@virginmedia what is going on with your #broadband service. Every single week for the past month is getting worse and worse. Plus it’s not just me, friends in this region are experiencing the same problem. Very frustrating especially when I’m in the middle of a Zoom meeting.

@ItsDaveClayton @virginmedia Business or Residential service? We switched to VM Business two years ago and it is night & day better. Wi-Fi switched off at router and BT Home Hub used to distribute Wi-Fi throughout the house. I get 550 to the house and over 200 in other rooms

Chris Fields (@FieldsyUK) reported from Chorleywood, England
@ItsDaveClayton @virginmedia Mesh Wi-fi is the only way Dave. Most ISP routers are a bag of crap, turn their wifi off and use an external mesh system. Obviously if you’re getting 12Mbps wired at the router you’ll likely need to speak to Virgin.
-
Emily Drabble (@EmilyDrabs) reported from Camberwell, England

@virginmedia Can I exchange my useless Hub3 for a new Hub4 please? So I can have broadband that doesn’t drop out every few minutes. #help #WiFiWilderness

@virginmedia Because it isn't a total outage they don't seem to be taking it seriously. I'd rather that than having to constantly drop calls on Zoom or stream YouTube at 144fps.

@virginmedia Yes. The person I spoke to was going to terminate my contract when she had spoken to steve the Wi-Fi expert.

It's a close contest for who talks more bollocks... The PM or @virginmedia service representatives.
