my broadband speed. For the last hour I have been without any connection whatsoever, she disconnected me!! You technical team sorted the issue @virginmedia an embarrassing 24 hours for you!!

    @virginmedia Well, as you know, you have the hub name and the password. Once entered on whatever device it stays logged in. I went to connect today and its asking me to sign in to the network, then when you click the link, nothing happens.
