    @virginmedia When it is heavy rain, yes it does cause a problem. On the app the fault is still being fixed and has been like this since Friday. If it is not fixed, can you tell me how much I can expect off of my bill?

    @virginmedia Just spent an hour on the phone to yourselves, not only is the service going to be referred to @Ofcom due to frequent drops in the service + no LL, but you can’t offer me a 12mth contract insisting I have 18mth. Well, I might take up @SkyTV’s offer reluctantly. #Ealing

    @virginmedia is on demand down for the night? Several reboots, called 150 , robot voice ran the so called check and said all was ok. V217 code brings up ‘contact us’ error on the ‘brilliant’ new app. Please advise

    @virginmedia I did call. One chap was very helpful and referred the poor broadband service and a faulty landline for two years to @Ofcom and the latter chap was not very helpful. Would you stay and have your monthly fee go from £28.50 to £49.50?

    @virginmedia No you probably do it understand the extent of your lack of service. We have been having no internet for weeks and every time we call we get the automated voice saying the line is busy and to call later. 3 WEEKS like this. You guys need to sort this out.

    @virginmedia Not very helpful. If your company can’t fix the issue, why would the community be able to? Spent another hour on the phone again today, again being told I will get a call back in 45 mins. It didn’t happen. Still no email!

    How useless are @virginmedia , you can’t talk to anyone about moving can’t do anything online and get left on hold for 50 minutes, just to get hung up on. Would never use them again. How a company of this size operates like this is beyond me.

    @virginmedia have been waiting over a week for a new tv box. We have a green screen stating DVR failed. This is not something you have been able to fix now for almost two weeks. Calling the customer line for the last three days and get cut off each time.

    @NaomiLe57011799 @virginmedia Hahaha that’s exactly what’s happened to me 3 times in a row iv got it all on record now so iv done all I can. It’s all noted and wrote down the days and times iv been on hold and spoke to them to throw in their face when they get charge me a fortune.

    @virginmedia So now on the 2nd feb and still having internet problems still cannot get through to speak to anyone. It’s costing a fortune having to top up mobile data for the internet. I am out of work trying to home school and the connection keeps dropping and paying for a terrible service
