    @rachel_uk_ @virginmedia Feel your frustration. 2 promised callbacks never happened,web complaint form doesn’t work. No email address for complaints. Sent letter of complaint 28/09z No response despite website saying I’d get one within 48 hours. Virgin do not care about customers.

    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @virginmedia This problem is still here; internet has been sporadic all day, dropping out for several minutes at a time. You are not reporting any issues on your coverage tracker however.

    @virginmedia Why is the connection between the internet and tv constantly going having to reboot modem all the time. Sick of this issue as not once in a while happening for a month on & off, more everyday in the last two weeks. This is not the service I expect for how much I pay.

    @virginmedia Finally sent letter on 28 September and on checking my account realised you’ve got wrong email address attached to complaint file. Funnily enough you have correct email address for sending bills. 3/

    @virginmedia @dpjohnston10 Complaints procedure is non existent. If you phone, promised call back never happens, webform complaint doesn’t work and hasn’t since at least 28/09. Sent letter 3 wks ago - no response, despite website saying response within 48 hours. Ombudsman here we come.

    Hi @virginmedia, I’ve spent more than an hour on the phone to your advisors this morning and am getting nowhere. I have therefore now decided I would like to cancel my contract (I am within cooling-off period). Would I still be considered a ‘new’ customer if I find a new deal?

    @virginmedia hello virginmedia, you've sent me an e-mail today to say I didn't pay my last bill. I did pay it and you've sent a confirmation. Bill from 28 Jan due 17th Feb, paid on 17th Feb, confirmed as paid. Can you sort it as you're "contact us" link doesn't work.

    @virginmedia I’m waiting for a call from your complaints department. I was going to leave and was promised a package with better Wi-Fi and the hub 4 to be told today that is not so and it would cost over £240 early disconnection fee and our Wi-Fi has been downgraded. Shocking service!

    @virginmedia We’ve had numerous calls. The speed is fine but it constantly drops out and is not usable. We use our phones data at home rather than our Wi-Fi! I feel lied to and to be told I’d have to@pay to cancel is astounding!
