    @virginmedia Im not thick ofcourse all the cables are connected, it wouldnt tell me 30mb if the ethernet wasnt in. The hub has been reset whenever there is an issue, which happens to be every few days.

    Virgin media just rubbish. Just so disappointed in a service that for the past 2 months has been rubbish. Worked all over the house and even in the garden for all the time we have been customers but now only working on one side of the house and not upstairs.

    @virginmedia The wifi is always flashing green. Even when it says there is no issue. Fortunately tho the contract is coming to an end which means so will payments👍. Paying for about 250Mb to get 30 on a wired connection

    Unbelievable! My mums internet service is having problems. The call centre seem unable to deal with this. This has been going on for months. I'm still on hold. If it's not sorted today you're losing a customer @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Yes, twice today and once yesterday. All that happens is it restarts, shows as a network to connect to on our devices. We connect and the devices give “no network connection/ looking for network connection” messages. So the router is working to connect to, just no broadband.

    Been trying to sort my @virginmedia bill since November. Raised a complaint and spent hours on the phone. 4 agents have told me everything’s fixed. Just received another bill and it’s more than double it should be. Why can’t they get this right?!

    @virginmedia No technician. Complaint was first raised on 8th December via the website. I then spoke to the complaints department department early Feb and asked that a manager contact me by phone. They haven't.

    @virginmedia Currently doing a pin hole reset at least once a week and a usual a normal reset some time as well. Strange that we have to do this so often when you harp on about how good your service and Hub3 is🤔🤔 well maybe, actually not maybe, it isn’t what you advertise
