    @virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

    @virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

    @virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

    Shocking service from @virginmedia regards to install of broadband. Dates keep changing and customer service not helpful. I know we’re in a pandemic 😷 but simple communication and genuine reasons should be quite simple!

    @virginmedia your live bot is utter rubbish!! Round and round in circles then directs me to 150 each time. My broadband had been crap for months now. Almost useless working from home. I want someone to call me. Not the other way round.

    @virginmedia There is little point, as you won’t do anything about it, and it’s a waste of my time and effort. I know what you did, you should read the notes on file, and sort the issue. It was embarrassing to listen to and witness what happened today

    @virginmedia Even when it is working the TiVo boxes and router are so unreliable needing to be rebooted on a daily basis. It’s a very poor service.

    @virginmedia Issues in the area. But ive ran the service test multiple times in the week and some days there are issues sometimes not, i dare say its not very accurate, or issues not are being solved.

    @jimmygulp @virginmedia Good luck getting them to do anything about it. I had the same in Coventry some years ago - wasn't even on their roadmap to get fixed for 12 months at least.. all they'd offer was a minor reduction on my bill despite the broadband being unusuable. I'll never be a customer again.

    @Soctty123 @virginmedia They really are so poor it’s unbelievable mate. Contacted them about a free WiFi booster a couple of weeks ago because the signal drops off anywhere outside the living room. The guy on the phone acknowledged it was their fault but still demanded we pay for the solution

    @virginmedia Tried live chats on the website, which is like a deliberate maze to find as if you want the customer to immediately give up, and they say the same as your tweets "phone up". Its a copy and paste job of messages with no actual, real attempt at help. Appalling service all round.
