@virginmedia Can I exchange my useless Hub3 for a new Hub4 please? So I can have broadband that doesn’t drop out every few minutes. #help #WiFiWilderness
-
Mark Choueke (@MarkChoueke) reported from Enfield Lock, England
@virginmedia Hi @virginmedia, who said anything about leaving? I haven’t gone there yet. I’ve asked for a discount for lack of service and to have a proper discussion about losses. I’m self employed and working from home. I’m looking for some of that customer-centricity stuff.
-
jackie wilkin (@jaykayred) reported from Merton, England
@virginmedia been on hold for 2 hrs 15 mins trying to book engineer to fix tv service & just been cut off😡😡. same prob that was allegedly fixed by engineer on 29 Sept (obviously wasn’t as still happening). Tried going online but no help!!

Gerasimos Klaoudatos (@Makis39277470) reported from Richmond, England
@virginmedia I am with you for 7 years. I am trialing EE in an effort to get rid of you. In Nov, broadband was appalling, 3 days no service, inconsistent all the other times. Drops during business calls. Customer service totally absent. Emailed CEO no response. Shame on you
-
Olga (@olgabudimir) reported from Wandsworth, England
@virginmedia anyone able to offer support today? Holding on for 22mins so far 😟
-
Brigitte RicouBellan (@globalbribri) reported from Brentford, England
@virginmedia upload 0.5 Mbps (Vs. a 30Mbps + promise) since 13/11. No fix in sight in spite of @virginmedia having acknowledged our pb, at a time where having a decent internet service in your home is a matter of life & death.
-
Chris 🇬🇧🇪🇺🏳️🌈 (@strutcakes) reported from Lambeth, England
Translation: “If we want more money off you we’ll bend over backwards. If you try to leave us, we’ll make it as difficult for you as possible.” I’m now even more determined to terminate my contract. @virginmedia
-
Chris 🇬🇧🇪🇺🏳️🌈 (@strutcakes) reported from Lambeth, England
.@virginmedia amazing that when I want to talk to someone about moving house or changing my existing package, your team are more than willing to chat to me. When I get transferred to the team to disconnect my services and cancel my contract I get hung up on after 25 mins on hold.

@virginmedia Ironically, one of the zoom meetings I’ve had to postpone due to a lack of warning about my @virginmedia WiFi going down for the day, was an interview with one of your own directors for a client. I can’t express how bad you’ve made me look today. Happy to talk when you’re ready.
-
Estelle Levacher (@Goldenlocks) reported from Richmond, England
@virginmedia my husband has been on hold trying to call you for over an hour! We pay over £100 per month, this service is unacceptable ! We’re leaving!
-
Fiona Duggan (@fionaduggan) reported from Wandsworth, England
Dear @virginmedia #VirginMedia I have never experienced such shite customer service. Utterly utterly shocking, remote working or no remote working, is there anyone working. If a communications company can't do better? And your website is also pants. Yours non-faithfully,

-
Mark Choueke (@MarkChoueke) reported from Enfield Lock, England
Was there not some way you could have enabled us to plan ahead with a warning you were going to do whatever it is you’re doing? It took me calling your phone-bot to find out. I trust loss of service and inconvenience will be reflected in this month’s @virginmedia bill? RSVP
-
kevin lansdown (@kslansdown) reported from Richmond, England
@virginmedia No I tried the virgin media app messaging service and was told the best deal on my current package would be £122per month rather than the current £90
-

-
Alex Taylor (@ART_67) reported from Wandsworth, England
Ordered broadband from @virginmedia on 02/11, earliest installation was 20/11 (tomorrow). 7.45pm tonight I receive text with no explanation rescheduling installation to February! Customer service line is closed. We need broadband for work, this is appalling service.

@virginmedia @virginmedia im getting really fed up with your poor customer service. You keep contacting me asking for you media box back since I cancelled my contract. You have failed to send me the special package to put it in, you have called me several times and passed me around, 1/2
-
paul macready (@duklaprm) reported
@virginmedia Was a while back. We've reset before but never seems to make much difference. Can do so now though
-
Avenelle 💙 (@Avenelle5) reported
@virginmedia No joy. Automated voice sent us to the test you advised. We've checked it 3 times. It just goes into a loop/repeat then cuts off. So, the automated voice said we'll get an engineer, but no advice how to as you get cut off. Say the hubs not connected, but it's clearly broken.
-
⚠️Glitched Rampager ~ ErRoR.ExE⚠️ (@MrMunch96) reported
@virginmedia Both (wireless and wired) My area is down. Is there any way I can get compensated for the loss of service?
-
Pat Gothard (@artisan68) reported
Why are @virginmedia unable to deduct the credit which they have been promising for the last three months? Each time, we're told it's in the offing, but it never materialises. Complaints procedure is useless
-
Ashley Sheridan (@AshleyJSheridan) reported
@virginmedia DownDetector isn't accurate? But your status page that never reports issues that affect myself and people on my road using your service is perfectly accurate is it? Your status page that didn't even report a 3 day planned maintenance outage last year is accurate is it?
-
Gary Orford (@Gary_Orford) reported
@virginmedia Wired is fine generally. The WiFi is fine in most parts of the house, there's just a couple of spots where I can't get a signal and one of them is our bedroom which gets pretty frustrating.
-
Caroline Bolton (@caz_wolves) reported
@virginmedia Doesn’t get me any internet now though does it. Why should I pay for a service that I’m not getting!
-
Ashley Sheridan (@AshleyJSheridan) reported
@virginmedia Which brings us nicely to the other point. Why did I get 3 separate emails "advising" me how to best position my devices to get best wifi signal, when my *wired" computer had the problem as well? Your company line is to always blame the customer and never admit fault.
-
Avenelle 💙 (@Avenelle5) reported
@virginmedia So, we need an engineer, tomorrow to fix this. But no way of speaking to anyone or arranging this. If it's not fixed by tomorrow evening we will be going elsewhere.
