@vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that @vmbusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than @virginmedia?

.@virginmedia I am deeply deeply unimpressed with your customer service. You made a mistake with the delivery address for my order. I have been on the phone for over an hour and 15 min, am being transferred to the 4th person, no one takes responsibility or is able to help.

I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

@virginmedia Sure, no phone number seems to take him through to speak to an actual person, the numbers just ring. Surely you can pass the number on to a person who can actually bother to call, you are happy to take his money but can't be bothered to help him out with a simple phone call?

@norespawns Ok, that's definitely weird... 5GHz is usually less populated so the speeds are better. Might be a problem with your router itself? Me and my family went through like 4 or 5 routers before we got a properly functioning one. Virgin Media sucks arse...

@virginmedia Want to discuss my account with someone who can help me decide whether to stay with virgin or accept the offer from Sky for an 18 month contract at a much reduced cost . I have been offered on your automated line a reduction of £3.50 for 6 months but this is unacceptable.

@virginmedia Afraid that page is no help. It says there are no known issues. The service checker number says there’s an intermittent fault, but the truth is I’ve had no broadband for three days now and have no information on what’s being done to fix it. Not impressed.
