    @foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

    @virginmedia extremely dissatisfied, disappointed with the customer service I have recevied today. I have had repeated issues with My WiFi, mitliple phone calls, two engineers and I still have a poor service. Customer services said today they cannot help. Brilliant... #fuming

    Very disappointed with @virginmedia. Was offered a new price for a monthly deal on TV & broadband this morning. It was not activated. When I called back, was told that the deal didn't exist and wouldn't be given. The call was recorded! Abysmal customer service. Cancelled.

    Very rarely do I actively warn people away from things, and maybe it is my bad experience, but beware @virginmedia internet. Difficult, takes far too long to install, others are just easier. Others have horror stories too. Fast internet yes, but the other aspects are not worth it

    @virginmedia i’ve tried the service status page and our area seems to be fine. i’ve tried rebooting, restarting and all sorts but no luck. i’m not sure what else to do apart from an engineer coming to take a look

    @virginmedia yet again I am having to send a tweet as we are unable to get anywhere with the service! We have had intermittent service for weeks! was told to reboot as there has been an issue since 11th and now we have nothing until 23rd! I work from home and need urgent access!

    @virginmedia is there a chat function I can access to for broadband issue? My laptop is connected to the router via a LAN cable and I am seeing a drop of connection very often. Usually last for about 1-2 seconds.

    @TaiDragon @virginmedia Sounds more like a router restriction rather than a bandwidth issue. Light bulb are unlikely to be sending that much data.
