    So @virginmedia can’t honour the upgrade offer they’ve made and the subsequent order I have placed. So from trying to upgrade to now cancelling our existing package altogether as a result. Poor customer service

    @virginmedia - I have a replacement router however when it is unable to connect to your network. Its is not getting a public ip and the 'Network Access' status is blocked as opposed to Allowed. I need to speak to someone from the technical dept to get this allowed.

    @virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

    .@virginmedia let me do your job and help you. Someone is flipping a switch at 11pm and turning the internet and TV off in the UB3 area. Come 8.30am, it comes back up. Then at around 3pm or 4pm, goes down again and then comes back up after 20 mins. Does this show you a pattern?

    @virginmedia In addition, when will it be fixed for good? If you don’t want your customers up in arms, be transparent, honest and say what the problem is and relay and exact date. No canned responses!!!

    BREAKING NEWS: First hand account from a @virginmedia engineer, who is told by his superiors to turn off the Internet between 11pm and 8.30am as they don’t work overnight as well as most of weekend. Overtime payment issues. Hundreds affected. Issue is due to electric company

    @virginmedia my landline is not working. You do not reply on the message contact service (blaming Covid of course, not entirely credible when other businesses cope ok now) & I cannot phone you as my Virgin line is not working & your charges from other phones are outrageous. Help!

    @virginmedia The internet has come back, it’s unacceptable that we have outages so often. Paying for a service or goods requires uninterrupted service. When that breaks down, we are paying for a service That is not delivered. I want to be refunded for a service I don’t get.

    @virginmedia seems virgin forgot about customers. I been waiting 2 months to settle my internet service . I even paid early statement fees. Not fair to charge such fees in current pandemic times.

    @virginmedia Hi, finally got through to cancellation team, who offered a much better deal. I'm so pleased as this latest issue notwithstanding I like your service. It's a shame I couldn't get this deal online or web chat. It may have saved a lot of pain. Perhaps something to consider. ttfn. x

    @virginmedia currently losing more than 25% of packets on YOUR network. No problem with my connection to Virgin, so your status finder says everything is fine, but pinging BBC, Virginmedia and Google showing nearly 30% packet loss. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SORT THIS OUT? @virginhelp
