    @virginmedia Yes there were, we received a text at 2am to say it was (finally) fixed but it isn’t & we are now expected to go through the entire reporting/testing the router process again. No engineer for days.This is NOT a router issue, it’s affecting many homes. #bangsheadonwall

    @virginmedia Called customer services at 6.30pm yesterday Sky sports now added. Lots of issues with WiFi at same time was on phone unable to load tivo box history appears to of been sorted. We will see in next 14days

    @virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

    @virginmedia Good morning, This is the 3rd day with no broadband. You have conflicting messages as to whether there is an issue or not, and whether it has been fixed or not. I have been unable to speak to anyone or log a call out. Can someone please help

    When you’re trying to upload and synch 20gb of wedding photos via a 4g hotspot because your @virginmedia broadband has been down for days on end with useless customer service and you have a deadline. It’s never ending! 😩 #virginmedia #custometservicefail #fail

    @virginmedia Yes, I’ve done all these. Very frustrating as I only had a new super hub and cabling to house installed 2 weeks ago. Never had such intermittent service in 20 years of using virgin.

    @virginmedia I don’t doubt it will be fixed eventually but there have been significant issues here for months & I need more info than this. The message on your link hasn’t been updated since PRIOR to being told it was fixed. When reported this morning it was treated with no history.

    @virginmedia To be honest you probably can’t, I’ve been this route often previously and nothing changes. Made to jump thru the same basic hoops time & again by staff members who don’t understand the systems, it’s a perpetual, frustrating loop. Still my service is dreadful.

    @RahilaG @virginmedia You mostly get overseas call centres with poor line quality and poor spoken English. To get the Scottish one only call 150 Mon-Fri in Uk office hours. Also learn which menu sequence gets you "If you're thinking of leaving us?" (Retentions) & often a Uk call centre.

    We can confirm that the issues experienced yesterday when accessing University Services are now fully resolved. It was identified that widespread issues with Virgin Media were affecting a number of institutions, but have had confirmation that this link has now been restored.
