    @virginmedia It about moving house. As Virgin is unavailable at the new residence and the move is only temporary I was told in two separate calls that I could ‘freeze’ my account and now it’s come to it it seems that I have to keep paying whilst not receiving any service or buy myself out!

    Hey @virginmedia I forgot how awful you were when it came to anything other than collecting my direct debit. Apparently you don’t have a complaints dept, genius, and after 4 calls to you today totally around three hours, you cut two of them off during the musical interlude!

    It’s now 23 days since I suffered a total loss of all @virginmedia services. Virgin Media has done NOTHING to repair it, provided ZERO proactive updates, LIED repeatedly to me about when it will fix things, I’ve spent 7hrs & 53mins on the phone chasing for information #epicfail

    @virginmedia Hi John, I’ve just DM’d 02, it is an O2 Sim only contract which seems to be linked to a change to our virgin contract last weekend. Your team have confirmed it was mis-sold but told me to contact O2 to cancel. Julie
