    @virginmedia Once again, your status checker says there’s nothing wrong but I have just called the number provided and was told by an automated messaging say your engineers are working to resolve a very complex issue. This is the second time in less than a month.

    @virginmedia I’m afraid not. I did ask to speak to a supervisor/manager and they said they would submit this request. My question is: is there actually a fault or is this an ongoing issue? It seems to be the latter, tbh.

    @virginmedia Not good enough! I would believe you if this was the first time it happened but I am not paying £53.75 a month for this awful service and unreliable service… not when there are plenty of providers offering more for less.

    @virginmedia Thanks, John. No they didn’t confirm. All they said was that the issue *might* be fixed by August 2nd, which as you can imagine is far from ideal. Meanwhile, I’m also being charged a full month despite not having a reliable connection for over a week.

    @virginmedia Last time, our wifi was down for over a week. I spoke to an agent on the phone who was utterly useless. You never offer any solutions. I’m starting to think that the only way for you to take any action is if I cancel my DD.

    @virginmedia question re new WiFi hub. Got 6 days ago but not had the chance to hook it up. Would old hub be disconnected as we have been without Internet access. Devices connect to WiFi, no Internet. Loathe to try hooking up the new 1 if area outage. Status Page not changed DD4

    And @virginmedia won't accrpt less than my final month of service plus, the late fee even though it can't be late plus next month when I'll have been disconnected. They give no access to any other way of paying, you can't pay less than they say... So I'll just not pay then

    @virginmedia you've locked my email for the past 48 hours and now the service team has to EMAIL another team to unlock it..'hopefully within another 48 hours'. Maybe those 5% price rises every 6 months could pay for a more modern approach?
