@virginmedia I don’t doubt it will be fixed eventually but there have been significant issues here for months & I need more info than this. The message on your link hasn’t been updated since PRIOR to being told it was fixed. When reported this morning it was treated with no history.

@virginmedia To be honest you probably can’t, I’ve been this route often previously and nothing changes. Made to jump thru the same basic hoops time & again by staff members who don’t understand the systems, it’s a perpetual, frustrating loop. Still my service is dreadful.

@virginmedia Yes there were, we received a text at 2am to say it was (finally) fixed but it isn’t & we are now expected to go through the entire reporting/testing the router process again. No engineer for days.This is NOT a router issue, it’s affecting many homes. #bangsheadonwall

@virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

@virginmedia I first reported my outage on 10/3/21. An engineer came on 12/3 (good) and diagnosed the problem - a new cable needed to be run into my block of flats (a "drop and repull"). The first time that an attempt was actually made to do the work was on the 9th promised date, 20/7/21

@virginmedia No, it's claiming there are "no known issues." A speed test - when it works - is showing about 2/3 the promised download speed and upload speeds of a mighty 0.13Mbps. Can I please book an engineer? As a freelancer, I need my home internet connection to work.

@virginmedia I’m aware of that scheme but it does not compensate for interrupted service over a long period which is what I have experienced. I’m also very disappointed in the attitude of the Virgin employee who hung up on me today - surely your staff are trained to show empathy? Very poor.

@virginmedia I have also tried this and it is still not working I have now been trying to resolve this issue all day both over the phone and via Twitter it’s just getting ridiculous now quite honestly I’m not sure how I can join a webchat with no internet can’t you escalate it anyway
