Shocking service from @virginmedia regards to install of broadband. Dates keep changing and customer service not helpful. I know we’re in a pandemic 😷 but simple communication and genuine reasons should be quite simple!

@virginmedia Changed my package, and your representative said she had to change my broadband speed. For the last hour I have been without any connection whatsoever, she disconnected me!! You technical team sorted the issue @virginmedia an embarrassing 24 hours for you!!

@virginmedia your live bot is utter rubbish!! Round and round in circles then directs me to 150 each time. My broadband had been crap for months now. Almost useless working from home. I want someone to call me. Not the other way round.

@virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

@FayeThomas_1 @virginmedia Haven’t had the tv on all evening as it was just pissing me off. Yep we’re the same with the land line. It’s only ever used to ring virgin lol. We will try again tomorrow but if they don’t want to deal with you they just put you on hold and hang up. Worst customer service ever!

@virginmedia I raised the issue when it first came up and was assured it would be rectified with a new plan drawn up for me which I accepted after I decided to quit. The billing was unjustified there was no noticeable improvement in the service provided.
