    @virginmedia hey I've tried calling to cancel my 12 month contract as it's finished soon but I have to wait on hold for ages (I understand there are less call centres open), is there any other way I can close my contract without being stuck on hold for ages

    @virginmedia been waiting 5 days for a call back about my package now. Rang 3 times and each time they have “guaranteed” a call back within 24 hours. I know we are in a pandemic but quite shocking customer service

    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

    @virginmedia new broadband install today, was working fine now nothing. Your website won’t allow me to set up my account to check local service. Im an ex virgin engineer so know what to do and check. No Down or upstream signals. Same for neighbours. Get this sorted immediately

    @virginmedia Follow-up to this is that after five hours on Saturday of swapping boxes, new box not working with my account, engineer taking back new box and leaving old one, I had no TV signal this morning - and now Virgin Media need to send a new box. You cannot make it up!

    @virginmedia It says all is good but streaming keeps on freezing and just get loading for 5/10 mins then comes back only had issues after Friday when works done in our area

    I see the scammers pretending to work for @Virginmedia are back at it again…. I don’t care if my router has ‘errors’ and it means hackers are doing illegal activity on my wifi. Funny that I don’t even use a Virgin router. I have my own much better one connected to their hub.

    @virginmedia Many phone calls and emails back and forth, but the gist: you said you were sending packaging for the router. It never arrived. Tried to rebook it, but to do so I have to log into my account...which I haven't had for 18 months. No way to contact you. Threatening emails from you.
