    @virginmedia WiFi down yet again in SE6, what’s going on, can your servers not cope with temperatures above 30c! I think it’s time to stop using the #stayconnected tag line, it’s not doing you any favours. Some of us have to work to do and deadlines to meet.

    @virginmedia It was down for the whole of yesterday. Came back eventually in the evening but too late for my working day. Please can you tell us what the problem was. The service is really flaky and for the price you charge I would expect 99.9% reliability.

    @virginmedia why is it absolutely impossible to cancel a contract with you? A communications company that doesn’t want you to be able to speak, write or email them. No wonder everybody wants to leave you. 0 rating for customer care... we’ll keep trying to get hold of you.

    @virginmedia its been a month intermittently now with no phone or Internet.. if I have to say again its not the equipment but the amp I will make it a equipment issue by throwing the whole lot outside.. no way of contacting on 150 as i have no land line!!

    @amyymaundd @MoneyDreams_x Because we already bought the tv, pay for the electricity and pay for the tv subscription service (virgin media, sky etc). So why should I have to pay tax on top of that to watch my own tv through fear of being fined £1000 or going to prison?

    @JamesPCoppin @virginmedia Mine has just cut out again also, this is an everyday thing, ethernet is fine but WiFi cuts out at any point. Tried splitting both GHz, change channel, unchecked optimization. The hub 3 is useless and virgin knows this as always mentioned in their threads so calling up to cancel

    @virginmedia No faults at all been goin on about 4 weeks just keep getting told to turn my router off and on which lasts about 3 hours before my tivo box upstairs isnt receiving a signal everywhere else is fine that's what makes me think it's the tivo box which needs replacing

    @virginmedia I’m trying to look on your app but it isn’t working as the WiFi speeds are crap. Roughly 2 tablets 3 phones sometimes one pc. But this is besides the point. Service is down for the whole street. It’s nothing to do with number of devices.
