    @virginmedia That you don't have enough staff to meet customer demand, apparently you don't have a complaints team and a £20 credit should solve all our problems. We never had this issue when we were with @SkyBroadband

    @virginmedia Nothing is helping. The connection comes and goes daily. Everyday there is an issue and nothing gets sorted. Awful service. You only send an engineer if the problem is more than 24 hours. How is this possible when it comes and goes. We have done all the tests you suggested!

    @virginmedia #unhappycustomer I don’t know what Virginmedia was upgrading in our area (N14) on 23rd Feb but since then I am having problems with my internet connection. The network keeps dropping on and off. I never had this problem before this work was done 😡😡😡

    So @virginmedia increase the price of my phone contract by a whopping 11.7% even though the service level where I live in Wolverhampton is shocking. Disgraceful.

    @virginmedia We don’t use a wired connection and we won’t be as it’s not practical. Internet has cut out again this morning. This needs investigating asap please.
