@virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

even out and about using my data it seems to load things very slow. I have an iPhone 13 now but before I had the 2 gen iPhone SE and never ever had an issue with any of it with it, even with the same sim etc. Frustrating. Anyone have any idea or it it just @virginmedia ?
