    With all the no’s I don’t think you need a website check to tell you there’s a problem. It’s the whole of the uk. Since lockdown started I new Virgin Media would let us down I’ve been grateful they lasted this long....

    @virginmedia Thank you for answering so promptly. I have had the same package for 4 years. 2 boxes with BT sport. Nothing fancy. £85.50 is extremely steep and I therefore need to cancel. No TV contract should cost this much. Please direct me to the cancellations team. Thank you.

    @virginmedia So, you have no account access, the WhatsApp agent can't cancel my account so she's now put me into a CR queue and the chat bot has now started asking me all of the same questions I've already answered. This is not joined up customer service. It really shouldn't be this hard.
