    @Joeynoble @virginmedia Trying to get the account transferred into my wife’s name, we’ve been messed around for weeks. Utterly useless, I could move to another provider I would, cannot stand them. @skytv customer service used to be incredible when I was with them, Virgin could learn a lot from them! 😡

    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    @virginmedia He was sent to dig up my drive to lay the cable but the previous 3 engineers said they would move the grid so the cable can run down the side of the drive instead and for some reason..he couldn't do that!

    @virginmedia Signal dropping in and out, restarted the hub 5 times checked on all connections. When it did load up I did a speed test with a wired connection and I was getting 263kbps. Waited 2 hours on online chat and had no response

    @virginmedia The updates aren’t helpful. They keep moving. Internet down since Monday morning. We just want to know what the problem is and a proper estimate as to when it will be resolved. Not 16.10, 20.10, 23.10 etc. why is it always 10 past the hour? It’s all total rubbish.
