One month now of hassle trying to instal fibre optic. @virginmedia constant hassle. Promised engineers that don’t arrive, promised call backs that never happen, 4 hours on hold, engineer installing wires incorrectly, 4 weeks and still no service. Cannot run business! Help!

Day 10: 2hr WhatsApp, gave my security password details 3 times, explained the issue in detail twice,another pinhole reset. @virginmedia have finally "taken special approval to send the engineer free of cost as the issue is from many days" Saturday,13 days after fault raised.
