@virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

Most painful #CustomerService phone call goes to @virginmedia. Tries to help with reducing my bill by offering Sky Sports and Cinema. Calls me 5 times and then starts by saying it isn’t a good time for him to talk to me...

@virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

Yo @virginmedia no tv in tw12. Looks like you have another fairly widespread issue as #virginmedia is trending once again. A quick fix would be appreciated. Missing the #rugby and dont want to miss #DoctorWho later. You will be in trouble for that!

@virginmedia Says the equipment is fine, I’ve optimised it and still no improvements, ran speed tests which said Internet was good in the lounge which online speed tests come out as 10mbs and kitchen is poor with 1mbs

@virginmedia It doesn't matter when you call, the lines are constantly busy and I was cut off 3 times this morning before ever being able to speak to someone. No customer should be waiting over 9 hours!
