    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    @virginmedia WiFi down yet again in SE6, what’s going on, can your servers not cope with temperatures above 30c! I think it’s time to stop using the #stayconnected tag line, it’s not doing you any favours. Some of us have to work to do and deadlines to meet.

    @virginmedia why is it absolutely impossible to cancel a contract with you? A communications company that doesn’t want you to be able to speak, write or email them. No wonder everybody wants to leave you. 0 rating for customer care... we’ll keep trying to get hold of you.

    @virginmedia It was down for the whole of yesterday. Came back eventually in the evening but too late for my working day. Please can you tell us what the problem was. The service is really flaky and for the price you charge I would expect 99.9% reliability.

    @virginmedia WORST BROADBAND! Been without internet due to an "intermittent issue" for the past 2 weeks now. Requested an engineer to come, and automatically kept cancelling the appointment to fix the issue & kept blaming the "intermittent issue". Fix is being postponed EVERYday!

    @virginmedia 13th/7 broadband two engineers out have to pull new line and changed date back to August 7th..no apologies no priority no compensation (only not charging for a service that isnt on!)..absolute nightmare.. @virginmedia
