    @virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

    @virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

    @virginmedia I've tried that thanks. Nobody turned up. So I'll give my money to a company that can be bothered to treat new customers like they're valued. You need to reevaluate some of the people in your call centres. They are stealing a living and losing you customers in the meanwhile.

    @virginmedia are you serious call back at 9 if your internet is still down but were closed at 9. Call back the next day! Then trys to sell wifi pods for an extra £8 money making scam! Then lies when asked about compensation its a week. No it’s actually 2 days! Staff training!

    @virginmedia I’ve ordered a replacement cable twice now and a replacement controller (on the second order with the power cable) and despite a lot of assurances, I’ve had no confirmation and nothing has turned up. Once was beginning of January and the other was this month. Help?

    @UswitchUK @virginmedia I have never experienced poorer customer service. Contract ended and cannot get anywhere with the outsourced call centre. Bill has double and the retentions team aboard do not know what they are doing.
