    @virginmedia To be honest you probably can’t, I’ve been this route often previously and nothing changes. Made to jump thru the same basic hoops time & again by staff members who don’t understand the systems, it’s a perpetual, frustrating loop. Still my service is dreadful.

    @virginmedia Called customer services at 6.30pm yesterday Sky sports now added. Lots of issues with WiFi at same time was on phone unable to load tivo box history appears to of been sorted. We will see in next 14days

    @virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

    @themotablogger @virginmedia Terrible in Dagenham too! At least 3 times a day it drops out and normally in the middle of an important meeting! Not good enough!!

    @virginmedia I don’t doubt it will be fixed eventually but there have been significant issues here for months & I need more info than this. The message on your link hasn’t been updated since PRIOR to being told it was fixed. When reported this morning it was treated with no history.

    When you’re trying to upload and synch 20gb of wedding photos via a 4g hotspot because your @virginmedia broadband has been down for days on end with useless customer service and you have a deadline. It’s never ending! 😩 #virginmedia #custometservicefail #fail

    @virginmedia Yes there were, we received a text at 2am to say it was (finally) fixed but it isn’t & we are now expected to go through the entire reporting/testing the router process again. No engineer for days.This is NOT a router issue, it’s affecting many homes. #bangsheadonwall

    @virginmedia There is no link. No one appears to know what’s going on and there is no ownership or continuity of help. As the paying customer we are supposed to just wait, lose business and accept the situation.

    @virginmedia This method of contact does not seem to work. 5 days have gone and still I have gotten nowhere and still I have a limited service. Why am I paying full price for something I am not receiving and am no further forward in getting it resolved? This is so frustrating

    @virginmedia It does, however, she's been specifically advised not to rely on VOIP phone services as the medical emergency call function on her life-line device doesn't work during internet outages. VOIP is statistically way les reliable than a POTS line.

    @virginmedia Thanks for the copy & paste response but you fail to realise that by trying to squeeze an extra £250 from me over the next year, you've actually lost the £1,090 that you would have had from me in that time.
