    @virginmedia hi again . As promised 3days ago yesterday should receive a hub replacement, but .... Nothing arrived. Today WiFi still same problem, just have a carpenter from Hammersmith and he has same problem with Virginmedia. Why routers loosing WiFi?

    @virginmedia Ok so the estimated time of 20:30 fix this evening has been changed to noon tomorrow. How do I claim compensation as I’ve had nothing for a whole day and no one has attempted to fix it despite acknowledging whole area fault.

    @virginmedia @btsport Hi. Who is to blame/what is the issue with BT Sport 2 HD? It breaks up after a few minutes and keeps breaking up making it completely unwatchable. It’s been happening for months but kept forgetting to chase it up. Thanks.

    @virginmedia spoke to customer service & was assured my #Netflix subscription was OK even though it's not showing on Nov bill you sent me today. This happened back in July & had to re-set it all up. If it happens again after me pre-warning you, you can foot cost for the hassle

    @virginmedia Hi, I've had issues getting a decent signal in certain areas. I've used the coverage checker and in the areas where I frequently have issues it says the expected coverage is a good signal both indoors and outdoors, which I'm afraid isn't the case in my experience. (Continues...)

    @virginmedia We’ve exhausted all avenues including Live Chat John. We were just bombarded with other deals. We literally just want co cancel. It honestly feels like VM are purposefully being difficult to delay our 30 day notice and get more money out of us. It’s disgusting (1/2)
