    After 72 hours without functioning WiFi/broadband (have given up explaining the difference to my bemused family) , normal service is resumed. It’s been tough. We had to actually watch whatever was on live TV. Dreadful. Big thanks to @bt_uk for sorting out @virginmedia mess

    @virginmedia I have completed your online form to extend this complaint before I apply to SCC. Let’s hope we hear from Virgin today. If not, I have tried and wouldn’t be surprised if I am not contacted because my account is closed as of Nov 18.

    @virginmedia 24 hours without WiFi. Still awaiting callback to arrange engineeer, who couldn’t be scheduled yesterday due to a systems fault. Tried calling but unable get through. Please help. I was guaranteed a call back by 1500 today. Not impressed with customer service.

    Absolutely disgusting service from @virginmedia No broadband or TV services for 2 weeks and they can’t even refund our phone calls to them to try and sort it out. Choose Sky if you’re unsure.

    @virginmedia John i called today. Thought they rectified as they asked me to take the network cable(white) from the back of the TiVo box. They did a reboot remotely. Thought it was going well, but twice Netflix was yet interrupted again with service issues
