    Watching @virginmedia for the first time in ages reminds me how much I genuinely miss @skytv. Crap UI One 4K channel which shows nothing. Costs £30 more a month for less content. #Urgh

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry but who thought that this was practical??? I watch an episode then delete, what you are suggesting is way too much effort when the option was at the side. Log this as a formal complaint pls. SkyQ is so outdated compared to Virgin Media, roll my deal expiry! #sky

    @1Drubsy @virginmedia I have already filed a monitoring request for @virginmedia with Ofcom and submitted a complaint with CISAS. I had enough of them. They must face the consequences of their actions and I will not stop until this is done.

    I thought Virgin Media were bad but then I discovered the fresh hell of @HM_Passport. Elderly distressed mother, stolen passport, two months wait (so far) for new passport, two promises for call backs that never materialised. Awful.

    @virginmedia @richie_rich77 No Internet.... Again... mobile data poor so intermittent access to camera I need for my Mother. Internet on for 5 minutes, reboots, taking approx 10-15 minutes, comes back on for 5, then off again. This seems to be widespread across the country.
