@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

Very disappointed with @virginmedia. Was offered a new price for a monthly deal on TV & broadband this morning. It was not activated. When I called back, was told that the deal didn't exist and wouldn't be given. The call was recorded! Abysmal customer service. Cancelled.

Very rarely do I actively warn people away from things, and maybe it is my bad experience, but beware @virginmedia internet. Difficult, takes far too long to install, others are just easier. Others have horror stories too. Fast internet yes, but the other aspects are not worth it
